Halsey saves videographer from pyrotechnics
The Bad at Love hitmaker was performing in Pittsburgh on June 14 when she noticed the camera operative was in the path of upcoming pyrotechnics, and after her subtle hint failed to make the man move, she took more drastic measures.
According to E! News, Halsey had mouthed "Get out of the way" to the videographer while singing Without Me, but when they failed to pick up her cue, she jumped up and rushed to show the man off the side of the stage before the flames shot out.
Halsey told the videographer: "There's pyro coming! Move!"
The 30-year-old singer then quickly ran back to the centre of the stage with a nervous laugh to carry on the song.
This isn't the first time Halsey - who has three-year-old son Ender with former partner Alev Aydin and is engaged to Avan Jogia - has encountered a major mishap during a show.
In 2021, everything "stopped working" during a concert at New York's Madison Square Garden.
Halsey told The Late Late Show with James Corden: 'I was onstage, and everything stopped working. Sound, lights, video, music, the whole thing, my brain.
'Everything malfunctioned, and I had to stand on the stage for two minutes talking to the crowd. Two minutes in stage time is like a century.'
The Gasoline singer eventually opted to start the whole performance again.
She continued: 'When that happened to me, I just started my whole show over from the top, so that I could do the whole thing with no mistakes.'
Halsey and Avan got engaged towards the end of last year and the 33-year-old actor recently spoke of how much he enjoys being able to "make art" with his fiancee.
He told People magazine: "One of the great joys of being with someone who's an artist is being able to make art with them and to go back and forth about the art that they're making and how you can contribute and be helpful, and them being able to contribute and be helpful to your own art.
"The only thing that I care about is the making of things.
"So when you have someone who can meet you there and meet you where you're at, that's one of the joys of it, for sure.
"If he busts through the door and has an idea, and I bust the door and have an idea, and it doesn't have to be about acting or music or movies — it could be a cookbook — we just make what we have to.
"I think I'm happy to have found someone I can be matched with in that capacity."

Former Project co-host Georgie Tunny has confirmed her next move, revealing she's staying with Network 10 as part of its new current affairs show, 10 News+. The 34-year-old presenter, who appeared on The Project for three years, joins the team just days after the long-running news program aired its final episode. "Can't wait to see where this new chapter leads!" 10 News+ launched Monday night, fronted by Denham Hitchcock and Amelia Brace - both formerly of Channel Seven - and replaces The Project as part of a sweeping schedule shake-up at the network. The revamped evening line-up now includes 10 News First at 5pm, followed by 10 News+ from 6pm, Sunday to Thursday. Tunny joins a robust team on 10 News+ that includes Angela Bishop, Ashleigh Raper, Bill Hogan, Brianna Parkins, Samantha Butler, Carrie-Anne Greenbank, and Claudia Vrdoljak. The move is a bittersweet one for Tunny, who broke down in tears as she farewelled The Project on air last Friday. "I can't actually look at you all, I'm so sorry, because you've just been an absolute dream to work with," she told co-hosts Waleed Aly, Sarah Harris and Sam Taunton. In addition to her new 10 News+ role, Tunny was recently announced as the narrator for Channel 10's local edition of House Hunters Australia, which premiered in May. The news follows confusion surrounding The Project's official social media accounts, which continued to post content even after the show's cancellation. A day after the finale, the program's Instagram account featured a playful post that joked, "The bosses really should have changed the password from Password1." The anonymous admin, calling themselves the show's "social media hero"- followed up with a caption poking fun at executives: "Look who is in charge now. So, one question: what should I do with these accounts?" On Wednesday, the account returned once again, posting a tongue-in-cheek update: "Still cancelled. Still curious," alongside a caption expressing sadness over having "no one to share silly news with anymore."

It was a lower-level and the officials still looked at the law and said if you're going to have a song and promote that sort of Nazism, we don't need that in Australia.' Ellen Pompeo wants help keeping ageing at bay
Ellen Pompeo isn't planning to "keep it 100% natural" as she gets older. The 55-year-old actress is trying to keep the signs of ageing "at bay" and while she does what she can to look after herself, she also boosts her routines with "a little bit of Botox", Morpheus8 treatments and skin peels. She told People magazine: 'Obviously getting older is a privilege, but I definitely make my living on TV with my face. So, I think you can lean into the aging, if you want, or you can fight it. And I think I'm just trying to keep it at bay, you know? "I definitely am not going to say I'm keeping it 100% natural, that's for sure. I definitely have vanity. It's definitely not easy to watch yourself age.' But the Grey's Anatomy star - who has two daughters with husband Chris Ivery - isn't prepared to have filler. She said: 'I don't like it at all. I'm not really into it." Ellen follows a "super-clean" diet because she thinks staying active and watching what she eats are key to how she looks and feels. She said: 'I think diet and exercise is honestly the key. I know everybody says it, but I really do. I'm a pretty regimented person. Very disciplined. My husband says I'm the most disciplined person he knows, which I think is a compliment. 'I'm really quite militant about the way I eat and what I eat." However, she noted her weakness is sweets, but added: "I really try to manage it. I really just try to eat dark chocolate and cherries.' Ellen has to move "all day long", and "pretty much every day" tries to indulge in a sauna and a cold plunge. She said: 'I'll ride my bike from my trailer to the set... "'Even when I travel, I try to look for hotels that have a sauna and a pool. If they don't have a cold plunge, put a little bit of ice water on your face! I think it really tightens up my face, and the endorphin rush also makes me feel great.' The Good American Family actress is proud to be an ambassador for Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty. She said: 'I am old enough to know that Cindy was one of the first women to have a beauty brand. I don't know of any other women in her position that were doing beauty brands back then when it wasn't cool or popular. I'm sure she got more than a few eye rolls. 'I love the serum. That's my hero product from the line, and, I think that's their best product."
