Anand Rathi sees 40% rally in multibagger healthcare stock despite 600% rise in five years

Stock Market Today: Anand Rathi sees a 40% rally in a Multibagger healthcare stock. This is despite a 600% rise in five years in the Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd. share price. Check details
Anand Rathi remains positive on the Multibagger healthcare stock Indraprastha Medical Corporation, maintaining it as a top pick, and expects about 40% upside to the target price of ₹ 590.
The Indraprastha Medical Corporation share price has risen more than 69% in a year. while it has grown almost 4-fold in the last two years. The Indraprastha Medical Corporation share price is up almost 613% in the last 5 years and has given Multibagger returns to the investors.
The primary re-rating trigger, as per Anand Rathi Research, is the Delhi government's stake sale expectation in the company
As per Anand Rathi, referring to their interaction with the management, they say that it was revealed that the promoters are negotiating to purchase all or a portion of the Delhi government's 26% stake, which they currently hold.
Although the timeline is uncertain, as per Anand Rathi Research, they think that if the deal proceeds, it will create more room for expansion in both emerging and existing regions, including the NCR.
Indraprastha is expanding its bed capacity from the present 802 beds. The expansions at its current location in Sarita Vihar (Delhi) are in accordance with the industry's expansion of bed capacity, with 350 beds anticipated to be added by mid-CY28.
The projected cost of this is ₹ 580 crore. About 40% of the project's cost is anticipated to be spent in FY26, with the remaining amount falling in FY27 and FY28.
Because the corporation is spending about Rs1.8 billion to create two underground floors for parking (about 1,300 automobiles and 350+ two-wheelers), the cost per bed is greater for this site. The goal is to increase the number of beds to approximately 1,800 at one location, which would likely be the largest number of beds at one location.
Anand Rathi research says that, further, with the new government coming in, Delhi should augur well for the company as it can expedite the Delhi government's stake sale to the promoters (can be an option value). They have broadly maintained their estimates for FY26 and FY27.

Suzlon share price: Anand Rathi re-initiates coverage on this multibagger stock, sees 23% upside

Suzlon share price: Backed by the stellar financial restructuring and sectoral tailwinds, domestic brokerage Anand Rathi has re-initiated coverage on multibagger renewable energy stock Suzlon Energy with a 'Buy' rating. Suzlon, the leader in India's wind turbine market, with an installed capacity of 15.1GW, commands a nearly 30% market share. This makes the company well-positioned to capitalise on India's growing renewable energy demand. Demand for electricity in India is expected to rise at a steady 5-7% over 2025-30. India's installed power generation capacity was 475GW in FY25, according to the Ministry of Renewable Energy. By 2030, this is projected to rise to 777GW, with renewables contributing 500GW, signalling a major shift in the country's energy landscape. This clean-energy transition will be primarily driven by solar, hybrid (solar + wind), and FDRE (solar + wind + battery) projects, underpinned by supportive policies, falling technology costs and India's broader de-carbonisation goals, Anand Rathi said. Additionally, the brokerage is impressed by the smart turnaround staged by the company, in terms of the reduction in debt. "The company underwent massive restructuring to reduce its debt. This financial engineering story propelled it to a net cash of a healthy ₹ 8.3 bn today, a testament to its disciplined revival strategy," Anand Rathi said. Its record-high order book of 5.6GW is 3.6x its FY25 execution volumes, offering strong long-term growth assurance and ensuring a steady project execution pipeline. In line with a robust turnaround, Suzlon Energy posted a five-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹ 1,181 crore for the March quarter, mainly on the back of higher revenues. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹ 254 crore in the quarter ended March 2024, a BSE filing showed. Its total income rose to ₹ 3,825.19 crore in the quarter from ₹ 2,207.43 crore a year ago. During 2024-25, the consolidated net profit also rose to ₹ 2,072 crore from ₹ 660 crore in the previous financial year. The total income in the fiscal increased to ₹ 10,993.13 crore from ₹ 6,567.51 crore in the year-ago period. "After navigating a difficult decade, Suzlon has staged a robust recovery. Because of its huge order backlog and a robust pipeline supported by national RE targets, we maintain our positive outlook on the stock," the brokerage said. We expect deliveries of 2.5GW in FY26 and 3.2GW in FY27. The brokerage values the stock at 40x PE on FY27e, given strong tailwinds, with a target price for Suzlon shares of ₹ 81, suggesting a nearly 23% upside from current levels. The multibagger stock has risen 20% in a year, while it has surged 270% in two years, 984% in three years and a whopping 1324% in five years, helped by strong financials, debt restructuring and growing RE demand. GST mop-up zooms 6.2% to `1.85 L cr in June

New Delhi: India's Goods and Services Tax (GST) collection rose to Rs1.85 lakh crore during June this year, marking a 6.2 per cent increase compared to the same month of the previous year, according to official data released on Tuesday. Although collections registered a robust growth to remain above Rs1.8 lakh crore, they were lower than the all-time high of Rs2.37 lakh crore recorded in April and Rs2.01 lakh crore in May. A study by the Finance Ministry noted that GST helped households save at least four per cent on monthly expenses in total. Consumers now spend less on daily necessities. GST has also transformed the logistics industry. Long queues of trucks at State borders and corruption-prone checkpoints have become a thing of the past. Goods now move faster and more freely across state lines. AP Collections In a record of sorts, Andhra Pradesh Government has achieved a record net GST revenue of Rs.8,860 crore in Q1 accounting for a growth of 3.40%. Total tax collections in Q1 including all sectors stood at Rs.13,361 crore compared to Rs.13,096 crore in FYI 2024-25, showing a growth of 2.02%. This indicates a sustained and healthy growth trajectory over the same period. For three consecutive months from April, 2025 the State has recovered the biggest-ever net GST collections for each respective month when compared to any previous finance year. Chief Commissioner of State Taxes A Babu said the remarkable performance highlights the State's strong economic recovery, effective enforcement actions and success of targeted policy initiatives aimed at expanding the tax based and compliance rate. He said the steady upward trend in GST collections not only demonstrates the resilience of Andhra Pradesh's revenue systems but also the increasing vitality of its commercial and industrial sectors.

Stock to buy for short term: Anand Rathi sees 16% upside in this beaten-down defense stock. Should you buy?

Shares of DCX Systems, a key player in the defence sector, have caught the attention of analysts at Anand Rathi, who foresee a potential sharp upside in the stock price. Despite recent weakness, the brokerage has issued a bullish call, forecasting a 16 percent gain in the near term based on a strong technical setup and improving momentum indicators. This article delves into the factors driving the optimism around DCX India and whether investors should consider adding it to their portfolios. According to Anand Rathi, DCX India is currently trading near a critical support zone between ₹ 275 and ₹ 280. This level aligns with a previous breakout area and the S3 monthly Camarilla pivot, marking a significant technical floor. The hourly Relative Strength Index (RSI) also sits in oversold territory, suggesting the stock may be forming a solid base in this range. Based on these signals, Anand Rathi recommended a long position in the ₹ 275-280 range, setting an upside target of ₹ 320 with a stop-loss below ₹ 257 on a closing basis. These technical indicators form the core rationale for the brokerage's bullish stance on DCX India. DCX India announced a fresh order worth ₹ 4.36 crore from a leading multinational company operating in defence, aerospace, space, and security sectors. The contract involves manufacturing and supplying special test equipment, consistent with terms laid out in the purchase agreement. Prior significant orders include contracts from Israeli defence firms ELTA Systems Ltd. ( ₹ 7.89 crore), Elbit Systems Ltd. ( ₹ 10.83 crore), and Rafael Advanced Defence Systems ( ₹ 5.04 crore), as well as domestic Indian clients ( ₹ 4.83 crore). These wins underscore DCX Systems' growing footprint as a key supplier of defence-grade electronic systems and cable harnesses for both international and domestic markets. DCX Systems reported a 26.3 percent decline in revenue for the quarter ending March 2025, falling to ₹ 549.96 crore from ₹ 746.2 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit also dropped by 37.2 percent to ₹ 20.7 crore. Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) declined 42.2 percent to ₹ 30 crore, with margins narrowing to 5.46 percent from 6.96 percent last year. For the full financial year, revenue fell 24 percent to ₹ 1,083.7 crore, missing the company's growth guidance of 35-40 percent. However, the consolidated order book stood at ₹ 2,855 crore as of March 31, 2025, marking a more than threefold increase from the previous year and a 32 percent rise compared to the second half of FY24. This surge in orders points to a strong pipeline despite recent revenue pressures. Over the past year, DCX India's stock price has dropped 24 percent, including a 10 percent decline in June after rallies in April and May. The current market price near ₹ 275 is approximately 39 percent below its 52-week high of ₹ 451.90 recorded in July 2024, indicating significant correction. The stock also touched a 52-week low of ₹ 200 in April 2025, reflecting volatility. Anand Rathi's bullish technical view suggests that this beaten-down stock may be poised for a rebound, potentially offering multibagger returns if momentum sustains.
