Blake Lively's deposition has been pushed back by two weeks.
The former Gossip Girl star is suing her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation, and after she was granted a protective order on Monday which agreed to her request for the legal meeting to take place in an undisclosed location, it has now been rescheduled.
According to court documents seen by People magazine on Wednesday, legal counsel for both sides met and mutually agreed to move the deposition from Thursday, to July 31.
Meanwhile, Lively's lawsuit against Texas-based publicist and social media expert Jed Wallace has been dismissed on jurisdictional grounds.
The 37-year-old star had filed a civil rights complaint against the Street Relations, Inc. founder and alleged he had been hired by Baldoni's PR team to assist in a smear campaign against her.

Convicted murderer Sydney Bristow found guilty of historical sexual violation of young girl
At a judge-alone trial held at the Whangārei District Court earlier this year, the court heard that Bristow was 16 when he was left in charge of two young girls. That night, he twice sexually violated one of the girls. The victim, now an adult, gave evidence at the trial before Judge Gene Tomlinson, describing the sexual ordeal in detail. She said that after he violated her, Bristow approached her younger sister, but the victim intervened. As she stopped him from approaching her sister, she saw his face and was able to identify him as Bristow. Ōmapere beach, where David Taylor was killed by Sydney Bristow in 1999. Photo / Supplied It wasn't until many years later, when she saw Bristow again, that she had a visceral reaction to the trauma he had inflicted. At the trial, Bristow gave evidence that he was not in the area at the time of the sexual violation, and even if he was, he never babysat the girls, as there were plenty of adults who were relied upon. But in the reserved decision, delivered last week, Judge Tomlinson accepted the victim's evidence. He said in cases such as this, it was often a situation of 'he said, she said' but based on the victim's accurate and detailed evidence, it was Bristow who committed the offence. Judge Tomlinson entered convictions on two charges of sexual violation by unlawful sexual connection. Bristow will be sentenced at a later date. Not long after the sexual violation, Bristow was involved in the murder of Taylor in the early hours of New Year's Day 1999 at Ōmapere. Bristow, then 17, Henare Wikaira, and Kacey Wikaira, who were also in their late teens at the time, had been drinking heavily at the Ōmapere Tourist Hotel, now known as the Copthorne Hotel. Later that evening, they were involved in disturbances at a nearby campsite. Around 1am, Taylor chased Kacey Wikaira out of the campground and down to the beach. When Taylor stopped to catch his breath, Henare Wikaira attacked him from behind, landing 'a good 20″ of his 'hardest' punches, he told police in a statement. Bristow joined in, striking Taylor with a Lion Red bottle and throwing fist-sized rocks at his head. Henare Wikaira then dropped a large rock – up to 70cm wide – on to Taylor's head. Taylor died in hospital a few days later. Bristow was convicted of the murder in 2000 and sentenced to life imprisonment but was released after serving the minimum 10-year non-parole period. The recent decision relating to the sexual violation stated he was recalled to prison in 2020 but did not mention the reason for the recall. Nyree Huyser & Play Drama Workshops To Release Heartfelt Charity Single 'Version Of You' In Aid Of Youthline NZ
Press Release – Nyree Huyser Out September 5 All Proceeds Donated to Youth Mental Health Services Acclaimed vocalist Nyree Huyser has teamed up with local drama school, PLAY! Drama Workshops, to release an uplifting new charity single entitled 'Version Of You', available on all streaming platforms from September 5, 2025. With 100% of proceeds going to Youthline NZ, the single aims to raise awareness and support for youth mental health across Aotearoa. ' Version of You ' was born during a transformative holiday workshop led by PLAY! Drama Workshops, a creative space designed to nurture self-expression in young performers. During the workshop, students opened up about themes of self-worth, identity, and mental health before taking a day trip to a local studio to record their vocals. Together with Nyree, the young artists co-created a track that they hope will send positivity and love to their young community. Check out 'Version Of You' right here: 'This song is more than just a melody – it's a message,' says Nyree. 'Working alongside these incredible young performers was so special, it's astonishing to understand the mental struggle so many young people still face today that doesn't necessarily show on the outside. We hope this song reminds every young person listening that they are not alone, that with support things can and will get better.' With soaring vocals and encouraging lyrics, 'Version Of You' captures both the vulnerability and resilience of today's youth. The words are cradled by a beautiful acoustic guitar piece volunteered by renowned Auckland-based guitarist and musical director, Dixon Nacey. The song was recorded, produced and mastered by kiwi podcaster, Stephen Garton, free of charge at his Ashburton-based studio. This entire collaboration shines a spotlight on the importance of open conversation around mental health – a mission that aligns perfectly with the work of Youthline NZ, who have been supporting young Kiwis through counselling, mentoring, and crisis services for over 50 years. 'We're proud to support Youthline through this project,' adds Nickie Tabukovu, founder of PLAY! Drama Workshops. 'Our young performers poured their hearts into this, and we hope it helps spark more conversations in homes, schools, and communities.' 'Version Of You' will be available to stream and purchase from September 5 on all major platforms. Listeners are encouraged to download and/or donate, with all funds going to Youthline NZ.
