Carrallo didn't appear to notice Stanbury was filming as he casually walked into the frame and bent down, giving viewers a clear shot of his bare butt before putting on a pair of yellow shorts, per Page Six.
He continued to lurk in the background for a couple more seconds before eventually grabbing his phone and walking away. You can watch the full – explicit – video for yourself above.
Stanbury didn't miss a beat and continued to talk to viewers about health tips. She also didn't edit out the X-rated moment from the episode, leading to plenty of comments online.
'Not his peaches and cream on full display,' one Instagram user commented on a video of the cheeky moment.
'He got hella cake,' another praised.
But some were not convinced the moment was genuine.
'They set this up. She did this for 'likes.' Anything to drive traffic,' one comment read.
'I think he knew but pretended to be stupid,' another comment read.
Stanbury, 49, and Carrallo, 30, have been married since December 2021.
He is her second husband. Stanbury was previously married to Cem Habib, 50, for 17 years before they split in 2019. They share three children together.
This isn't the first time the reality star has shared intimate parts of her life. In February, she showcased her oozing eyeball in a TikTok video about her experience with a painful eye infection.
She and Carrallo ended up having to stay the night at a hospital.
'I've never heard of anything like this in my life. What is intense conjunctivitis?' she asked her followers. 'It's so painful. … It really feels like my eye might burst.'

Abbie Chatfield is never afraid to tell it like it is. Today on her LiSTNR podcast It's A Lot with Abbie Chatfield, the media personality unashamedly revealed she once stuck a deal with a tabloid journalist to stage paparazzi photos in exchange for cash. 'Basically, when I was fresh out of The Bachelor, I was dating Todd from Ali's season of The Bachelor. Nice bloke, you know, lovely guy,' Chatfield, who was on the dating show in 2019, said on the podcast episode. 'We set up with some paparazzi to take photos of us at the beach. We were going anyway, and we thought, 'A thousand bucks? Yeah, that'll pay for your flights over from Perth.'' When a producer asked her how a 'cash for pap pics' scenario would even play, Chatfield explained that you linked up with a photographer and arranged a time and date to be conveniently photographed while out and about. 'I've done it once but it was for money when I had a nine-to-five still, OK? A thousand dollars is a lot of money, all right?' she said. 'So we're gonna go to the beach anyway, all you got to do is go to the beach. Sorry? As though you wouldn't do it,' she asked those in the studio with her. 'OK, so if you're doing it for money, go off queen, you know what I mean? They're gonna get photos of you anyway for free. If they're gonna get paid for it, go off. But if you're calling paparazzo on yourself, you're a f***ing loser.' While Chatfield has happily owned up to staging paparazzi photos for cash, other stars remain more coy on the practice. Last year, former The Hills and The City star Whitney Port claimed she saw Jennifer Lopez orchestrating her own paparazzi shots in the Hamptons amid her split from Ben Affleck. Port and her husband, producer Tim Rosenman, claim they witnessed the singer 'set up' paps in the Hamptons, sharing what they saw with their With Whit podcast listeners. 'Candy Kitchen [an ice cream shop] in Brideghampton is so special that I'm pretty sure JLo the other day was riding her bike to get a scoop of ice cream for a paparazzi shot,' Port said on the podcast. Rosenman chimed in to clarify that 56-year-old Lopez 'did not even go in' and was 'just there for the exterior shot.' When he called Lopez's behaviour 'weird' and said she was 'addicted to attention', Port said she 'agreed'. 'That's her vibe,' Port said. 'She's popped everywhere. Her continually looking hot in cute settings is what keeps the machine going.' Rosenman added: 'She's already as famous as you can be, why does she need to stoke the fans of her own flame? Seems unnecessary.' The pair agreed that 'if [they] had JLo's money, [they] would just be done.' Model Emily Ratajkowski was also mocked and called out online for a seemingly 'staged' paparazzi video of herself walking her dog in New York back in August 2024. In the video, the 34-year-old could be seen strolling through a quiet street in the city wearing low-rise pants, a white tank top, a cap and sunglasses. At one point, the Gone Girl actress was seen adjusting her pants so they sat lower on her hips, before continuing to walk in a poised fashion. She was also seen pouting and posing as she waited for her dog to sniff the surrounds. The video racked up hundreds and thousands of views, with many flocking to the comments section to accuse the model of calling the paparazzi on herself and playing up to the cameras. 'I don't think anyone calls the paps more than her,' one user wrote, as another added, 'She's always calling the paps.' A third said, 'Never seen someone so constantly aware of being looked at.' A fourth added, 'The posing … LMAO,' while another offered, 'The pouting is just bizarre.'

Anna Friel shines as a detective facing blackouts in ‘Marcella'
When the writer responsible for The Bridge pens a not-Nordic but definitely noir crime series set in London, with a detective who can't trust her own mind, you can expect things to be twisty, unpredictable, a bit dark. And so it is with screenwriter and novelist Hans Rosenfeldt's three-season drama Marcella . Anna Friel (a Golden Globe nominee for Pushing Daisies ) plays DS Marcella Backland, who returns to the Metropolitan murder squad after a 12-year career break to raise a family. Things are breaking down at home and challenging at work too. She's assigned to a cold case she worked on before she left the job, after a series of killings that bear disturbing similarities to the unsolved murders of over a decade ago. Is the culprit back at it, or are these copycat crimes? As we soon discover, when unflinching and headstrong Marcella gets an idea in her head about a suspect, she doesn't always make the smartest decisions. But there's something else she has to deal with: Marcella is occasionally hit by fugue states – blackouts – and as season one unfolds, she's soon not only an investigator but possibly even a suspect, too. (If you think this is familiar and you haven't seen Marcella , it may be because the global success of Marcella prompted a French adaptation, Rebecca , which was also a hit.) 'To play a woman like Marcella was an amazing opportunity for me. It's a study of a woman on the edge of a nervous breakdown whilst holding down a really full-on job. She seems to be holding it together on the outside but on the inside, she's a mess,' says Friel, who thinks viewers may find her character relatable because of the challenges she faces. 'Having a woman who is dealing with a mental illness, whilst working, being a single mum and trying to keep everything afloat is very relatable. '…We're not in the day and age where most women (and not just women) have children and stay at home to look after them. There's a lot of pressure for people to juggle a job, a home life, be healthy, look good, be good at your work and generally be a good person.' Credit: Amanda Searle / ITV Along with Friel, who won an International Emmy for her role, the cast also features Ray Panthaki (recently seen in the gripping series Boiling Point, also at SBS On Demand ), as DI Rav Sangha, a fellow detective on Marcella's team; Nicholas Pinnock ( Captain America, Django , This Town ) as Marcella's husband Jason; and Jamie Bamber ( D.I. Ray ) and Jack Doolan ( White Gold ) as detectives Tim Williamson and Mark Travis. Other familiar faces include Nina Sosanya (star of prison drama Screw ), Irish actress Sinead Cusack and Downton Abbey's Laura Carmichael. In season one, which starts off in the chilly days of winter, Friel's parka was also a star ('The coat sold out following its appearance, which was such a nice form of flattery!' Friel says.) Season two is not as chilly, weatherwise (the action kicks off in summer), but Rosenfeld's storyline still brings the Noirish intrigue, with the discovery of the body of a young boy inside a wall. The case hits home as Marcella realised her son knew the dead boy. As the investigation unfolds, we meet a new team member DC LeAnn Hunter (Sophia Brown, You & Me , The Witcher: Blood Origin ) And season three puts Marcella in very different territory, with a new name and a new look. It's not giving too much away to say she's undercover, dangerously embedded in the heart of a violent Belfast crime family. Discovery would likely mean death, but there's another danger here. Is she so desperate to escape her past that she's beginning to embrace her new identity a little too well? Playing Marcella was not always easy for Friel. 'You do have to put yourself into a dark space to play her. I do remember one day coming into work and it was really sunny, I remember thinking 'Oh I'm so happy with this' but had to quickly forget my mood and get into the mind space of Marcella. '… The camera sees what you're thinking and your thoughts have to be of the character you portray. Of course, you don't have to have done what the character has done but you do have to imagine how they would feel and act.' Anna Friel as DS Marcella Backland. Credit: ITV Friel says Marcella's wardrobe was also crucial in portraying the detective. 'I call Marcella the dark knight. I think her style really reflects her emotions. When you've been emotionally hurt sometimes you just throw some clothes on and don't spend so much time on what you look like. She dresses for herself and no one else. She's a little bit androgynous, a bit urban, and she is very much her own person. 'There are so many reasons to watch Marcella, not just for the fear and thriller elements but it will hopefully make you feel a lot better about your own life!' Realty star Brandi Glanville names her facial parasite after her Real Housewives nemesis
Brandi Glanville named her facial parasite 'Caroline,' the same name as her Real Housewives nemesis, Caroline Manzo. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to TikTok on Monday to give an update on her facial disfigurement, where she revealed she burned her face with Nair in an attempt to kill the parasite. In the graphic video, the reality star explained that she used the hair-removal cream as an exfoliant because it 'pisses Caroline off' or 'whoever's living in [her] face.' Glanville, 52, encouraged her fans to use Nair as a cheaper remedy for 'peels and lasers' but warned them not to leave it on for seven minutes like she did, which resulted in severe burns and damaged skin. 'Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out. But I over did it,' she admitted. Concerned fans flooded the comment section begging the mum-of-two to stop using Nair and to go see a doctor. A few eagle-eyed fans noticed the telling name that she gave the parasite. 'CAROLINE,' one fan pointed out in the comments. 'Caroline has everything better than Brandi. EVERYTHING!!' another added. In January 2023, both of the reality stars left the Morocco set of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip after Manzo accused Glanville of sexual assault during filming. Page Six learned the following month that the former model gave Manzo 'unwanted kisses' and allegedly touched her chest and genital area as well. The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star filed a lawsuit against Bravo in January 2024, claiming that the network encouraged Glanville's 'sexually offensive and harassing content.' In court documents obtained by Page Six in April 2024, an executive producer of RHUGT claimed that the Manzo'd with Children star felt 'disrespected' by Glanville but wasn't 'sexually violated' by her. Manzo graphically detailed the alleged assault at the hands of Glanville in a signed affidavit filed in May 2024. 'When Glanville was sexually assaulting me on the sofa, she was rubbing her vagina on me. The producers just watched and kept filming,' she wrote. Manzo amended her complaint in June 2025, adding disability discrimination and is seeking injunctive relief. Bravo tried to dismiss the lawsuit, but it is still currently ongoing, per the Bravo Docket podcast. Due to the allegations and ongoing legal proceedings, the highly anticipated season of RHUGT is indefinitely delayed to air. Glanville has vehemently denied all of Manzo's 'absurd' claims and has said that the sexual assault allegations made her contemplate suicide. 'It's ruined my life,' she shared on Tori Spelling's Misspelling podcast in April. 'Those six months, I was in a foetal position on my couch, contemplating suicide [and I was] being called horrible things.' 'All my jobs were cancelled,' she continued. 'The narrative when we got back from Morocco was I was fired for being inappropriate with Caroline Manzo, and I wasn't.' 'It went from 'gave her a lap dance' to 'kissed her unwantingly' to 'sexually harassed her' and then to rape,' the author recalled. 'I was supposed to go to Australia after [filming the show]. I had all these jobs lined up, and everything was cancelled. It wasn't even – I'm like, 'Just wait for the show to air at least, like, come on.'' The Celebrity Apprentice star also shared that she joined OnlyFans to make up for the lost income but had to stop doing that once her face 'started being crazy.' Between the sexual assault allegations and her 'spreading' undiagnosed facial condition, Glanville concluded that 'it's just been a really tough time.'
