When it comes to long, lean, camera-ready bodies, A-listers like Nicole Kidman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Meghan Markle all have one thing in common: Lagree.

Q: Nicole Kidman recently shared that Lagree is her workout of choice. Why does it work so well for her physique?
Sebastien: Nicole has an endurance body, long, lean, defined. Lagree is actually the perfect workout for her. The method works well with her anatomy, and with a little bit of effort, she sees great results. I've always enjoyed training Nicole. She comes in ready to work. No BS.
Q: Gwyneth Paltrow also trains at Studio Lagree. What would you recommend for someone who wants to build strength and tone like her?
Sebastien: Same with Gwyneth, she also has an endurance body, and Lagree is ideal for her type. I always recommend the essential Lagree moves: Elevator Lunge, Runner's Lunge, Mega Donkey, Sexy Back… the classics are classics for a reason.
Q: Jennifer Aniston is another longtime fan. What kind of results does she go for?
Sebastien: I've only trained most of these celebrities a few times before they continued at other studios but with Jennifer, we focused a lot on glutes. Most women want to tone and lift the butt and Lagree does that better than anything else out there.
Q: What about Meghan Markle, what makes her athletic look achievable with Lagree?
Sebastien: I've never trained Meghan directly, but she used to go to one of my licensed studios. I believe she loved the lunges and for good reason. Lunges strengthen, tighten, tone the legs, increase metabolism, and trigger a fat-burning, muscle-building response.
Q: What would a pre–red carpet session look like for a celebrity?
Sebastien: Easy. We do an AAA routine: Ass, Abs, Arms. Celebs want to walk the red carpet with a firm, flat stomach and toned arms.
Q: How is Lagree different from traditional Pilates?
Sebastien: Pilates isn't a workout, at least it wasn't until I came into the picture. Pilates lacks time under tension, progressive overload, and it mostly strengthens smaller muscles. That's great for balance, but not for transformation. Lagree targets larger muscle groups, which is key to burning fat and building muscle. That's why it works.
Q: What's one underrated Lagree move everyone should try?
Sebastien: The Super Lunge. You could do a 25-minute class with just that move. I'm actually writing an entire course around it.
Q: For beginners, what equipment or class should they try?
Sebastien: I create tools and each one has its benefits. For home use, I recommend the Micro, Mini, or Mini Pro machines.

The slideshow was accompanied by a Carrie-style voiceover from the actor, who paid tribute to her iconic character. 'She crossed streets, avenues, rubicons, so it seemed,' she wrote in part. 'Carrie Bradshaw has dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all,' her caption continued. 'I know others have loved her just as I have. Been frustrated, condemned and rooted for her. The symphony of all those emotions has been the greatest soundtrack and most consequential companion. Therefore the most sentimental and profound gratitude and lifetime of debt.' Recognizing that the 'chapter' of And Just Like That... was now over, the actor called the show 'all joy, adventure, the greatest kind of hard work alongside the most extraordinary talent of 380 that includes all the brilliant actors who joined us.' She concluded her statement by thanking all the fans, and saying, 'I hope you love these final two episodes as much as we all do.' Actor Mario Cantone, aka Anthony Marentio on AJLT, commented on the post, leaving a string of heart emojis alongside the message. 'It was a beautiful journey,' he wrote. 'Thank you for all of it.' Cynthia Nixon, who starred as Miranda in both the original series and the revival, shared Sarah Jessica's post on her Instagram Stories. She added her own message to the post, thanking SJP and the entire cast and crew 'for the quarter century of memories and friendships.' The other Sex and the City OG, Kristin Davis, reacted by sharing the original statement announcing the show's cancellation on the grid and in her Instagram Story. 'I am profoundly sad,' she wrote. 'I love our whole beautiful cast and crew. 400 artisans working so hard on our show with deep love. And to our loyal fans, we love you forever and ever.' Kristin's onscreen husband, Evan Handler, also shared the statement on his profile, writing simply, 'And So It Goes.' Meanwhile, Kristin's onscreen daughter, Alexa Swinton (aka Rock), shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram Story, alongside a photo of what looks like almost the entire season 1 cast. 'So beyond lucky for this beautiful group of people to have been in my life for so long,' she wrote. 'This show is built with family and I cannot be more thankful to have been given the opportunity to join it.' She continued with a message to the fans, 'To everyone who watched and loved the show as much as I did, thank you for enjoying Rock and all their journey on screen!!' Another young actor, Alexander Bello, who played Henry Wexley on the series, reflected on his journey with the show. 'I started working on this show as a seventh grader and now as it comes to a close, I'm preparing to go off to college,' he wrote alongside a photo of himself on set. 'And Just Like That has been the biggest gift I could've asked for.' Alexander also shared a photo of his onscreen family, which And Just Like That... star Nicole Ari Parker reposted on her Instagram Story. Nicole, who starred as Lisa (one of Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte's new friends introduced in the series), has yet to comment separately. Sarita Choudhury, who also joined the core group as Seema in season 1 of And Just Like That... also has yet to comment. And Just Like That... will end with a two-part series finale, airing Thursday, August 7 and 14.

The story of the truly original—and truly outrageous—blue-blooded fashion editor Isabella Blow epitomizes what fashion legend is made of. Born in London, Blow moved to America in the late 1970s and cut her teeth at Vogue, initially hired as Anna Wintour's assistant and later as André Leon Talley's. With her eccentric wardrobe, eccentric friends (like the artist Jean-Michel Basquiat), and eccentric habits, such as cleaning her desk with Perrier water and Chanel No. 5, she swiftly made an impression on everyone in her orbit. Returning to Britain in 1986, she held prominent positions at Tatler, British Vogue, and The Sunday Times, where she created fashion spreads that didn't just push boundaries—they broke them. Blow offered readers a glimpse of fashion through her own distinctive lens, with stories that seamlessly blended high style with an avant-garde attitude—a Blow calling card. Not only was Blow a mainstay on the international fashion scene, but she also possessed the rare ability to spot era-defining talent before said talent even recognized itself. She nurtured her fashion foundlings and became a walking, talking (and wearing) ambassador, while simultaneously introducing them to all the key players in the industry. It's the most pressing question of the weekend: 'Where should I eat?' Here, Eater editors issue tried-and-true recommendations for places to check out this weekend. For a burger at the bar: Holstein's Janna Karel For over a decade, a hot pink cow stood watch outside Holsteins at the Cosmopolitan. The restaurant closed last year, but it's back — this time on Main Street in the Arts District — with a teal cow and a moodier, brick-and-wood interior. It's a smaller space, but still delivers the over-the-top burgers and shakes that made it a Strip staple. Slide into a circular booth or grab a bar seat and order the popular Forager Burger with a beef-mushroom blend, onion marmalade, and Swiss. My go-to is the classic: juicy, flavorful, and rich enough to stand on its own. Pair it with fries and a cookies-and-cream shake topped with a cookie sandwich and bigger than my head. For drinks and bar snacks: Nocturno Janna Karel From DJ Flores of Milpa, moody Mexico City-style bar Nocturno offers a deep list of precise, playful cocktails worth exploring. The Peach Blow Fizz, made with strawberries, channels the frothy delight of a Ramos gin fizz. A dessert cocktail of orange juice, cream, Aperol, and vanilla tastes like a grown-up Creamsicle. The food, though, is just as compelling. The prosciutto tower layers a perilous stack of crispy housemade chips and silky prosciutto, all served over a bright, herbaceous sauce that demands to be smeared on every bite. Spicy tuna arrives like a cannoli, wrapped in a crispy wonton with Calabrian chile heat. Mushroom arancini are earthy and warming, best chased with the minty Brazilian-style lemonade. For New York-style cheesecake: Junior's Janna Karel Legendary Brooklyn-based diner Junior's brings its iconic cheesecake and comfort classics to Resorts World. Breakfast is big and nostalgic — think custard-soaked French toast crusted in cereal and omelets that barely fit the plate. But lunch and dinner bring more to crave, like the brisket melt, with juicy shredded brisket, mozzarella, and sautéed onions and peppers on grilled bread, served with a glossy au jus for dipping. Skip the fries and go for the onion rings — thick-cut and deeply golden, with a satisfying crunch that gives way to tender, sweet onion. And of course, save room for cheesecake. The original is rich and creamy, but I'm partial to the one topped with a dense, fudgy brownie.
