Wests Tigers star Terrell May has apologised for his live stream outburst where he told his friend to chuck his Blues jersey 'in the bin' after revealing he had been snubbed by Laurie Daley.
May confirmed the rumour he was not in Daley's 20-man squad live on Twitch – a live streaming platform and social network – where he was playing and streaming Call of Duty Warzone with his friends.

Breaking the news of his NSW Blues omission to his mates and the general public, the Tigers enforcer instructed his friend to throw the Blues jersey he bought for him in the bin as he confirmed the rumour he is set to miss out.
'You know that Blues jersey I bought you? Chuck it in the bin,' May said on his Twitch stream last Thursday night.

After dropping the bombshell he won't be selected by Daley, May then joked he may have to defect from NSW to get a run in the Origin arena.
'Might have to switch my allegiance,' May quipped.
His comments prompted a fiery response from former Blues coach Brad Fittler, who labelled his actions 'pathetic'.
Daley wasn't bothered by them saying they had no bearing on his selection now or in the future.
But May has set the record straight and apologised for his comments, stating frustration got the better of him.
'When all those reports came out, there were so many comments saying 'I can't believe you didn't make it' … I got a bit frustrated,' he told Nathan's Lawns and Gardens.
'I never should have said that. That's on me. Obviously, I was joking, but no one really knows me personally, so I shouldn't assume people are gonna know me.
'I wish I could take that back, but I can't. At the end of the day, that's on me.
'Now, I gotta live with it. I'm just gonna keep grinding to earn their trust.'
May continues to make headlines for online activity
May's online activity continues to make waves with his YouTube Vlog making headlines earlier this month.
Terrell May revealed he had been snubbed by Laurie Daley while streaming Call of Duty.
May's video which showed an NRL fan asking if he could take a selfie with several Tigers players while they were waiting in a terminal at Brisbane Airport last weekend was surrounded in controversy.
In the video, Tigers captain Jarome Luai appeared to be in the middle of a video call with his family and had headphones in his ears at the time of the request.
The star playmaker then appeared to brush the fan off and his decision not to engage in conversation with the member of the public sparked debate about the obligations expected of NRL players off the field.
Throughout the clip May humorously directed the fan to instead take photos with Royce Hunt and Jahream Bula as he attempted to rile up his teammates.

‘I don't think there needs to be too much negativity': Cameron Ciraldo blocks out criticism of how he's using Lachlan Galvin

Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo says his plans for Lachlan Galvin won't be influenced by the same people who criticised the club's recruitment strategy as he prepares to avenge his side's heavy loss to Brisbane earlier in the season. Galvin is just three games into his Bulldogs career after he made the mid-season switch from the Wests Tigers, with the young playmaker winning his first two matches before tasting defeat in an instant classic against Penrith last week. The former Tiger has started one match and has come off the bench in the other two games, with plenty of outside noise that Ciraldo should move him into the halves now and drop Toby Sexton to work on combinations ahead of the finals. 'I don't see a whole lot of it. I am told about it at different times, but internally we all understand what we're trying to do here,' Ciraldo said ahead of Friday's showdown with the Broncos where Galvin has again been named on the bench. 'We're all on the same page and I've got a number of good people around me whose opinions I trust inside our four walls, and we'll continue to do that. 'It's probably the same voices who are doubting what we did now who doubted our recruitment strategy, doubted our forward pack and doubted a lot of other things we did along the way. 'At the end of the day, how we play towards the back end of the season – everyone will have an opinion on that – but we're really comfortable with what we're doing now and how our team is evolving. 'It was such a quality game last week and it was like a benchmark game for the season, so I don't think there needs to be too much negativity around how we played last week.' The Bulldogs only trail ladder leaders Canberra on for and against, with the blue and whites looking to bounce back after their narrow loss to Penrith in what was the game of the season. They missed a late chance to win it when skipper Stephen Crichton's pass went into touch, with his teammates quick to pick him up and support him. That's something Crichton would have done when he joined the club, with his traits now rubbing off on his teammates. 'That was great. We're a very connected team and a very connected club at the moment, and that's really important,' Ciraldo said. 'There's a lot of outside noise about disruptions and things like that, but if you look at those key moments in the game last week… the way our team came together makes me really proud as a coach.' Their next challenge is against a Broncos side that thrashed them in round 8 to snap their winning streak to start the season, with Brisbane racing in six first-half tries to ambush their rivals. Both teams will be missing a stack of Origin stars, but Ciraldo is backing his team to learn from what went wrong when they met back in April. 'There are some really good lessons for us there, but there were also some really good parts of our identity where we just fought for the end and never gave up and had a really good second half,' he said. 'There are lessons every week but particularly that week. 'We reviewed it pretty heavily at the time, but it's always good to go back and look at what went well and what didn't. 'I'd like to see us build on what we did last week. We learnt lots of lessons in round 8 against the Broncos, but we learnt plenty of lessons last week as well. I just want to see us put as many of those into action as we can.'

‘Few tears': Journeyman to debut

The Broncos have been dealt a double blow with Corey Jensen and Jesse Arthars ruled out of the side's trip to Sydney to face the Bulldogs, with coach Michael Maguire backing the recalled Selwyn Cobbo to fire in his first game in a month. Jensen (calf) and Arthars (rib) will miss Friday night's clash, while veteran Ben Hunt is likely to return next week as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury. It's a blow for the Broncos who were already without Origin stars Payne Haas, Pat Carrigan, Reece Walsh and Gehamat Shibasaki for next week's decider, but Maguire is confident his forward pack can get the job done. Ben Talty will make his debut off the bench after starting the year playing with North Sydney in the NSW Cup, while journeyman Delouise Hoeter will start his first game since 2023. NRL Photos Credit: The Courier-Mail 'Ben Talty has come in here about a month ago and put his head down, and he's going to be on the bench,' Maguire said. 'He reminded me about how special rugby league is. I was able to sit with him yesterday and talk about how he is going to debut. 'The big fella had a few tears and gave me a big squeeze. It gave me a real sense of what it really means to play NRL. 'He has been trying for a long time, so it just goes to show how special it is what our game brings. 'For 'Della' (Hoeter), he has been out for 12 months, so it's another great story.' Maguire backed Shibasaki to handle the pressure on his Origin debut, with the backline changes opening the door for Cobbo to return to the Broncos side for the first time since round 13. Maguire didn't want to comment on Cobbo's looming departure and backed him to take his opportunity at fullback. 'I'm not going to go into that. I stood here at the same thing last week talking about the same story. Selwyn is now focused on playing,' he said. 'We talk about players and how it's hard to keep everyone. That's what we're working through. 'Selly is working through this year and we've got a great opportunity with where we are at the moment. The competition is well and truly alive. 'Selly has been good over the past month. 'As much as you talk about turbulent, we've worked through things and Selly is really focused on playing with his teammates. 'He's in good form at the moment and trained really well just then, so he's ready to go.'
