Asus Vivobook S14 is the latest AI-powered laptops in the market, powered by Intel 13gen processors and come with Windows 11 Home version.
Asus has introduced two new additions to its Vivobook series in India — the Vivobook S14 and the Vivobook S14 Flip. The new Vivobook models target the students, working professionals, and everyday users, who need a reliable machine that performs the basic tasks and offers long battery life.
Both models are powered by Intel processors, come pre-installed with Windows 11 Home version, have the bundled Microsoft Office Home 2024 pack, and includes one-year subscription to Microsoft 365 Basic as well.
Asus Vivobook S14 series price in India starts at Rs 67,990 with the Intel Core i5 version, going up to Rs 79,990 for the Core i7 model. The S14 Flip only gets one Core i5 variant that is priced at Rs 69,990 in the country. You can get these from online and offline channels.
Asus Vivobook S14 Series Features
The Vivobook S14 is powered by the Intel Core i7-13620h processor and features a 70WHr battery, which ASUS claims can last up to 18 hours on a single charge. The laptop weighs around 1.4 kg and has a metal chassis that has been tested to meet U.S. military-grade durability standards, offering confidence for users on the go.
This model gets a 14-inch Full HD+ display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, an 86 percent screen-to-body ratio, and TÜV Rheinland certification to reduce harmful blue light emissions. You get it with 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD storage. It also comes with a backlit keyboard that gets the Copilot button. For added privacy and security, the laptop includes an IR webcam compatible with Windows Hello and a physical camera shutter.
The Vivobook S14 Flip offers the 360-degree hinge design, allowing users to switch between different modes such as laptop, tablet, tent, or stand. It is powered by Intel Core i5-13420h processor and is equipped with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, offering solid performance for multitasking and storage.
The Flip model includes a 14-inch FHD+ touchscreen display that supports stylus input, making it suitable for note-taking, drawing, or presentations. It features a 1080p HD webcam with a privacy shutter and Dolby Atmos-powered speakers for superior sound quality. The officials have planned to introduce a Rs 500 pass for four-wheelers and Rs 250 pass for two-wheelers, where pass holders can have unlimited access to parking lots in the city. To make this happen, the MC plans to partner with a bank that will handle the tech side of things. Numbers behind the move According to MC estimates, around 5 lakh four-wheelers and 1 lakh two-wheelers use paid parking lots in Chandigarh every month. Even if just 50,000 commuters opt for the new pass, the MC could generate Rs 30 crore annually — a significant jump from the current monthly profit of Rs 50 lakh. Currently, the MC sells around 5,000 passes a month, each valid for just one parking lot at ₹420. The new system promises not just convenience for commuters but a major revenue boost for the city — all without additional expenditure.
