JoJo Siwa makes gushing tribute to Chris Hughes with tender three-word statement

Daily Mirror28-05-2025
JoJo Siwa appears to have confirmed her relationship with reality star Chris Hughes as she took to the stage earlier this week and made a subtle nod to him
JoJo Siwa dropped a huge hint about her relationship with Chris Hughes as she shared a three-word comment. Since the 22-year-old and Chris, 32, left the Celebrity Big Brother house, rumours have been rife about their bond after they became incredibly close.
The rumours intensified when it emerged that just hours after leaving the house, JoJo had dumped her partner, Kath Ebbs, who had flown in from Australia to meet their partner. Since leaving the house, JoJo and Chris have made the most of their free time and recently headed on a luxury holiday in Mexico together, where they were pictured kissing.

But now she's back in the UK, JoJo appears to have all but confirmed that she and Chris are an item. After taking to the stage at Colours Hoxton on Tuesday, she made a sweet nod to Chris, who found fame on ITV2's Love Island.

During a cover of Bette Davis' Eyes, originally sung by Kim Carnes in 1981, she changed the lyrics to add a tribute to Chris. One lyric from the original song is: "She's got Bette Davis eyes." However, JoJo changed these to: "He's got, Chris Hughes' eyes," leaving the crowd going wild.
She told the crowd that she changed the song as it made her "happy." Speaking to the packed crowd, Dance Moms icon JoJo said: "I'll tell you this much, if it's not obvious, that ending lyric is very much true." This isn't the first time she's done this, though; she also changed the lyrics on Monday, while Chris was in attendance at the show.
But on Tuesday, he was unable to attend, but JoJo still ensured his presence would be felt. She took along the orange beanie hat that Chris had given her in the house.
She also told the crowd that she caught Chris singing one of her songs while she was sleeping. "This morning I woke up and all I heard was [sings Nobody Can Change me] he was singing," she said.

JoJo added: "So I figured today I'd bring a little bit of him while I sing this next song." As her performance drew to a close, JoJo shared a rather personal insight into her life after feeling she was one of the "most hated people in the world."
She said: "London, can I just say, as Joelle, a very serious thank you, I'm going to take my last two minutes to get a little deep with you all. I've gone through a lot of phases in my life; it's crazy what I'm about to say out loud. Since I was nine, I've gone through phases of my life where, at times, I have been one of the most hated people in the world.
"I'm not asking for sympathy, it's ok, but I've been hanging onto things that are out of my control." She went on to add: "It was really, really bad when I was 14. But, right now, personally and professionally, I feel incredibly loved. And it just, nights like this, I don't cry that often, nights like this it just it really hit me, and I can be up here and sing my songs and commit to the bit, but I just want you to know inside my heart is smiling.
"And I feel like, I just feel so grateful because in my life right now, in roms like this and at home I feel so loved and I feel so special. I wanna take a second, and remind everybody if you're doing through a hard time, I promise it gets good, just keep pushing troops."

Sharon Osbourne said Ozzy hated her Ozempic use as she reveals why she did it

Sharon Osbourne revealed her beloved late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, was worried about her about using Ozempic, which she took to help her lose weight Sharon Osbourne admitted her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, was concerned about his much-loved wife after she started using Ozempic. The mum-of-three, 72, tried the drug, which is designed to treat diabetes - but is now used for weight loss - in 2023 to help her lose a few pounds. ‌ However, after injecting Ozempic, which manages glucose levels, Mrs O, who stopped taking the medication after weighing less than 100 lbs., admitted she had lost too much weight, which left doting husband Ozzy concerned. ‌ Revealing she was tired of her weight "going up and down", she told Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway on ITV 's Good Morning Britain: 'I was just fed up of going back and forth with my weight, constantly like this. And I just thought, I've tried everything – everything I've tried. And so, I thought well, might as well try it (Ozempic) and I did.' ‌ However, admitting that her husband was not a fan of the drug, she confessed: 'He doesn't like it. And he's scared. He thinks that something's going to happen to me. (He thinks) 'This is it. There's nothing's perfect. If you've got skinny, then something else is gonna happen.'' Speaking on whether she was happy with her weight loss, she concluded: 'I could do with putting on a few pounds, but at this point, the way my body is, it's not listening. It's staying where it is.' Sharon, who is now grieving the tragic loss of her husband Ozzy, after he passed away at the age of 76, mere weeks after his final gig in his home city of Birmingham, has spoken openly about her health concerns over the years. ‌ The fiercely protective mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer in the summer of 2002, the same year that The Osbournes premiered on MTV. Sharon, who found fame as Ozzy's manager, did everything she could to protect her children from the heartbreaking realities of the disease, which had spread to her lymph nodes. In a recent interview with Metal Hammer, the X Factor star was asked why she continued working during her illness. Sharon replied: "Because I didn't want my kids and my husband to know how sick I was. When you say 'cancer', everybody always thinks 'death'. And you've got to remember it was 23 years ago." ‌ The Celebrity Big Brother star continued: "At that point, cancer wasn't the same as it is now. So everybody always thought it was a death sentence and I didn't want my kids to have fear constantly surrounding them. I didn't want it." Sharon, then 49, didn't shy away from discussing her cancer while filming, with the show including everything from her chemotherapy treatment to her decision to turn to Cher's wig maker after her hair fell out. However, although the family put on a brave united front, Ozzy later opened up about his fears for Sharon's life in an interview with Classic Rock magazine. He revealed: "I thought she was going to die. I never knew anybody that had survived cancer. As far as I was concerned, patient plus cancer equals death. But my wife is a very strong woman."
