Justin Bieber goes shirtless for clothing brand office visit... as he shares post about broken 'olive branch'

Justin Bieber was spotted tending to his clothing brand in West Hollywood on Saturday - the same day he shared a cryptic post with fans. The 31-year-old Peaches hitmaker - who recently offered a rare glimpse inside his $26M Beverly Hills mansion - paid a visit to the headquarters for his clothing brand, SKYLRK, with several other pals. The performer donned a red sweatshirt as well as a white knit beanie on top of his head for the daytime outing, though at one point ditched his outer layer, going shirtless as he headed inside. He was also spotted sitting in the driver's seat of a sleek vehicle as he simultaneously held a conversation on the phone. Justin officially launched the website for his SKYLRK clothing brand on July 10. However, fans have since labeled the high pricing for items 'ridiculous' - with a pair of sunglasses being priced at $200. Other items listed on the website include Beach Slide sandals for $80, a Zip Hoodie for $160, a $40 beanie and Chunky Mule shoes for $180. On the brand's Instagram page, social media users offered their thoughts on the price tag for pieces, with one penning, 'Price is ridiculous for a plain style, not worth it.' Another said, 'Bieber I love you but the price,' while one added, 'Why is everything soooo expensive?? more than half of us can't even buy this stuff. Create a brand that is affordable and universal for everyone.' Others compared pricing to his old brand Drew House - which was launched back in 2018 - and said that items had been 'less expensive.' Also on Saturday, the Baby hitmaker shared a cryptic post to his 294 million followers on Instagram. Justin uploaded a black and white selfie while adding the caption, 'Broke another olive branch.' While he didn't further elaborate, the star could possibly be hinting at an end to a friendship. In June, he notably had uploaded screenshots of a heated text message exchange with another pal. However, fans have since labeled the high pricing for items 'ridiculous' - with a pair of sunglasses being priced at $200 The performer also recently got candid about his 'selfish' behavior in a separate post on the social media platform. 'Let's have a good day, let's go outside. Get in nature. Thanking Jesus for his patience with me this morning. I can be extremely selfish and impatient yet Jesus always has his arms open toward me,' he had written. Last month, Justin dropped his seventh studio album Swag and recently held a listening party last week with his wife Hailey also in attendance. The model has voiced her support for the Peaches hitmaker by clapping back at haters over his new music and also seemingly made a thinly-veiled dig at Justin's ex-manager Scooter Braun. The record executive offered a rave review of the album - not long after the pair finally reached a settlement agreement that will reportedly cost Justin over $30million, according to TMZ. A source told People that Hailey 'was by Justin's side for the whole creation of the album. Everyone knows Justin as a star and a performer. They now get to know the artist that Hailey has known all these years.' After Justin parted ways from Scooter, the music artist was able to 'run his own show' when it came to creating Swag. 'Hailey supported Justin to follow his artistic instincts. She helped him to trust himself and do what Justin knew he wanted to do as an artist.' The Rhode founder - who shares baby boy Jack Blues with Justin - jumped to her Instagram stories last week to upload a snap as she kissed the singer. In the image, Hailey could be seen locking lips with a shirtless Justin as they were joined by other guests at the bash which took place at the exclusive Bird Street Club. It came after the performer seemingly opened up about their marriage woes in tracks on the LP. Some lyrics in his song titled Daisies include, 'Throwin' petals like, "Do you love me or not?" / Head is spinnin', and it don't know when to stop / You said "Forever," babe, did you mean it or not? / Hold on, hold on. 'You leave me on read, babe, but I still get the message / Instead of a line it's three dots, but I can connect them / And if it ain't right, babe, you know I respect it / But if you need time, just take your time / Honey, I get it, I get it, I get it.' In another track called Walking Away, Justin also sings, 'Days go by so fast, don't wanna spend them with you / So tell me why you're throwing stones at my back / You know I'm defenseless. 'Girl, we better stop before we say some s*** / We've been testing our patience / I think we better off if we just take a break.' However, the couple - who tied the knot in 2018 - put on an united front last week during the listening party in L.A. Justin has been active on social media over the weekend and uploaded a carousel of Instagram photos on Sunday. Two images showed the star sitting on a spacious couch whole scrolling on his phone. He opted for comfort by sporting a white tank top as well as a pair of gray shorts. In other snaps, the performer could be seen showing off his skills on the guitar while donning an unzipped sweatshirt and loose-fitting trousers. He flashed a small smile as he played the instrument and also gazed towards the camera in another image.

Whale is killed in New Jersey waters after boat crashes into it, throwing sailor overboard

A dramatic video captured the moment a boat crashed into a whale in a New Jersey bay before the animal died. A 20-foot minke whale was spotted in Barnegat Bay Saturday around 2.45pm, leaving the Jersey State Police Marine Unit to notify officials with the Marine Mammal Standing Center of the discovery. But, less than an hour after the call came in, a boater called in stating that the vessel hit the whale, causing the boat to nearly flip over and a sailor to go overboard. Footage of the bizarre moment showed the boat rocking back and forth in the water as the whale splashed around, seemingly getting caught on it. Sea Tow, a nationwide water service company that remained at the scene after the whale was struck, confirmed it died soon after. The deceased whale could still be seen in the bay Saturday night, Sheila Dean, the director of the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, told NJ Advance Media. 'We know the whale has died. We're not really sure why, but we're going to find that out,' Dean told the outlet. She said certain resources must come together to get the dead animal out of the water to then conduct a necropsy - a post-mortem examination of its body. The whale was first reported to officials around 2.45pm, but less than an hour later the whale struck the vessel, causing it to flail in the water In the now-viral clip, the sea animal was seen right along the boat. As it appeared to turn the corner of the vessel, the whale tipped the boat over, causing a passenger in a blue shirt and white hat to fall into the water. 'Oh my God, they're going over!,' Kim Mancini, a resident who recorded the incident, said as the whale was seen trying to swim away from the boat. 'Shut the motor off! Shut the motor off!,' a man was heard screaming as the whale thrashed around in the water. The sailor who fell over was then spotted in the water before climbing back on the boat. They were not injured. While they did so, the animal swam away slowly, appearing to be injured. Although the whale's cause of death has not yet been determined, Dean believes the shallow water played a factor after reviewing the footage for herself. 'It looks like the whale was in shallow water and of course people in their boats surrounded it and someone got very close. I don't know how they even got where the whale was because it was so shallow,' Dean said. She further predicted that the animal might have been cut by the boat, adding that the vessel should have never gotten that close and should have turned its motor off with the whale nearby. After the whale died, officers with the New Jersey Fish and Wildlife Conservation boarded their own boat to access the animal. The whale was spotted on a sandbar in shallow water outside of the channel later that day. 'They were able to approach within 30 yards of the whale, but due to the tidal conditions they could not safely access the sandbar for further direct examination,' the Marine Mammal Stranding Center explained. Due to the availability of equipment needed to tow the whale out of the water, officials said the animal will likely be transported Monday morning. The necropsy is expected to 'take several hours to complete,' the center said. Mancini told the outlet: 'The whale had gone under our boat and then it went under the other boat and I took a video.' 'If the whale approaches you, you shut your engines off and just lay dead in the water until the whale swims away. You should never approach a whale,' Dean instructed. 'You have to stay 150ft away from marine mammals in the wild. That's the law.' Minke whales are commonly spotted in the Jersey Shore area, often during the fall. Although they are considered smaller than other types of whales, minke whales can grow to about 35ft and weigh approximately 20,000lbs. They are not considered endangered species but are listed until the Marine Mammal Protection Act.

Jack Osbourne admits he and rarely-seen older sister Aimee 'are not close at all' before reuniting at dad Ozzy's emotional funeral

Jack Osbourne revealed that he and his sister Aimee were 'not close at all' in a podcast chat recorded weeks before they reunited for their father Ozzy's funeral. The Osbournes launched in 2002 and ran for four series' on MTV, following the lives of the late Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon and two of their children - Jack and Kelly. However, Aimee, who is Jack and Kelly's eldest sister, chose not to star in the reality show as she tried to carve out her own career in the music industry. Jack, 39, said on the Disrespectfully podcast: 'Back then she really wanted to be a musician and the kind of musician she wanted to be was like a Fiona Apple, Mazzy Star, like this kind of obscure, mysterious, moody… 'And she deemed doing a show on MTV as low-hanging fruit. She was like, "I'm not going to be seen riding coat-tails," kind of thing, that's how she perceived it. 'Once the show was hugely successful I think she was kind of like, "Well I can't now come on because I don't want to be seen even more so as jumping on the bandwagon". And she dug her heels in and wanted to be relatively private and obscure.' While Aimee has remained away from the limelight compared to her siblings, the 41-year-old has previously released music under the name ARO, which is her initials. Jack revealed on the podcast they weren't on close terms when he was quizzed on whether Aimee regretted not taking part in the family's reality series. He admitted: 'I've never had the conversation with her, we're not close at all. We don't have a great relationship, she'll be the first to tell you that, so it's no secret. 'I've never asked her outright, "Do you regret it'" I think there must be a level of like, "Hey, my life would have probably been different than what it is if I'd done that", so I don't know, I think I would feel like I would have regretted it.' Aimee courageously put herself in the spotlight for her beloved father at his funeral procession last month. The Black Sabbath rocker died aged 76 on July 22 and his funeral cortege travelled through his hometown of Birmingham, passing thousands of fans who lined the streets. Her brave decision to step into the limelight and pay respects with the world also forced her to put differences aside with her estranged sister Kelly. Kelly and Aimee have had a fraught relationship for years, but were pictured with their devastated mother and brother for the rock legend's send off. In recent years the vastly-different siblings had admitted they weren't on speaking terms, with Kelly saying in an interview they just 'didn't understand each other.' Kelly, who appeared on the Dax Shepard podcast Armchair Expert, revealed in 2021 that she and her older sister had been estranged for a long time. 'We don't talk,' Kelly said. 'We're just really different. She doesn't understand me and I don't understand her.' Meanwhile, back in 2015 Aimee shared with The Independent that her and Kelly were not on close terms. 'I wouldn't say there is an ease between us, but there is an acceptance,' she said. 'Do we socialize? No.' Sharon previously admitted she was devastated when Aimee moved out, saying on The Talk in 2018: 'She felt too that she didn't want to grow up on camera. She hated the idea - it was appalling to her. 'And so she left at 16 and I regret every day that she did. It broke my heart when she moved.' Ozzy shared daughters Kelly and Aimee, as well as son Jack, with his wife of 43 years Sharon, and also had three children, Louis, Jessica and Eliot, from his first marriage to wife Thelma Riley.
