Sarah Michelle Gellar rubbishes rumours of feud with Jennifer Love Hewitt, Entertainment News
The actresses worked together on 1997 slasher movie I Know What You Did Last Summer and they both attended the premiere of the new reboot in Los Angeles on Monday (July 14).
Jennifer appears in the film with Sarah's husband Freddie Prinze Jr, but the two actresses were not pictured together at all during the event — leading to rumours of a falling out.
However, Sarah is adamant she just didn't get the chance to hang out with Jennifer because the premiere was so busy. In a post on Instagram, Sarah wrote: "For everyone asking — I never got to see @jenniferlovehewitt, who is fantastic in the movie.
"I was inside with my kids when the big carpet happened. And unfortunately, JLH didn't come to the after party.
"If you have ever been to one of these it's crazy. I sadly didn't get pics with most of the cast. But that doesn't change how amazing I think they all are. Unfortunately, some things happen only in real life and not online."
Sarah previously shared pictures from the event on the social media platform and wrote: "What a night! Still can't believe... Years later (no need to date myself) I got to walk the red carpet at another premiere of @ikwydlsmovie.
"Still starring the most handsome man I know @realfreddieprinze but this time directed by my best friend @jennkaytin and written by Jenn and @samlansky. I love this movie sooooo much and this cast!" View this post on Instagram

Sarah met Freddie on the set of the original I Know What You Did Last Summer, and they went on to marry in 2002.
Jennifer previously dismissed rumours of a feud between the two actresses last year — insisting she never demanded movie bosses have Sarah's beauty queen character killed off in the first movie.
During an appearance on the I've Never Said This Before with Tommy DiDario podcast, Jennifer explained: "I was 18. They were not taking script notes from me.
"All of us were in that experience together, you know, figuring it all out and everything. And I root for her and Freddie.
"I think it's the cutest thing in the world that they've been married for 100 years and have kids. It's adorable. It's just been really funny to see all of this stuff."

'Did you have to go this far?' Malaysia's TV3 slammed after Bella Astillah made to present award to actress in ex-husband's scandal
Malaysian broadcaster TV3 and entertainment programme Melodi are under fire after the audience witnessed a messy turn of events during their award show Anugerah Melodi Terhangat 2025 (2025 Melodi Hottest Awards) on Aug 3. Singer-actress Bella Astillah, 31, was on stage to present the award for Hottest Female Celebrity alongside her boyfriend, 32-year-old politician Syed Saddiq. When the former unfolded the result slip, there was a long pause as she laughed awkwardly. "This one... I know this one very well," she remarked. The winner? Actress Sophia Albarakbah, whom Bella had publicly called out in 2023 for allegedly flirting with her husband at the time, Singaporean actor Aliff Aziz. Bella handed Sophia the award without a glance and swiftly turned to walk away, and angry netizens flooded the comments section of Melodi's Instagram posts. [embed] "I'm boycotting TV3 and Melodi. Definitely won't see the show again after this," said one netizen. "You must've thought it was funny right? You were bored and there was nothing else to make a controversy out of. Don't be so childish... Did you have to go this far?" another questioned. Netizens also went on X to express their distaste towards what happened under the award show's hashtag. One remarked: "Just looking for cheap publicity. Shame on you." Others expressed their sympathy for Bella, whom they felt had looked anxious and uncomfortable. Bella also reportedly did not attend a scheduled interview with the media after the event. Sophia and Bella's assistant speaks out Regarding netizens who believed they saw tension between the two women on stage, Sophia, 32, reportedly said she didn't take the comments to heart. She added she didn't feel like she was being mocked by Bella, reported NST. "Maybe it was just her way of saying it, because she does know me. It was her delivery, that's all." Meanwhile, Bella's assistant Niel Rafeq spoke out in support of her. "Only her closest friends know what she did to Bella back then. That was not Bella's [usual] way of handing an award but perhaps it happened that way because the person gave her trauma. She was shaking because she's traumatised," he said in an Instagram Story. Aliff, now 34, and Bella got married in 2016 and split in 2019 but reconciled the following year. They have two children. In 2023, Sophia and Aliff were co-stars in the drama Ku Akad Kau Dengan Bismillah. Back then, Bella alleged that Sophia flirted with Aliff and would call him up to eight times a day. She also revealed text messages between herself and Sophia and claimed that the latter apologised for "accidentally falling in love" with Aliff. Aliff would later have a publicised scandal with his Terjerat co-star Ruhainies in 2024, leading to his second divorce from Bella in June the same year. [[nid:720945]] syarifahsn@

Heidi Klum planning to cleanse body of worms and parasites, Entertainment News
Heidi Klum is planning a worm-and-parasite cleanse. The 52-year-old supermodel has revealed that she and her husband Tom Kaulitz, 35, intend to try out the cleanse as they attempt to rid their bodies of potentially harmful worms and parasites. Heidi told the Wall Street Journal: "I'm going to deworm and de-parasite for the first time. Everything I'm getting on my Instagram feed at the moment is about worms and parasites. So I'm doing a worm cleanse and parasite cleanse with my husband. "I heard that you're supposed to do this once a year, and I've never done it. So I feel like I'm really behind. I don't know what the heck is going to come out." She added: "Apparently, we all have parasites and worms. If you are someone who eats raw things every now and then, like, for example, sushi. There are pills (to get rid of them), they have all of these herbs. There's a lot of clove in there. The parasite hates clove. They also hate the seeds from papaya. We have all this metal inside of us, and it's also very important that you use this de-metaling stuff. "I'm starting this now, and you have to do this for months. It's like a whole thing." Meanwhile, Heidi explained that she is constantly on the go. The former America's Got Talent judge said: "I feel like I exercise every day because I don't sit around on the couch. I'm always moving, doing things. I don't have someone that packs and unpacks for me. I run thousands of errands. "Today, for example, I have a fitting, then I try on I don't know how many outfits. It's clothes on and off, on and off, on and off, on and off. So I feel like I exercise kind of all the time. "Then we have a pool at home, so I swim a little bit in the pool. And we have a trampoline." Meanwhile, Klum is returning to the reality TV series Project Runway after an eight-year absence. She said: "Project Runway is my first television baby. It's something that I have helped create, help sell to the network that ended up choosing us at the time. I love the show. I'm proud of the show. "I feel like we've come a long way. We talked about important things on the show that were kind of groundbreaking, I thought, at the time, including body positivity. "So I feel like, 'Yes, I'm coming back.' But you know, in my heart, I was never really gone." [[nid:720943]]

Channelling Hannibal Lecter, Anthony Hopkins roasts Kim Kardashian's ‘face shaper'
Sign up now: Get ST's newsletters delivered to your inbox Actor Anthony Hopkins commented on Kim Kardashian's 'shapewear' for the face in a now-viral Instagram post. You know your product is 'sick' when Hannibal 'The Cannibal' Lecter himself gives it his seal of approval. US celebrity and influencer Kim Kardashian's multibillion-dollar company Skims recently rolled out a US$48 (S$61.80) piece of headgear that it claims will sculpt the face – scoop up the cheeks, neck and chin and hold them in place – as you sleep. It bears a close resemblance to a post-surgery compression garment, with its chin wrap and Velcro closures. Reactions to this 'shapewear' for the face have been swift, sharp and sweeping, so much so that award-winning actor Anthony Hopkins – who played prolific serial killer Hannibal Lecter in the movie The Silence Of The Lambs – has joined in on the fun. Many have compared the face wrap to the muzzle-like, brownish mask strapped around the head of Dr Lecter in a scene from the movie, in which a senator questions him about her missing daughter. Channelling that scene, Hopkins posted his 'review' of Kardashian's latest promotion. 'Hello, Kim. I'm already feeling 10 years younger,' Hopkins, speaking with Dr Lecter's indecipherable stare and metallic voice, says in the video, which has been viewed more than 37 million times. In the video's caption, Hopkins wrote, in a call-back to one of his memorable double entendres in the movie: 'Thank you, Kim. Don't be afraid to come over for dinner.' Kardashian's tongue-in-cheek response to Hopkins' video was: 'I'm screaming!!!!' Beyond this comedic tit-for-tat, the Kardashian headgear has set off a fierce debate about advertising and women's insecurities. Some have hailed it as the future of non-invasive facial sculpting, but others have accused Kardashian and her US$4 billion company of making claims not grounded in science and making women more insecure about their looks. Skims is trying to rebrand the face wrap, typically used after intensive cosmetic surgery, as a 'must-have' that can be used every day to 'shape and sculpt' the face. But medical professionals have questioned these claims. Dr Anna Andrienko, an aesthetic doctor specialising in cosmetic procedures, told the BBC that while these garments 'may offer some temporary sculpting or de-puffing effects due to pressure and heat retention', the results are far from permanent. 'These face wraps do not deliver lasting contouring or skin-tightening results,' she said. 'At best, they can reduce fluid retention short term. At worst, overuse may lead to skin irritation, breakouts or circulation issues if worn too tightly or for prolonged periods.' Casual observers say the product is contributing to 'bad self-esteem among young people'. It adds to the many questionable beauty trends that have had people scraping, pulling and pinching at their faces or taping over their lips at night just so they can feel good when they wake up in the morning, they say. 'What that says to me is that this pressure to look beautiful has become so consuming that there is not even a moment of our day – while we are sleeping – that has not been commodified for the project of becoming more beautiful,' said Ms Jessica DeFino, a beauty critic and writer of the Review Of Beauty newsletter.
