Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Global Markets Singapore and six other entities on Thursday bought a 1.6 per cent stake in logistics solution provider Delhivery for Rs 461 crore through open market transactions.Besides, HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Axis MF, Tata MF, ASK Asset & Wealth Management, Hill Fort Capital and Hong-Kong-based investment manager Viridian AM purchased shares of the Gurugram-based Delhivery, as per the block deal on the NSE.The entities picked up over 1.19 crore equity shares or 1.6 per cent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 387, taking the combined value to Rs 461 crore.Meanwhile, venture capital firm Nexus Venture Partners, through its affiliates Nexus Opportunity Fund and Nexus Ventures III, offloaded an equal number of shares at the same price.In the March quarter, Nexus Ventures III owned a 5.88 per cent holding in Delhivery.Shares of Delhivery slipped 0.54 per cent to close at Rs 386.05 per piece on the NSE.In April, Delhivery announced the acquisition of Ecom Express for a cash consideration of about Rs 1,400 crore to scale up its business.The company said it has "signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Ecom Express for a cash consideration of around Rs 1,400 crore from its shareholders".

This growth was supported by healthy execution across business for the quarter grew 18.3% to Rs 7,066.7 crore from Rs 5,971.2 crore in Q4FY24, while EBITDA rose 18.9% to Rs 537.8 crore from Rs 452 crore. EBITDA margin remained stable at 7.6%, compared to 7.5% a year the full year FY25, revenue increased 14% to Rs 22,316 crore, while EBITDA rose 13% to Rs 1,834 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) grew 17% to Rs 823 crore, and net profit stood at Rs 567 company recorded order inflows of Rs 25,475 crore in FY25, taking the total order book to Rs 64,495 crore as of March 31, 2025. Net debt stood at Rs 1,953 to Trendlyne, the average analyst target price for Kalpataru Projects is Rs 1,308, indicating a potential upside of around 7% from current levels. Among 16 analysts tracking the stock, the consensus rating is 'Buy'.On the technical front, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 65.5—indicating strong momentum but not yet in overbought territory. IREDA shares rise 3% after Q1 update: Disbursements rise 31%, loan book nears Rs 80,000 crore

Shares of state-run Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) climbed as much as 2.7% on Tuesday to Rs 174.65 on the BSE after the company released its business update for the April–June quarter on Monday, June 30. ADVERTISEMENT Loans sanctioned during the quarter rose 29% year-on-year to Rs 11,740 crore, compared to Rs 9,136 crore in the same period last year. Loan disbursements also increased by 31% to Rs 6,981 crore, up from Rs 5,326 crore in the year-ago quarter. As a result, IREDA's loan book outstanding stood at Rs 79,960 crore as of June 30, 2025, marking a 27% increase from the previous year. It had reported an outstanding loan book of Rs 76,250 crore at the end of the March quarter. The company has also made headlines recently for initiating insolvency proceedings against Gensol Engineering and its subsidiaries. In June, the Ahmedabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted a corporate insolvency resolution petition filed by Gensol Engineering against its subsidiary Gensol EV Lease Ltd. over a default of Rs 218.95 crore. During the quarter, IREDA raised Rs 2,000 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), selling shares to LIC, Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley, and Vikasa India EIF I Fund. Following the QIP, the government's stake in the company stands at 71.76%.
