Lopez's dress and cape debuted on Miss Sohee's spring 2025 runway show, the first of designer Sohee Park on the official calendar at Paris Couture Week. For the collection, Park leaned into her South Korean heritage with elements including the peony embroidery on a shawl and the wisteria flowers adorning capes.
'I feel more comfortable being myself and really looking into myself,' the designer told WWD.
Before wearing her Miss Sohee look, Lopez performed in a futuristic, robot-inspired bodysuit covered in sequins. As the host of the awards show ceremony, the singer, who opted to skip the event's red carpet, is expected to wear multiple outfits throughout the night.
The 2025 American Music Awards air live on CBS at 8 p.m. ET and will be available for streaming on Paramount+ with Showtime, with on-demand viewing available the following day for Paramount+ Essential subscribers. The show features a star-studded lineup of performers, including Lainey Wilson and Janet Jackson, who will also receive the Icon Award.

Exciting New Details Emerge for Upcoming 'Practical Magic' Sequel originally appeared on Parade. After decades of patiently waiting, it seems that fans of 1998's cult favorite Practical Magic will soon be rewarded with a long-rumored sequel continuation. While details about the film have been relatively scarce thus far, new information has recently come out around the long-awaited Practical Magic 2, including who exactly is set to star in the film. Most obviously, Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman are both set to return to their roles as a sibling pair of New England witches at the heart of the original film. More recently, producers for Practical Magic 2 have announced the return of several additional actors from the initial film, alongside more than a few new faces joining the sequel's cast. In particular, Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest will reprise their roles from the original film. Previously, Channing (best known for her roles in Grease and The West Wing) portrayed the Owens' straightforward aunt, Frances. Meanwhile, Wiest (best known for her roles in Hannah and Her Sisters and Bullets Over Broadway) will play the Owens' more kind-hearted and understanding aunt, Jet. Additionally, The Act's Joey King has been cast in the role of Bullock's on-screen daughter, while Foundation's Lee Pace, Game of Thrones' Maisie Williams,The Dead Don't Hurt's Solly McLeod and Blue Beetle's Xolo Maridueña have all been cast in undisclosed roles. As of yet, plot details for the film remained tightly withheld from the public, but Practical Magic 2 is currently slated for release on September 18, 2026. "Twenty-five years ago, Sally, Gillian, Aunt Jet and Aunt Franny flew off the pages of Alice Hoffman's beloved novel and into theaters around the world, and we are thrilled to bring the Owens family back to the big screen with Joey, Lee, Maisie, Solly and Xolo joining the next chapter in our story," Practical Magic 2's production team said of the announcement.
