1st LD: 4 killed in bar shooting in U.S. Montana, search for suspect ongoing
The shooting occurred Friday morning at The Owl Bar in Anaconda, a city located in southwestern Montana, NBC Montana reported.
The suspect was identified as Michael Paul Brown, according to a Facebook post by the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Law Enforcement Center.
"Be advised suspect in shooting is believed to be armed and dangerous," said the post.
Officials posted a photo of the suspect on Facebook and advised the public to stay out of the Stumptown area and surrounding areas.
Montana Highway Patrol also said in a Facebook post that there is a "heavy law enforcement presence west of Anaconda near Stumptown Road and Anderson Ranch Loop Road."
"Authorities are searching for a suspect believed to be armed. Please avoid the area," the agency added.

Papar MP denies involvement in KK student's death
KOTA KINABALU: Papar MP Datuk Armizan Ali has been falsely linked to the death of Form One student Zara Qairina Mahathir. Armizan's political secretary Ghazali Hajiji dismissed these claims as baseless and malicious. "For the record, Datuk Armizan has no children studying at this school," he stated in a Facebook post on Friday (Aug 1). He warned against exploiting the issue for political gain through slander or public defamation.
