CBSE Class 10th Compartment Result 2025: Re-evaluation And Verification Dates Announced, Details Here
CBSE Board Compartment Result 2025: CBSE has announced re-evaluation and verification dates for Class 10 and 12 supplementary exams.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the schedule for re-evaluation and verification of marks for students who appeared in the Class 10 and 12 supplementary examinations. While the CBSE Class 12 compartment results were declared on August 1, the Class 10 results are still awaited.
Once released, students will be able to check their scores on the official websites at cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in using their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and security pin.
Verification & Re-evaluation Schedule
CBSE has detailed the timeline and fees for post-result processes. The applications must be submitted online, and the board will accept only one application per candidate at each step. No offline payments, including cash, demand drafts, or money orders, will be entertained. The processing fees are non-refundable.
Who Can Apply For Verification?
Only those students who apply for a photocopy of their evaluated answer book will be eligible to apply for verification of marks. After receiving the scanned copy, candidates must thoroughly check for any errors in totalling, unchecked answers, or incorrect marking. The verification result will be made available through the same online portal used for submitting the application.
CBSE clarified that any change in marks, whether an increase or decrease will reflect in the final result. Even a reduction by a single mark will be updated and cannot be contested further.
Re-evaluation is open only to students who have accessed the scanned copy of their answer sheet. Under this process, candidates can challenge the marks awarded to specific questions. Each challenge requires a payment of Rs
100 per question. Students are advised to consult the official marking scheme provided along with the question paper before filing their request with appropriate justification.
The outcome of the re-evaluation will be final. Once declared, students will be informed via the official website and by their respective CBSE Regional Office. The Board has made it clear that no appeals will be entertained after the re-evaluation results are released.
For students awaiting the CBSE Class 10 compartment results, it is advised to regularly check the official websites for updates.
