Counterfeit ‘Labubu' dolls and keyrings seized in Holyhead
Labubu dolls, also known as The Monsters, are manufactured in China by Pop Mart, and are the latest TikTok craze endorsed by celebrities.
Genuine products are limited-edition and retail for between £30 to £250 each.
But high demand and limited availability has seen a rise in counterfeit items being sold globally in shops and online.
A number of fake versions have been found to be poorly constructed, with limbs coming off easily, seams ripping apart, misshapen features, and removeable small parts, such as eyes, hands and feet, that could present a choking hazard.
In addition, some which were tested were also found to contain harmful dyes and toxic plastics.
Public protection portfolio holder at Isle of Anglesey County Council, Cllr Nicola Roberts, said: 'Unscrupulous traders are supplying counterfeit versions of the latest craze at lower prices.
'Selling cheap knock-off that doesn't meet UK safety requirements is putting local children at risk and we will not tolerate that.
'I'm pleased that these items have been seized by our trading standards officers.'
Anyone seeing these items for sale on Anglesey are urged to report them to Anglesey Trading Standards by emailing tradingstandards@anglesey.gov.wales, or calling Citizens Advice Consumer Services helpline on 0808 223 1133, with details of where they are being sold.

TikToker hits 3m views praising National's Trump front page
TikTok user Hal_for_NY said Friday's splash, timed to coincide with the president's arrival in Scotland for the opening of a new golf course and meetings with Keir Starmer and European Commission president Ursula von der Layen, was 'amazing'. The clip has been viewed 3.1 million times and racked up more than 549,000 comments since it was posted on Friday. In the clip, the social media user said: 'Donald Trump is being welcomed to Scotland as a felon and not as a president as his trip is already off to a bad start. "Now, if you didn't know, today Donald Trump is headed to Scotland where he's expected to visit both of his golf courses and celebrate the grand opening of a new golf course, but in preparation for his arrival, Scottish newspaper The National released their front page and it is amazing. Take a look at this: 'Convicted US felon to arrive in Scotland'. 'Yeah, not president of the United States. Heck, they even call him 'Republican leader' instead of president. That is how he's going to be welcomed. On top of that, there are protests at both of his golf courses for his arrival.' The social media user goes on to speculate that Trump would have hoped the trip could have provided a 'distraction' to his domestic woes, as his Maga fanbase turn sour on the president over his refusal to release the so-called Epstein files. The results of historic investigations into paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, a former friend of Trump, are potentially explosive and reportedly name him but much of the material remains classified. (Image: Anna Moneymaker, Getty Images) Trump had said during his election campaign he would be open to releasing more – but has since walked this back, saying the case is closed. He also appeared to have been angered by a recent South Park episode which depicted him as literally getting into bed with Satan and having a tiny penis. The social media user added: 'Donald Trump thought he could get away and have a bit of a distraction. He's got so much going on here between the [Epstein] files that he's not releasing, the South Park episode. (Image: Greg Lovett/Palm Beach Post/USA TODAY Network via Imagn Images) 'He's not having exactly the time he wants here, so he thought maybe in Scotland he can get away from this and get a distraction. Instead, he's getting the welcome that he so richly deserves. Well done.' It also featured in a video from the popular MeidasTouch YouTube channel which has received 1.6m views. The front page has spread like wildfire in Scotland, the UK and US, with anti-Trump Americans expressing their joy on social media at seeing the president exposed in the media.

TikTok star found dead after 'refusing marriage proposal'
Tiktok influencer Sumeera Rajput was found dead in her home after allegedly being poisoned (Picture: Mint) A TikTok star has been found dead after allegedly being pressured into entering a forced marriage. Sumeera Rajput, who boasted more than 58,000 followers and a million likes on the video sharing platform, was discovered at her home in Ghotki district in Sindh, Pakistan. An investigation is underway to determine her cause of death, with two people currently being held in custody in connection with the incident. Sumeera's daughter, 15, said her mother had been poisoned with tablets after refusing a marriage proposal, Mint reported. It comes amid a spate of attacks towards female social media influencers, who have found a sense of expression in the app in a nation where less than a quarter of women are in the workforce. Arranged marriages are commonplace in Pakistan and unions without family consent are frown upon. Adults under the age of 30 were most likely to have a 'love marriage' in which they chose their partner. A survey by Gallup Pakistan last year found that four out of four marriages in the country. Meanwhile, an estimated 1,000 forced marriages take place in Pakistan each year. It is common for girls to be married off young by parents who cannot afford to keep them and want to pass responsibility onto another family, with 18 per cent tying the knot before the age of 18. Tiktok influencer Sana Yousaf was brutally murdered after rejecting a man's advances multiple times (Picture: sanayousaf22) Last month a teenage TikTok influencer was shot dead in her home. Sana Yousaf, 17, was killed by 22-year-old Umar Hayat after she refused his advances, a police investigation found. The young activist had attracted a huge following from her videos which combined local music and traditional dress with vocal support for women's rights and education. The National Commission on the Status of Women, a statutory body which examines governmental policy on women, condemned the attack. Its chair, Ume Laila Azhar said: 'We will not let this case be buried under social stigma, false narratives of honour, or procedural loopholes. 'This senseless killing highlights the vulnerability of women and girls, even in their own homes. 'We demand justice for Sana and her family, and expect the state to ensure accountability of the perpetrators.' Tiktok has previously been banned on at least four occasions by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority due to indecent and violent content. According to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Pakistan, 28 per cent of women aged between 15 and 49 have experienced physical violence, while six per cent have have been subjected to sexual violence.
