Ember Mug 2 smart mug plummets to new record-low price!

The Ember Mug 2 is one of my most prized possessions. It keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature all the way to the last sip. If you're a coffee or tea lover, you'll know how annoying a lukewarm (or cold) sip can be. If you want that feeling to be a thing of the past, right now is the best time to get an Ember Mug 2. You can take it home for as low as $74.99, which is a heck of a deal considering its retail price sits at $149.95. Only the White model is discounted this much, though.
Buy the Ember Mug 2 in White for just $74.99 ($74.96 off)
This offer is available from Amazon, and the discount comes in two stages. For starters, an automatic discount brings the cost down to $89.99. On top of that, you can apply a $15 on-page coupon to take advantage of maximum savings. Again, only the White color version costs this much. All other colors are more expensive.
I don't buy a lot of things, so I try to buy things I really like when I do pull out my wallet. Let me tell you, while expensive for a mug, I have zero regrets paying for the Ember Mug 2. In fact, it is among my favorite tech gadgets around. And I actually paid $109.99 for it, so you're getting a significantly better deal.
The premise is very simple. The Ember Mug 2 has one job, and it does it very well. It will heat up or hold your drink's temperature down to the exact degree of your choice. This means it can keep your hot drink at the perfect temperature indefinitely.
This smart mug connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. You can program the temperature to your liking using the official app, ranging between 120 and 145 degrees Fahrenheit. If you're not sure what to pick, you can use the app's presets.
What makes it so special? After all, there are plenty of electric heating mugs out there that cost much less. Well, the Ember Mug 2 is smarter, and it makes the whole experience very seamless. It will know when you pour liquid onto it, and then turn on. It will default to the last-set temperature. The mug will also know when you finish your drink and go to sleep.
There's also the fact that the Ember Mug 2 has an integrated battery that can last about an hour and 20 minutes on a full charge. Other mugs need to be docked in order to heat your drink. The Ember Mug 2 can be taken around the home, backyard, or wherever you want to take it, all without a worry. All the dock does is recharge the mug.
You'll enjoy the LED light, which lets you know the status of the mug. You'll know when it's charging, when it's heating up your drink, when the drink has reached your desired temperature, and more. You won't need to worry about damaging it while washing it, as it has an IPX7 rating that makes it water resistant.
I absolutely love my Ember Mug 2, and I would like it even more if I had paid only $74.99 for it. Catch this deal while you can. I am pretty sure it will go away relatively soon. And while only the White model is discounted this cheap, I happen to think it has a very nice, clean look!

Transit-oriented affordable housing opens in Denver metro area, offers easy access to RTD station

A new opportunity for affordable living has arrived in the Denver metro area. The South Platte Crossing Apartments in Commerce City is a newly built, transit-adjacent affordable housing development. The 60-unit apartment complex serves individuals and households earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income, with 70% of the homes reserved for those earning 50% or less. The project represents a significant step toward addressing housing accessibility in one of Colorado's fastest-growing areas. South Platte Crossing Apartments CBS Located near the Commerce City and 72nd Avenue RTD Station, the complex allows for easy transit access and is steps away from the Commerce City Community Campus, a hub of vital services. Residents will be able to connect to free and low-cost resources such as children's medical care, dental and behavioral health services, support from the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County (ECPAC), the DMV and more. The opening marks a major milestone for the city. The $28 million development not only expands housing options but also injects an estimated 200 new jobs into the local economy during construction. Long-term affordability is protected through ULC's innovative community land trust model, which holds the land in a 99-year renewable lease, ensuring stability for generations to come. Lounge and terrace at South Platte Crossing Apartments CBS For Commerce City resident Arely Garcia and her daughters, the move-in means more than just a new address; it means privacy, security and a fresh start. "The girls get to have their own bathroom, and I get to have my own," Garcia said, smiling. "So they don't get into my stash of things like makeup and stuff." Garcia was the first to move in and watched the building rise from the ground up while working just across the street. She's especially grateful for the community-centered approach. "There's so much help right next door. It just makes it that much easier to get access to what families need," she added.

New Report Reveals Who the Celtics Will Not Trade

New Report Reveals Who the Celtics Will Not Trade originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Boston Celtics have already checked off their biggest priority this offseason by trading Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis to get under the NBA's second tax apron. However, they may not be done dealing. For all the players who could be traded away, The Athletic's Jay King reported on Friday that there's one player Boston plans to keep. Advertisement "Speculation has surrounded Sam Hauser's future because it likely wouldn't be difficult to find a taker for his four-year, $45 million contract, ... but the Celtics are said to be more focused on avenues that would allow them to hold onto Hauser, who has proven himself as a valuable rotation piece and one of the NBA's best shooters," King wrote. Boston Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis (8) and forward Sam Hauser (30)© David Butler II-Imagn Images King also confirmed the Celtics' desire to keep Al Horford and Luke Kornet this offseason, which hypothetically could lead to trading Hauser's contract to make room to re-sign them without crossing the NBA's second tax apron. However, as King wrote, that doesn't appear to be the case. If that's not enough, Jake Fischer reported that there haven't been any rumbles about a potential Hauser trade while explaining why Boston wouldn't trade him. Advertisement "I haven't heard any credible buzz about Sam Hauser's inclusion in serious trade conversations," Fischer wrote. Fischer added, "The interest would surely be there given Hauser's perimeter prowess and the value contract he holds over the next four years, but the Celtics have largely achieved their financial goals by moving Holiday and Porziņģis. They don't have to trade Hauser." If Hauser's not up for grabs, but the Celtics want to save money, the most obvious trade candidates would be their newest non-rookie players: Anfernee Simons and Georges Niang. Modern love: Gen Z turning to AI to do their dating dirty work — breakup texts and apologies

Artificial intelligence is now writing 'It's not you, it's me' texts for Gen Z. A new national survey from dating assistant Wingmate found that 41% of young adults have used AI to help end a relationship, with women slightly more likely than men to let the bots do the dirty work. The survey, which polled over 1,000 U.S. adults who've used AI for dating, shows just how deep AI has embedded itself in modern romance. Nearly half of 18- to 29-year-olds said they've turned to AI tools to write breakup texts, apologies or manage relationship conflict. The most common uses include dating-bio optimization, conversation starters, replying to messages and resolving conflict. Roughly one-third of users sought direct dating advice, and nearly half turned to AI for help writing apologies or other emotionally sensitive messages. For some, it's about simplicity: 29% said dating became 'simpler' with AI, and 21% said it helped them talk to more people. Others said it boosted their confidence — with more than half reporting better conversations when using AI. But when it comes to the end of a relationship, things can get . . . robotic. TikTok features a growing number of videos where users expose breakup messages they claim were clearly AI-generated. One viral post captioned 'When he sends a breakup text that looks entirely written by ChatGPT, em dashes and all' has racked up nearly 240,000 views. Another shows a woman running her breakup message through an AI detector, which immediately labels it 100% GPT-generated. Not everyone's convinced AI belongs in their love lives. While most respondents said it was useful or neutral, a few called it inauthentic and more than one in five admitted they use it but don't tell anyone. Dr. Jess Carbino, former in-house sociologist for Tinder and Bumble, said it can be depriving to outsource the task of breaking up with an individual to AI. 'Individuals might also mistakenly assume that what AI generates in this domain is valid or appropriate, when matters of the heart often are more delicate, require nuance and merit personalization,' Carbino told The Post. Still, many say it helps. With 57% claiming they'd trust AI over a friend for dating advice, the business of AI-powered romance is booming. Third-party services like YourMove AI and Rizz market themselves as full-on dating copilots — offering help with everything from flirty openers to awkward conversations. YourMove, which now claims over 300,000 users, promises to put your texting 'on cruise control.' For $15 a month, it generates text messages in seconds, rewrites bios, boosts photos and critiques dating profiles. Rizz takes a similar approach, offering 'personalized responses that are sure to impress your crush,' with weekly plans starting at $10 — and no clear limit on how much emotional heavy lifting the bot will do. Even ChatGPT offers breakup-specific tools, including a 'Breakup Text Assistant' where users can specify tone, relationship length and how much closure they want to give.
