A beauty expert has revealed her simple tip to anti-ageing

However, beauty experts are urging everyone to stay extra vigilant when it comes to skincare, offering top tips to help prevent ageing as well.
Tina Birtchnell, Spa Manager at Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa, explained that there are several factors during this season that can contribute to premature ageing.
'The good news is many of them are within your control,' says Tina.
'One of the most overlooked is sleep. Poor quality or insufficient sleep can accelerate cellular ageing, affecting everything from your skin to your overall wellbeing.
'We understand life gets busy, but prioritising quality rest can significantly improve not only your appearance, but also your mood, energy, and productivity.
'Hydration is another simple yet powerful tool. Many people underestimate the ageing effects of dehydration, especially when alcohol is involved.
'Alcohol strips the skin of moisture, leaving it dry and dull, and enhancing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
'Water can have a visibly rejuvenating effect, often making you look and feel years younger.'
In addition to these lifestyle basics, maintaining a consistent skincare routine is essential.
She says: 'Support your skin daily with cleansing, hydration, and sun protection.
'Love these' shoppers cry as Primark launches new skincare range with £3.50 masks & SPF & it'll save you hundreds on the viral brand
"Having regular facials is also a great way to ensure your skin is getting all the ingredients it needs.
'At Donnington Valley Spa, our treatments utilise ingredients like Pure Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to help restore and protect the skin while combating the early signs of ageing.'
Here, in her own words Tina reveals her top products ahead of the summer season.
SPF
Tina recommends Elemental Herbology's Smart Screen SPF 50 Moisturiser (RRP £45) as it not only protects the skin from blue light and pollution.
Enriched with highly protective ingredients such as Pollustop® and Aquaceria, this lightweight SPF50+ moisturiser shields the skin from sun damage, blue light, and pollution.
Formulated without silicone or fragrance, it is vegan and packed with Provitamin B5 and Vitamin E to soothe and hydrate, ensuring flawless and protected skin all year round.

Hydration
Tina also suggests using Mavala's Skin Vitality Vitalizing Alpine Micro Mist (RRP £21.50) throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and refreshed, particularly during warmer weather.
Infused with energising Swiss Apricot extract and decongesting Cornflower water, this ultra-fine micro-mist instantly brightens and revitalises the skin.
Available to buy here.
Balm
Tina says that people also often forget to protect their lips, Mavala's Tinted Lip Balms (RRP £7.99) contain SPF15.
This ultra-nourishing tinted balm, featuring a lightweight and silky texture, deeply hydrates and soothes dry lips while protecting against chapping.
Enriched with aloe vera, apricot extract, and shea butter, it creates a protective barrier against external factors such as cold, pollution, air conditioning, and dry climates, leaving your lips soft and beautifully tinted.

How to upcycle garden furniture in 3 steps There's really no need to spend a fortune on new garden furniture. Rebecca Miller, Fabulous' Associate Editor and gardening enthusiast has shared her tips to transforming grotty second-hand furniture into pieces that look brand new. And all you need to do is have a spare afternoon to spruce them up - and it's something you can get your kids involved in! Clean Everything looks better after a good scrub. If in doubt, opt for a simple washing-up liquid and warm water solution, and get to work removing all the grime and dirt. If the piece of furniture can withstand some pressure, why not pressure wash it? Leave it to dry, then you can see what you're dealing with. Fix-up If the item of furniture is a little wonky, or you're unsure how sturdy it is, take a moment to check all the fixtures and either replace them or tighten them up. Colour The quickest way to transform a piece of furniture is with a lick of paint. When choosing a new colour, base it on shades that will fit with your existing garden design and plants - but most importantly, pick a colour that will bring a smile to your face." Laura Carter from the online retailer Furniturebox has shared go-to technique for revamping your furniture. According to the expert, all you need is a brillo pad to spruce up your rusty metal outdoor furniture. Nothing dates outdoor furniture more than rust but thankfully, it can be easily cleaned off. Beauty product that costs £15 at Next now £1.99 in Home Bargains
The high-end beauty product that's £15 in Next and Argos is only £1.99 in the bargain retailer Home Bargains is living up to its reputation with its latest discount offer. With the summer season in full swing, many Brits are eager to safely enhance their tan, and a bottle of fake tan is a popular choice for some. However, it's no secret that such beauty products can be pricey, unless you know where to hunt for deals. Home Bargains, renowned for its wallet-friendly prices, has slashed the price of Bondi Sands' Pure Self-Tanning Face Mis t. The 70ml bottle typically retails for £14.99, including at Next, and the identical product is priced at £15 at Argos. But, thanks to an 86% off deal, Home Bargains customers can snap it up for just £1.99. According to Bondi Sands, the fake tan is non-comedogenic, meaning it won't block pores, and it's 'suitable for sensitive skin'. As per its product description, Bondi Sands' Pure Self Tanning Face Mist blends the brand's "iconic golden glow with skin-loving ingredients" and "ceramides to help assist with younger-looking skin", reports Plymouth Live. The colourless, fragrance-free formula is touted as lightweight and refreshing for an "instant burst of hydration." It also contains hyaluronic acid for hydration, vitamin C for radiance, and vitamin E for repair. The formula is cruelty-free, making it suitable for vegans as well. To use the product, first ensure your face is clean, dry and free of any other products. Then shake the bottle well, hold it about 15cm away from your face, close your eyes, and spritz four to six pumps evenly over your face and neck, blending it in softly with a tanning mitt. Bondi Sands instructs those seeking a deeper tan to reapply as needed, and emphasises the importance of washing hands well after application. The label also advises: "Do not apply any other skincare products until colour has developed. For best results, leave on skin for at least six hours." The £1.99 facial mist isn't the sole Bondi Sands item on sale at Home Bargains; a 200ml bottle of Bondi Sands Tanning Lotion in dark has had its price cut from £15.99 down to just £4.99. Light and medium variants are up for grabs at the same bargain price. There is also a 73% off deal on the Bondi Sands Aero Self Tanning Foam, which comes in a tall 225ml bottle. It was £18.99, but is now £4.99. The Bondi Sands Everyday Gradual Tanning Foam has also dropped down from £12.99 to £4.99.
