The 20-year-old admits it's an 'amazing' compliment to be likened to the pint-sized hitmaker, admitting she attracts even more attention on nights out from lustful blokes.
The similarity has definitely ramped things up in the dating department, with 5ft 6in Olivia admitting 'a lot more' guys have asked her out in the last year.
Olivia first noticed the resemblance, including her hairstyle and make-up, when her sister pointed it out just as the songstress had her big break with Espresso.
But Olivia, who is currently single, insists she already rocked the vintage-inspired look before Sabrina burst onto the scene, citing Marilyn Monroe as her style inspiration.
Olivia said: "I do see the resemblance, I noticed it two years ago and my sister mentioned it, and I thought 'I kind of do look like her.'
"Since then it's been constant, especially over the last year. I've had it in club bathrooms, supermarkets, coffee shops, pretty much everywhere.
"People automatically think I did the hair to look like her, I've had this hairstyle for years. I think that's the first thing people notice.
"We have quite similar facial features, the eyes, the eyebrows, the nose, and the way I do my make-up. I do a blush lip-liner look.
"I do think I resemble her a lot more when I have make-up on, it's just my style. I had a brief obsession with Marilyn Monroe and got into lipstick."
"I just started doing heavier make-up and found the lip liner and I've used the same products for two years now.

"I probably get it every other day. I get it quite a lot when I'm at work and when I go to Manchester or Liverpool or on a night out, I do get it a lot.
"I was at a club in Manchester and this boy really thought I was her.
"He kept buying me drinks and was telling everyone so then everyone else started buying me drinks.
"I had to give some of the drinks to my friends because it was too much.
"When I was in Prague this guy turned around and gasped really loud because he thought I was her. I was in this yellow babydoll dress so it was very her style.
"I get a lot of people stop me in the street, just to say 'oh my God'. I do notice people looking at me and then they have to explain themselves.
"I've had quite a few people ask me for photos, when I went to Leeds last year I got a lot of photos then.
"I don't mind it, it's an amazing compliment."
The resemblance to Sabrina has helped increase Olivia's confidence as she is now used to talking to strangers all the time.
Olivia said: "When people would look at me on the street I thought 'I have something on my face', but I don't get as anxious anymore because I know people just look at me and think I look like Sabrina Carpenter.
"It's the first thing they bring up. It's almost like the perfect pick-up line, because they just come up and say it.
"A lot more boys have asked me out in the last year and when I go on dates it's the first thing they say.
"I did date a guy and one of the first things he said to me was, 'has anyone told you that you look like Sabrina Carpenter?'."
Now Olivia, who has been a huge Sabrina fan since her Disney channel days, said she even answers to the name as so many people call her that.
Olivia said: "I'm a massive fan of hers, even since Disney channel. Next time she does a tour I'm definitely going to get tickets.
"I'm quite a chatty and bubbly person. I'm usually shy around new people but now that I get so many people coming up to me and talking to me, I'm definitely more confident.
"People are automatically nice because they have a compliment to say first thing. I always meet really nice people."
"They feel like they know me. People call me Sabrina and I just answer to it now."

Aussie woman who helped start worldwide hula hoop craze dies: 'She had a wonderful life'

An Australian woman who played a crucial but long-overlooked role in launching the global hula hoop craze has died in California aged 101. Joan Anderson, a former model who once worked alongside Marilyn Monroe, spotted the bamboo rings being used for exercise in Australia in the '50s - and helped introduce the toy to the United States, where it became an international sensation. Her family confirmed her passing in a statement: 'She had a wonderful life and died peacefully, with her family around her. She will be greatly missed.' The Sydney-born model's crucial role in bringing the toy to a worldwide audience began during a visit to her native Australia in 1957. There, she discovered a new sensation sweeping the country - the bamboo exercise rings, which locals jokingly referred to as 'the hoop.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Curious, she brought one back to the United States, where she had moved with her husband, and it quickly caught on. 'Everywhere I would go, everybody was giggling and carrying on and I asked what was going on?' she recalled in an interview. 'They said, "Oh, everyone is doing the hoop, they just love it".' Captivated by its potential, Anderson shared her discovery with her husband Wayne, who in turn introduced it to Arthur Melin, a toy businessman. Together, they named it the 'hula hoop' and a worldwide craze was born. Despite their pivotal contribution, Anderson and her husband were overlooked when Melin patented the toy in 1958 under his company Wham-O. This oversight left Anderson feeling hard done by, reflecting later in life that 'they just ignored us and totally cut us off.' Undeterred by the setback, Anderson's life continued to be marked by remarkable experiences. She modelled in both Australia and the United States, where she crossed paths with Marilyn Monroe during her early days. Heartbroken fans took to social media to pay tribute to Anderson. 'A remarkable story of innovation and dedication, let's take a moment to appreciate Joan's legacy and her contributions to popular culture, she will be deeply missed,' one person wrote. 'Vale Joan. I loved Hula Hoops growing up,' a second added. Her story was chronicled in the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival award-winning documentary Hula Girl. The critically acclaimed film recounted Anderson's pivotal role in bringing the Hula Hoop to a wider audience and finally gave her the recognition she deserved. She is survived by her four children.

Ozzy Osbourne's funeral procession to pass through Birmingham city centre

Ozzy Osbourne's funeral cortege is to pass through his home city of Birmingham on Wednesday. The hearse will travel along Broad Street to Black Sabbath Bridge and the Black Sabbath bench – the sites of thousands of messages, floral tributes and vigils following the metal star's death last week at the age of 76 – at 1pm BST. Lord Mayor Zafar Iqbal said: 'It was important to the city that we support a fitting, dignified tribute ahead of a private family funeral. We know how much this moment will mean to his fans.' The Osbourne family has paid for the event and all associated costs, and Osbourne's wife Sharon and children Kelly and Jack – possibly among his other children – will follow the procession before the private funeral later in the day, the details of which have not been made public. The local brass band Bostin Brass will soundtrack the procession, with members of Black Sabbath and the musician Yungblud thought to be taking roles. Fans at home will be able to watch the procession via an ongoing live stream of the Sabbath bench. Fans from across the world – including the Canadian R&B megastar Drake, who was passing through the city on tour – have travelled to Birmingham to pay their respects to Osbourne. Iqbal said that he had been moved by accompanying fans in a line to sign a book of condolences, and that Osbourne had put 'Birmingham on the map. He put Aston on the map.' In June, Osbourne and Black Sabbath were given the Freedom of the City ahead of their Back to the Beginning gig, a mammoth, all-star show paying tribute to Osbourne as he and Black Sabbath gave their final live performance. The event raised more than £1m for local charities fundraising for children's causes and treatment of Parkinson's, which Osbourne was diagnosed with in 2003. Evoking David Bowie's death just days after the release of his final album, Blackstar, in 2016, Osbourne died 17 days after the performance, at home in Buckinghamshire. Thousands of fans are expected to attend the event: Birmingham council has encouraged mourners to turn up early, and roads will close from 7am. A book of condolences will remain open at the Birmingham Museum and Art gallery, where the exhibition Ozzy Osbourne (1948-2025): Working Class Hero remains open. In 2011, Osbourne told the Times what he hoped for from his funeral. He didn't care about the music, he said. 'But I want to make sure it's a celebration, not a mope-fest.'
