
Royal boost to empower citizens through education
HRH Prince Salman emphasised the Kingdom's ongoing commitment to empowering its citizens through education, emphasising that investing in academic opportunities is essential to building a prosperous future and achieve the visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The students of the CPISP 26th intake expressed their gratitude and appreciation for His Royal Highness' unwavering support in creating quality opportunities for Bahraini citizens, investing in them and continuing to support and enable them to succeed across various endeavours.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and a number of senior officials, also attended the meeting.

Focus on tourism, economic and priority programmes
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday chaired the 505th Government Executive Committee meeting, during which several key topics and developments related to priority programmes and national initiatives were reviewed. The Committee discussed progress on the implementation of the Tourism Sector Strategy 2022–2026, highlighting efforts to enhance the Kingdom of Bahrain's position as a regional tourism hub and promote economic diversification. The meeting also reviewed the latest developments in the fourth edition of the Unified Framework for Priority Programmes, which aims to align government initiatives with strategic national goals. In addition, the Committee examined updates on a number of draft laws currently under its review and follow-up.

New director appointed at Prime Minister's Office
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (37) of 2025, appointing a Director at the Prime Minister's Office, based on a proposal by the Minister of the Prime Minister's Court. Under Article (I), Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Daij Al Khalifa shall be appointed as the Director of the Office of the Minister of the Prime Minister's Court at the Prime Minister's Office.
