Known for her signature vintage style and porcelain skin, Dita shares the tips and tricks that have helped her maintain her youthful glow, proving that age is truly just a number.
Speaking on the Dumb Blonde Podcast, which is hosted by Bunnie Xo, Dita Von Teese revealed the secret to her 'flawless' looking skin.
She explained that her top priority is using sunscreen - and 'tons' of it.
Beauty experts have long advised people to wear sunscreen daily, even in the winter, as it helps protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation, a major contributor to premature skin ageing.
This includes wrinkles, fine lines, sunspots, and loss of elasticity.
But that's not her only tip.
The dancer also urges people to sleep on their back.
She said: 'I wish somebody would have told me when I was young, like how good it is for you to sleep on your back.
'The last four years, I taught myself to sleep on my back and it has worked miracles.'
She explained that if you are a side sleeper, you may notice waking up with lines on your face, adding: 'It's from sleeping with your face on the pillow.'

Dita described her sleeping position, saying she will lay down 'like a zombie', close her eyes, and sleep with her palms up.
When Bunnie Xo asked how she manages not to move during the night, Dita explained: 'Sometimes I do, but I catch myself. I'm like a light sleeper.
'I can totally catch myself when I'm in a light [sleep].
'I've actually gotten good.'
She concluded by saying: 'Listen, you know, it's all fun and games until you start realising the collagen's really going and you're like, 'Oh, those marks on my face from my sunglasses, which I know are on my face now. They'll stay all day.''
