
TVS Motor signs pact with Kadam Mobility to deploy 500 e3Ws in FY26
has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with
Kadam Mobility
, a fleet and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure platform provider, to deploy 500 units of the
TVS King EV Max
electric three-wheeler (e3W) during the financial year 2026 (FY26).
The initiative marks a significant step toward accelerating India's
electric vehicle transition
and strengthening sustainable urban transportation, the companies said in a joint statement Tuesday.
Phased Rollout Starting Q2 FY26
The companies will commence deploying the
TVS
King
EV Max
in pilot zones from the July-August quarter (Q2FY26), with gradual expansion planned in terms of fleet size and operational routes.
Kadam Mobility will focus on metro and tier-1 cities as the partnership scales.

Kadam Mobility plans to upskill drivers, including women and people from the underrepresented groups, through training programs and provide access to cleaner transport livelihoods.
Notably, the TVS King EV Max is targeted at meeting the demands of reliable and cost-effective urban passenger mobility. Its features include a range of 179km, fast-charging, Bluetooth integration via TVS SmartXonnect, and spacious interiors.

TVS Motor had acquired UK's iconic motorcycle brand Norton in 2020."The upcoming range of motorcycles (under the Norton brand) will significantly be more accessible and we are looking at Super Premium positioning. This is a very clear strategy which we have been highlighting to all of you." he indicated that the company would build a 'retail strategy' to sell the Norton motorcycles in India apart from Europe, and added that more details would be shared closer to the launch of the motorcycles. Currently, TVS Motor retails scooters under the Jupiter brand, motorcycles under 'Apache' and three-wheelers under 'TVS King' brand in India and has over 900 dealerships."Norton will unveil next generation super bikes this year. With such a robust base in Q1, Q2 is poised for strong growth," he Motor on Thursday reported a 32 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 610 crore for the April-June 2025 quarter up from Rs 461 crore registered in the corresponding quarter of last financial income of the company increased to Rs 12,250 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 10,355 crore recorded in the year-ago period.

TVS Motor Q1 PAT climbs 35% YoY to Rs 778 cr
TVS Motor Company reported a 34.86% increase in standalone net profit to Rs 778.59 crore on 20.36% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 10,081 crore in Q1 FY26 over Q1 FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) jumped 34.51% YoY to Rs 1,053.07 crore in the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 1,263 crore in Q1 FY26, registering the growth of 32% compared with Rs 960 crore in Q1 FY25. The companys operating EBITDA margin improved by 100 bps to 12.5% during the quarter ended June 2025 as against 11.5% in the quarter ended June 2024. The overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales including exports grew by 17% registering sales of 12.77 Lakh units in the quarter ended June 2025 as against 10.87 Lakh units registered in the quarter ended June 2024. Motorcycle sales grew by 21% registering 6.21 lakh units in the quarter ended June 2025 as against 5.14 lakh units in quarter ended June 2024. Scooter sales grew by 19% to 4.99 lakh units in Q1 FY26 as against 4.18 lakh units sold in Q1 FY25. Electric Scooter sales for the quarter ended June 2025 grew by 35% at 0.70 lakh units as against 0.52 lakh units in the quarter ended June 2024. Three-wheeler sales grew 46% to 0.45 lakh units during the quarter under review as against 0.31 lakh units sold during first quarter of 2024-25. Meanwhile, the companys board approved the proposal to raise up to Rs 500 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis in one or more tranches /series, over a period of time. TVS Motor Company is a reputed two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer globally. It has four manufacturing facilities located in India and Indonesia. The scrip shed 0.04% to Rs 2,790.65 on the BSE.
