'I cannot put into words how happy I am to be spending the rest of our lives together,' Lauren shared via Instagram. 'Almost 8 years of growth, happiness and so much love and I can't believe we have so much more to look forward to.'
Lauren continued, 'I knew you were my person from the day we met and I can't wait for the beautiful life we are going to create together. Thank you for the most thoughtful, picture perfect proposal that I could never have imagined. I love you more than anything. 🤍🤍.'
The couple said 'I do' on a private island in Ontario, Canada.
'Married the love of my life and it was the most perfect weekend I could ever imagine!' Lauren shared via Instagram about the big day.
Connor posted a series of photos from the wedding and pre-wedding events via Instagram in September, calling it 'a summer for the books.'
The couple celebrated the holidays with Connor's brother, Cam, his fiancée, Sarah, and the brothers' parents, Brian and Kelly.
Lauren traveled to Montreal to support Connor and Team Canada for the inaugural 4 Nations Face-Off, which was eventually won by the Canadians.

Bruins hire veteran coach with power play experience for Marco Sturm's staff
The Bruins have added a power play specialist to Marco Sturm's coaching staff. Boston hired Steve Spott as an assistant coach on Friday morning. The 57-year-old had been with the Stars since 2022 and made the Western Conference Final in each of the last three seasons, but departed after the firing of head coach Peter DeBoer. At his introductory press conference, Sturm made it clear that improving the man advantage would be a priority, as the Bruins finished 29th last season. 'Steve is a passionate teacher, a strong communicator, and brings great structure and detail to everything he does,' Sturm said in a statement released by the Bruins. 'His experience, especially on special teams, will be a major asset for our group and for the Bruins moving forward.' Spott also worked as an assistant in Las Vegas, San Jose, and Toronto prior to Dallas. A Colgate graduate, Spott's son, Tyler, played at Northeastern and later Sacred Heart, so he's familiar with the New England area. 'I'm incredibly excited and honored to join the Boston Bruins organization,' Spott said. 'Being part of an Original Six franchise with such a proud history and tradition means a great deal to me and my family. Bruins sign pending RFA defenseman to two-year extension
The Bruins locked up one of their pending restricted free agents on Monday. Mason Lohrei and Boston agreed to a two-year extension with an annual $3.2 million salary cap hit, the team announced. The 24-year-old was set to become an RFA on July 1. Advertisement The young defenseman played 77 games for the Bruins in the 2024-25 season and tallied five goals with 28 assists. Lohrei showed good offensive instincts throughout the year, but struggled at times without the puck. He had an NHL-worst minus-43 in 2024-25.
