Kareena Kapoor skips Guns N' Roses concert, jams with family
The actor, known popularly as Bebo, chose to skip the legendary band's return to India after 13 years and instead spent her evening with her actor-husband, Saif Ali Khan, and son Taimur.
On Monday, Kapoor Khan took to Instagram to drop glimpses of their jam session.
The black-and-white photo showed Khan playing the guitar while teaching Taimur, who was seen sitting on a stool, deeply focused on learning how to strum.
"Might have missed Guns N' Roses..." she wrote in the first story. In a follow-up story with the same picture, she added, "But I got my own band, people," along with a fire, heart, and smiling emoji.
Rock band Guns N' Roses performed at a jam-packed venue in Mumbai on May 17 to mark their return to India after 13 years. The band performed as part of their ongoing Asia tour.
Meanwhile, Kapoor Khan was last seen in the Bollywood action flick Singham Again, starring Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff.

'JSK vs State of Kerala' gets new release date after legal battle over film's title
After weeks of controversy over the film's title, the makers of Suresh Gopi's JSK vs State of Kerala have finally announced the movie's new release date. It was earlier stated to release on June 20. Granted a U/A 16+ rating by India's censor board, actor-lawmaker Suresh Gopi took to Instagram to share that the movie will now release on July 17. While sharing the new release date, the makers wrote, "Behind every delay... have a truth worth fighting for." and in the end that truth shall always prevail !!! JANAKI V v/s STATE OF KERALA. U/A 16+ CERTIFICATION WORLDWIDE RELEASE ON JULY 17TH." View this post on Instagram A post shared by JANAKI V/S STATE OF KERALA (@jskthemovie) The release of the Malayalam movie Janaki vs State of Kerala starring Union Minister and superstar Gopi was stalled following a demand from the censor board for a film title change. As per the film's makers, the censor board asked them to change the name Janaki, saying it also refers to the Hindu goddess Sita. The movie tells the story of a woman who faced assault and mounts a legal fight against the state. The board reportedly said that god's name should not be given to a woman who was assaulted. The film's release was scheduled for June 20. The regional office of Central Board for Film Certification in Thiruvananthapuram had cleared the film with a U/A certificate. The film was later forwarded to the CBFC headquarters in Mumbai, where officials demanded a change in the title. If the film's title is changed, many dialogues in the film mentioning the name will also need to be changed, its makers said. In response to this, the makers moved the Kerala High Court to challenge the demand. Later, Malayalam cinema and television artistes under the umbrella of AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Actors), Producers Association and FEFKA (Film Employees Federation of Kerala) protested in front of the regional office of Central Bureau of Film Certification at Chitranjali Studio complex at Thiruvallam in Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram.

Kareena Kapoor's diet hasn't changed since 2007: Here's what she eats
For nearly two decades, Kareena Kapoor Khan has been more than just a Bollywood icon — she's been a wellness muse. Ever since she stunned audiences with her lean 'size zero' transformation in Tashan (2008), fans have been intrigued by what fuels her fitness. Now, her longtime dietician Rujuta Diwekar has revealed that the actress's diet has remained largely the same for the past 18 years. Rujuta, who began working with Kareena during the Tashan era, credits the actress for being her launchpad. 'Because of her, I got to write my first book,' Diwekar said in an interview with The Lallantop, referring to her bestselling 2009 guide Don't Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight. That philosophy has since become a lifestyle — one rooted in simplicity, tradition, and consistency. Kareena's Daily Diet According to Diwekar, Kareena's meals are homey and grounded in Indian cuisine: Morning kickstart: A few dry fruits — almonds, raisins, or figs — immediately after waking. Breakfast: A plate of paratha or poha. Lunch: Dal and rice (usually on set), or roti-sabzi if she's at home. Evening snack: Seasonal favourites like mangoes or a mango milkshake, sometimes paired with cheese toast. Dinner: Khichdi with a spoonful of ghee, or occasionally a light pulao. Kareena claimed that the most 'joyfully ridiculous rumour' she heard about herself is that she eats quinoa and air to maintain her figure The most ridiculous rumour Kareena heard about herself, she claims, is that she eats quinoa and air to maintain her figure. That isn't the case as Kareena loves her parathas, she says in a chat with Vicky Kaushal for The Hollywood Reporter India, " Even when I was training for Tashan, I didn't give them up.' And what sets Kareena apart isn't just what she eats — it's how she lives. 'Dinner by 6pm, lights out by 9.30 pm, morning workouts before the world wakes up,' she shared in an interview with The Nod. Friends know better than to expect her at late-night parties; instead, she winds down her evenings with a quiet episode of Schitt's Creek on low volume. Despite her current wellness poster-girl image, Kareena has never shied away from being candid about her struggles. She was the special guest at the launch of Diwekar's new book Mitahara: Food Wisdom From My Indian Kitchen earlier this year. There, she recalled being a 'chubby kid' who could polish off a bag of chips with ease. After the birth of her second son Jeh in 2021, she gained 45 kilos, a phase she says taught her to 'grow into feeling comfortable in my skin again.'
