Brit Eady Officially Exits ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta' After 1 Season, #RHOA Reveals Reunion Dress In Fiery Farewell Post—'I Choose ME'
On July 14, the 37-year-old TV personality and insurance agent announced via Instagram that she would be leaving the show for good and thanked fans for their support throughout the ups and downs of Season 16.
'I want to thank everyone who supported me, my friends, my followers, my amazing team, and everyone who defended my name,' the star captioned a slideshow that captured her wearing a stunning gold and silver shimmering gown by Vietnam-based designer Nguyễn Tiến Truyển, presumably what she would have worn had she attended the reunion on July 13.
Eady said she decided to walk away from the show to protect her 'peace over destroying' her 'mental health.'
She continued:
'It's very easy to say what I should have done, when most have not walked a day in my shoes,' she continued. 'I choose ME, and a lot of ppl can't say they choose themselves.'
Eady endured a lot after her extreme fallout with former # RHOA star Kenya Moore. In June 2024, during the opening of her hair spa, Moore displayed a large poster featuring a sexually explicit image of a woman performing oral sex, claiming it was Eady. The shocking display, which occurred amid a feud between the two, led many to believe the woman in the image was Eady, an allegation she has firmly denied. As a result, Eady chose not to attend the season reunion. Moore was suspended and ultimately exited the series following an internal investigation.
As previously reported, in the aftermath, Eady filed a $20 million lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal, and production companies True Original and Endemol Shine North America, accusing them of defamation and emotional harm. The lawsuit further alleges that Eady was never shown the photo before the episode's airing, despite asking repeatedly.
In her post shared Monday, Eady revealed that she was still 'healing' from the drama that she experienced on the show.
'I still have a lot of healing left to do, but you can't heal in the same place that made you sick.' She added, 'I don't owe anyone closure, I only owe myself to do what's best for me. My journey here is done.'
To show off a bit, Eady flaunted her stunning gown once more in a follow-up post, with a caption that read, 'NO BRIT. NO REUNION.'

‘Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 Teaser Pokes Fun at Cast Shake-Up: ‘Help Wanted'
"The faces may have changed, but my rules? They've stayed the same," Lisa Vanderpump says in a new Bravo clip In the wake of the cross-season drama dubbed Scandoval, 'Vanderpump Rules' overhauled its cast of characters around SUR owner Lisa Vanderpump going into Season 12. Bravo released a brief teaser for the upcoming season on Friday, poking fun at what came before to hint at what's coming next. The 15-second clip shows Lisa Vanderpump putting up a 'Help Wanted' sign on the door of her sexy, unique restaurant before looking at the camera and winking. A text card then states, 'It's time for a shift.' More from TheWrap 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 Teaser Pokes Fun at Cast Shake-Up: 'Help Wanted' The 8 Best New Shows Streaming on Netflix Right Now 'Gen V' Season 2 Trailer Shows Starlight Coming to Save the Day | Video 'King of the Hill' Season 14 Review: Hulu's Comforting Revival Avoids the Politics at Its Core 'The faces may have changed, but my rules? They've stayed the same,' Vanderpump says in the clip. You can watch the teaser for yourself, below. In November 2024, it was announced that Bravo's hit reality show 'Vanderpump Rules' was in for a total overhaul. Following two seasons of Scandoval, the show sought to build a new cast from the ground up around the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star. The reboot will also include a retrospective special looking back at the first 11 seasons of the show. 'The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between,' Vanderpump said in a statement at the time. 'I can't thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of 'Vanderpump Rules.'' 'VPR's' big debacle began in the show's 10th season. At the time, Tom Sandoval allegedly cheated on his longtime girlfriend (and co-star) Ariana Madix — with her then-best friend, Raquel Leviss. Leviss herself, meanwhile, is the ex-fiancée of James Kennedy, who, you guessed it, was yet another cast member. You can see why they needed to reboot. The Scandoval drama continued into the show's 11th season, where Sandoval, Madix and Kennedy all returned. Leviss, on the other hand, did not. The scandal was big enough that it broke containment from the show itself, becoming a popular topic in tabloids and online circles. Since the news of the overhaul, Sandoval has been making appearances on other reality programs, such as 'The Traitors' and 'America's Got Talent,' while Madix is now the host of 'Love Island USA.' A release date for 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 has not been set. The post 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 Teaser Pokes Fun at Cast Shake-Up: 'Help Wanted' appeared first on TheWrap.

Taylor Rooks Secretly Getting Married Leaves X Hilariously Heartbroken & Crashing Out
Source: Aaron M. Sprecher / Getty The men of social media have collectively fallen to their knees because —sorry to say it— a woman they never had a chance with is officially off the market. Sports reporter Taylor Rooks announced Wednesday night that she recently got married, taking to Instagram to drop a photo carousel of the night's events. 'What a night. This is love,' she captioned the post alongside the ring emoji and tagged everyone that helped the day come together— including her photographer, makeup artist, and stylist. The photos showcased the ceremony, including shots with family, friends, and, given the nature of her job in sports media, several stars were in attendance. Guests included Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagle Saquon Barkley, rapper Jack Harlow, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, Lala, Coco Jones, Ella Mai, Donovan Mitchell, and Fanatics CEO and founder Michael Rubin. As public a gig as Rooks has, she's managed to keep her personal life under wraps, and that includes not tagging her new husband, and in fact, the only reason we know his name is because the wedding's menu is included in the post, and it reads 'Taylor & Shane.' Congratulations are also in order for a major change in Rooks' professional life after holding jobs for TNT and Thursday Night Football . Now, she's moving on up as the new host for Prime Video's NBA coverage once Amazon's media rights deal kicks off with the league ahead of the 2025-26 season, and she's got some certified veterans in Dirk Nowitzki and Blake Griffin to help her out. 'I'm thrilled to continue to grow my role at Prime Video and help shape their NBA coverage from the ground up,' Rooks said in a statement. 'With the addition of legends like Dirk and Blake, we're not just building a show, we are crafting an experience that will be entertaining and truly special for basketball fans. This is a career milestone for me, and I'm incredibly excited to share my love and passion for this game with NBA fans all over the world.' Rooks is one of the most beloved sports reporters, with social media constantly drooling over her and even a running joke among athletes making nearly impossible claims about their talent in her presence, like a young Jaylen Brown telling her he'd have five championships by the time he's 28. Social media is not only shocked that Rooks is cuffed, but she kept her relationship status private for this long, so they're straight-up heartbroken. See the crash out happening currently below. 'Vanderpump Rules 'Teases First Glimpse into New Season After Casting Shakeup: 'Help Wanted'
Bravo first announced 'Vanderpump Rules' was being rebooted for season 12 — with a new cast joining Lisa Vanderpump — in November Vanderpump Rules is getting ready to raise the bar! On July 25, Bravo released a teaser on X for the upcoming 12th season, eight months after they announced they were rebooting the series. In the clip, Lisa Vanderpump is seen hanging up a "Help Wanted" sign at SUR as she says in a voiceover, "The faces may have changed... but my rules, they've stayed the same." The video then transitions to show the phrase, 'It's time for a shift.' While no release date has been confirmed, the clip also teases the new season will be 'coming soon.' 'New shift. Same rules. #PumpRules Season 12 shakes things up soon,' the caption reads. The teaser comes after Bravo confirmed in November that a new cast would be joining SUR and TomTom owner Vanderpump, 64, for season 12. The new cast includes a 'close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessors,' the network announced in a press release at the time. However, no names have been announced. 'The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between,' Vanderpump said in the release. 'I can't thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules.' Alex Baskin, executive producer of the show's production company 32 Flavors, added: 'What a thrill it is to build on the legacy of this series by doing it all over again. With profound appreciation for the original group and their iconic run, we can't wait for the audience to see a dynamic new group of co-workers and friends make their way through life together." Vanderpump Rules premiered in 2013 with stars Kristen Doute, Scheana Shay, Jax Taylor Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, Peter Madrigal, Mike Shay, Laura-Leigh, Frank Herlihy and Ariana Madix. Over the years, cast members have come and gone, with others like Brittany Cartwright, Lala Kent and Rachel Leviss joining the series. After the reboot was announced, a source close to the situation told PEOPLE that the legacy cast learned about the decision one day prior to the news going public. 'They're understandably upset that it's all coming to an end, but no one was necessarily surprised,' the insider said at the time. 'It's more relief that they finally have an answer.' Since 'there were so many fractions' among the cast following the season 11 reunion, the source revealed that Bravo felt they needed to move on with a new group. 'There had been a long pause in production, and nothing had really changed among the cast since the reunion,' the source added. 'Everyone was still stuck in their feelings and refusing to bend. The network felt there was no path forward with the group in that capacity.' A second source noted that money did not play a factor in Bravo's decision to start fresh, noting that the network opted for a reboot before discussions of salaries even began with the former cast members. "It was completely driven by creative," the insider explained. "There weren't any negotiations happening between the cast and the network where money was even discussed."
