GIRLS ALOUD REUNION
Kimberley was in her early 20s when she found fame in Girls Aloud, along with Cheryl, Nicola Roberts, Nadine Coyle, and the late Sarah Harding.
Following Sarah's sad death from breast cancer, aged 39, the band got back together last year for their sell out tour, The Girls Aloud Show.
Speaking about reaffirming their friendship, Kimberley told The Sun: 'We all reconnected in a really solid way, and that happens really quickly when you're spending every day together.
"I'd still speak [to Nadine], but we'd lost touch on that level.
"That was one of the real treats of this whole thing, because I'd forgotten how hilarious she is. She had us howling.

'I loved learning the things we'd missed out on. It's different now that we've got kids."
While there were lots of laughs on tour, there were also a lot of tears, as the motivation for going back on the road was to have a celebration of Sarah.
'It was so emotional for us,' Kimberley admitted. 'I'm not going to lie, during rehearsals when it was just us, the dancers and the people close to us, we had to let it all out.
"It was tough, but it made us stronger by the time we came to the actual shows."

FUTURE OF GIRLS ALOUD
When asked about the future of Girls Aloud, Kimberley said: 'We would never have thought we'd have done the tour.
'No chance. It was almost like a bonus for me that I didn't know I needed.
"It was so special. So, basically, anything is possible. I think that's the way to live, isn't it?'

Sam Thompson supports sister Louise at parliament to discuss birth trauma ordeal

Former Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson was joined by her brother Sam Thompson as they spoke at parliament following her harrowing birth trauma ordeal in 2021 Sam Thompson was on hand to offer his sister support as she took to parliament on Wednesday. Louise, 35, discussed her harrowing birth trauma ordeal which saw her almost die in 2021. ‌ As she was preparing to welcome son Leo-Hunter to the world in 2021, former Made In Chelsea star Louise needed an emergency caesarean and lost "12 and a half litres of blood". Later, she suffered with PTSD as well as post-natal anxiety. ‌ Since the traumatic time she has also been diagnosed with Lupus and Asherman's syndrome. She has also suffered a second haemorrhage and required a stoma bag to be fitted. ‌ While in parliament, Louise and her brother spoke with Birth Trauma APPG, who raises awareness of the experiences of parents who have experienced physical and psychological harm from childbirth. Louise candidly opened up about the emotional trauma she felt during the birth. Sam, meanwhile, spoke about the impact the situation had on himself and close family members. Both Sam and Louise were later involved in a photograph to capture the moment. They smiled alongside Theo Clarke, the founder of the Global Birth Trauma Alliance and former Chair of the UK's Birth Trauma Inquiry to mark the occasion. ‌ The meeting comes months after Louise candidly shared details of her miscarriage pain and long-term health battle. However, at the time, she also said her decision to share the news with her fans sometimes felt "quite liberating". She opened up on a book about her ordeal, which was released in April. She confessed that writing Lucky was a "cathartic" experience as she worked to process everything she had been through. And she later admitted on Instagram that she suffered a miscarriage over a year ago. She said she has only told "a handful of people" but wanted to share it with her fans as she mentioned it in her book. Posting images of a positive pregnancy test alongside a screenshot of a website that estimated her due date to be September 10, 2024, she wrote on one of the images: "Tw: miscarriage and fertility struggles. I thought I'd include this so that people don't get the wrong end of the 'stick' - Pun unintended... and start wishing me a big fat congratulations for something that isn't warranted." ‌ She captioned the post: "This is not now, this was last January. The night before I got on a flight. As if things needed to get more complicated. "I only told a handful of people, but I wrote a bit about it in the book and now that it is out there in the big bad world I thought it was easier to share on here than to have anyone question it behind my back. "I often find it easier to write this sort of stuff down than to speak about it out loud. And hopefully this will help me process it. Sharing can feel quite liberating." Louise added: "The stick in this image is one of those things that I've buried. I haven't allowed myself to give it a second thought. In typical Louise fashion, one trauma has been quickly replaced by another swooping in to take my attention. "I haven't even spoken to Ryan about it in much detail either really... but we've had our plates full."

They wrote: "It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our longtime friend and previous bass player Matt Keil. ‌ ‌ "Matt played in CBK from 2008 - 2014, a time when we were really starting to tour internationally on a more global scale. Condolences." ‌ "He was a good man we shared so many laughs together," one said. "God bless his soul and his family," and another added: "Sending lots of love to all of you and his family. Sorry for your loss."

It comes a month after Laura took a swipe at her daughter's dad, Gary Lucy, on Father's Day 'GORGEOUS COUPLE' Laura Anderson marks one year with footballer boyfriend as she hails his 'devotion as a father' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) LAURA Anderson has posted a string of loved-up pics with her footballer boyfriend as they mark their one-year anniversary. At the time, she finished runner-up with Paul Knops, but after they split, she went on to date Another Level's Dane Bowers, 45, and Hollyoaks actor Gary Lucy, who is the dad to her daughter Bonnie. But it seems that the ex-air hostess has now found her perfect match with Clark. And the couple looked super loved up as they went out to celebrate their anniversary. In the adorable post, Laura called Clark her "hot man" and hailed his "devotion as a father" to her little girl Bonnie, who turns two in September. She wrote: "Celebrating our one year anniversary. Our love story is like no other, most of which we do not share. Your modesty for a hot man is unmatched, as is your devotion as a father Laura Anderson "Our love story is like no other, most of which we do not share. Your modesty for a hot man is unmatched, as is your devotion as a father. "Thank you for being yourself, thank you for being a role model to Bonnie and thank you for always closing the fridge door behind me. "Love always, your wee f*****". Her loyal 1.5million followers flocked to the comments to compliment Laura and congratulate the couple. Love Island's Laura Anderson gives tour of her HUGE new mansion with en-suite rooms and garden so big it could be a park One person said: "Awww, so happy for you, babe, happy anniversary". Another added: "Happy anniversary, Laura, looking gorgeous as always, and you deserve all the happiness in the world". Someone else wrote: "Isn't it funny how fate has worked out! We are all so happy for you". While a fourth posted: "You both look so happy together... you deserve so much happiness, Laura". And a fifth chimed in: "Happy anniversary, Laura. Gorgeous couple". Laura previously admitted that she used to hate watching football - but is now learning the rules so she can fawn over her fella. Laura told the Scottish Sun: 'I guess I'm a WAG now. I actually really like football. I didn't really like it before. " To be honest, it just reminded me of my dad hogging the remote when we were young, and I never got to watch what I wanted to watch. SINGLE MUM SWIPE THE gushing post comes a month after Laura took a swipe at her daughter's dad Gary Lucy on Father's Day. "Cheers to the single mums that feel s*** for their kids on Father's Day," Laura penned over the top of a video of herself frowning, seemingly taking a veiled dig at her ex. Laura then put a thumb up before the screen went blank and only the caption remained. Laura welcomed daughter Bonnie, whom she shares with ex Gary, in 2023. The couple had an on-and-off relationship, but things are now on bad terms with Laura even branding Gary a "deadbeat dad". Last month Gary seemingly reignited his feud with his Celebs Go Dating ex Laura after warning that "dads matter". The former Footballers' Wives star made the apparent dig while sharing a throwback video of himself and his son Theodore, six. Laura has taken aim at Gary several times in the past over Bonnie being snapped with her dad rarely. Gary and Laura met while filming E4's Celebs Go Dating in 2022. At the end of 2022, the pair revealed they were expecting a child together. Laura broke things off with Gary shortly after they celebrated the happy pregnancy news together. They split after they attended their first baby scan together. 'But now I like going to the games. "I think he looks very sexy actually, because he's quite bossy on the pitch and he's not like that day-to-day. He's such a relaxed, chilled-out guy. 'So on the pitch he's always pointing and I'm like 'what the hell what's going on?'' Clark even reckons that young Bonnie could be the next in line for soccer stardom. Laura added: 'Clark did say Bonnie's got a good left foot and she's actually really good at football already. 'I think I'm going to take credit for it because I started her out on the ball before I met Clark, but I think he might be trying to take credit that she's somehow following in his footsteps.'
