Sophie Hawkins, a size 12 fashionista from Cardiff Bay, Wales, who recently showed off the best pair of stretchy shorts from H&M, has now taken to social media to show off her latest Primark haul, leaving many totally stunned.
After taking a trip to her local Primark, Sophie nabbed all things from a matching blue co-ord and an orange swimsuit, to a black mini dress and a beach cover-up.
But it was Primark's new Gingham Capri Pants that left her particularly impressed.
Posting online, Sophie showed off her new fashion finds and styled her new £14 capri pants with the matching £12 top.
She accessorised the outfit with a pair of gold heels and a gold bag, as well as a pair of stylish sunglasses.
Alongside her short clip, the high-street shopper, who is 'addicted to fashion', wrote: 'Am I trying to be Gretchen Wieners making fetch happen with a capri pant or do they need to be returned?'
The capri pants, which are decorated with an all-over gingham print, are sure to turn heads this season.
According to Primark bosses, shoppers will 'level up' their new season rotation and 'embrace warm weather days in style with these must-have capri pants'.
The iconic trousers, which first gained popularity in the 1950s and 60s, saw a major resurgence in the late 90s and early 2000s, feature a summer-ready gingham print that instantly draws the eye.
They are cut to a cropped length that's 'perfect for sun-soaked moments' and the soft fabric has a handy stretch to it.
'I need it all ASAP!' fashion fans gasp as Primark prepares to drop new summer range, including a 'beach bag of dreams'
As a result, those at Primark have described these pants as a 'comfortable option that's perfect for everyday wear.'
Not only this, but Primark bosses have also claimed that the cropped design 'adds to their cool and casual appeal'.
Why Primark is great for looking expensive on a budget
By Clemmie Feildsend, Fabulous Fashion Editor
AS someone who's no stranger to grabbing a last-minute outfit from Primark for a night out, it's about time that celebrities started catching on too.
For as long as I've been heading out, Primark has been my go-to for those 'I have nothing to wear' moments, rushing in at the last minute to find something perfect.
And I'm definitely not alone - on any Friday or Saturday night, you'll find plenty of shoppers doing the same thing, right before closing time.
But no matter what, Primark always delivers.
Now, Rita Ora is leading the charge, showing that you can snag a designer-worthy look without spending a fortune at high-end stores.
While Rita's not rushing in last minute for a red carpet outfit, she's proving you can achieve the same high-impact style for much less.
Looking stunning in her tailored suit alongside her mum Vera, Rita fit right in among the other A-listers dripping in Prada, Dior, and Victoria Beckham - if anything, she looked even better than some of the guests at The Fashion Awards.
With Myleene Klass and Roxy Horner already jumping on the Primark bandwagon, I'm sure more stars will be following suit soon enough.
And that's not all, as these pants also feature a 'flattering slim fit that smoothes effortlessly over your figure.'
Many will be pleased to know that sizes range from a 6 to a size 20 and these capri pants are now available to order on the website's new Click & Collect feature.

Top Primark summer buys
IF you're looking for more Primark summer buys, then you've come to the right place.
Shoppers have recently been raving about the new Miffy PJs from Primark.
Others were desperate to nab the new leopard print nightwear.
If animal print is your thing, you'll want to check out the new maxi skirts.
The haltnerneck tops are perfect for summer.
If you're on a budget, these trousers are identical to a pair from Zara, but without the hefty price tag.
There's brilliant travel essentials for less than £10.
And if you plan on heading to the beach, you won't want to miss these crochet bags.
Another added: 'All these outfits look amazing on you.'
A third commented: 'All looks stunning!!'
Meanwhile, someone else beamed: 'Absolutely gorgeous.'
Not only this, but another fashionista chimed in: 'Need the little orange outfit.'

Scottish TikTok food blogger Emily Franchi finds recipe for success

Emily Franchi, 23, known on TikTok as @foodbyfranchi, started posting food content on the platform less than a year ago and has already gained a following of more than 180,000 people. It began with Franchi just casually posting her weekly dinners and before she knew it, she had people from across the world tuning in daily to see her latest meal. Franchi said: 'I am overwhelmed, it feels great. It is such a lovely feeling because people are so nice. It's great to know people want to follow along with what I'm making for dinner. 'I do question 'why are you all following me' but the main feeling is happiness that I am inspiring people to get into the kitchen with new ideas for their weekly dinner rotation.' Franchi's love for cooking comes from her family as her parents were always cooking while she was growing up at home. READ MORE: Lily Phillips tackles dark side of motherhood with Edinburgh Fringe show Albeit she never partook in cooking herself and it was not until the start of last year when Franchi moved out her family home that she began cooking. She said: 'I kind of fell into it, to be honest, it was a bit of a weird one. I moved out of my parents' house, and I was experimenting with cooking last year. Then I saw a trend on TikTok going round that people were posting what they had for dinner this week and I thought why not jump on the trend.' She made two posts and one of her posts went viral months later. 'I posted a couple in September then I never really bothered again and while I was on holiday a few months later, it started going really viral, so it wasn't an immediate thing,' Franchi explained. That TikTok featured the meals she had cooked that week including honey chilli chicken, butter chicken, chilli, and roast chicken. Since resuming her posting, it has been a constant growth for her account in 2025, and she believes the reason for that success is the relatability of her content. Dishes like crispy chilli chicken noodles, sweet and sour chicken, chicken tikka kebab bowls, and chicken chorizo pasta have all scored views around the one million mark. Her most viewed TikTok – at 32.4 million views and two million likes – features some of her dinner ideas such as buffalo tenders with mac and cheese, chorizo carbonara, steak and chilli garlic noodles, and katsu curry. 'A lot of the dinners and recipes I post are catered to beginners, they are easy in that sense and quite quick,' she said. READ MORE: Rhoda Meek: The drive to go digital has real implications in rural and island areas 'I post a lot of 20-minute recipes for people which suits people who are working full time or have kids. 'All of my ingredients are accessible and quite budget-friendly which I think is what resonates with people too.' The inspiration for her recipes comes from a mix of her mum's cooking growing up, online information, and a lot of trial and error when she combines some of her favourite dishes together to see if they work. In May, after months of being asked to by her followers, Franchi published a digital cookbook that people can buy which features 50 of her favourite and most requested recipes. She said: 'The idea came from my followers to have recipes all in one place that they could access on their phone because it can be hard to scroll to find things on my page. 'I kind of thought people want this now and a hard copy cookbook would take months of working with a company to get it. 'Whereas I wanted to get something to my followers quickly and it was just a couple of weeks of late nights to put it together myself.' Her most popular TikTok post has amounted to more than 32 million views when she showed off 20 dinner ideas for people to use and Franchi said the reception she has had from people has been great. 'My favourite comments are people saying thank you and people saying this is a lifesaver which has been so strange,' Franchi added. 'That was one thing I didn't realise people were struggling with. People are like, I hate thinking of new dinner ideas, especially with kids, and they tend to get stuck in the rut of having the same thing every week on rotation. 'A lot of people say they sit down on a Sunday, come to my page and plan their weekly dinners.' Franchi said she has many plans for the future to help keep her account growing and providing people across the world with simple, tasty recipes. 'My next step is a bigger and better version of a cookbook,' she said. 'I would love a hard copy book and to double the number of recipes in it. I had requests to start doing weekly meal plans for people with shopping lists which I would love to do for my followers.' She also has some trips planned for the rest of the year where she will take her TikTok with her after the success of her recently documented trips to Italy, Greece and Dublin trying different foods.

Love Island's Harry Cooksley's ex Emma reveals what he messaged her before he appeared on ITV2 show

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) LOVE Island bombshell Emma Munro has revealed just what her ex and former co-star Harry Cooksley messaged her before heading into the villa. The ITV2 star, 30, spoke candidly during a chat aired on Spill With Will's TikTok page - just days after she broke her silence about the pair plotting to win the show's £50K cash prize. Fans then previously insisted the late arrival should win the series after dishing out home truths to Harry before revealing the real reason for their split. Now Emma, who underwent an image revamp prior to her time in the dating programme, has let slip their last conversation before he entered the ITV2 series as a show OG. She denied knowing he was going on the matchmaking series and said: "No, he [Harry] sent me the weirdest text right before he went into holding. "And he basically said 'oh you won't be able to contact me for the summer, please get hold of my mum if you need anything.' "I thought oh he's going to rehab. "Or he's checked into a wellness centre, how wrong was I?" Emma, who was recently given the boot from the show, told how she first became aware of his telly gig when she saw his Instagram post. She added: "I wasn't shocked you know. Spot the blink and you'll miss it moment that proves Love Islanders Emma and Harry are still in love - did you see it? "I feel like this is a bit of him, he'd be the perfect candidate. "And he has been, he's carried the show on his back lets be honest." PLOT REVEAL During their time in the villa together, the pair's connection appeared to take a turn - after Harry pulled Emma for a chat and they enjoyed some new banter about PDA. Fans were then quick to claim the brunette's "real mask had slipped." This was exacerbated when she was heard discussing the show's £50K cash prize pot on the ITV2 series. In spin off show Aftersun, host Maya Jama directly asked the TV show star why. She said: "You're one of the few Islanders who have actually mentioned the 50k." Emma replied: "We have broken the fourth wall," to which Maya said: "You did, can you clarify what you meant by that? "I think you said something after like 'ahh play along' something like that?" Emma giggled before she said: "Look I'm glad you brought that up because the whole thing was a complete joke. "Harry and I had nothing else to talk about and we are both really playful but I can confirm there was no game plan and we were just being silly. "None of it was serious." 6 Emma was given the boot from the series recently Credit: Eroteme 6 She told how she wasn't surprised to see Harry in the villa and claimed he 'carried the show on his back' Credit: TikTok/@spillwithwill
