I Tried Veronica Beard's New Capsule Collection, And It Is Sporty Perfection

Designed by a sister-in-law duo who happen to share the same first and last names, Veronica Beard has been known for understatedly chic, timeless clothing and accessories since it first came out with its versatile Dickey blazer 15 years ago. Now, the womenswear brand has collaborated with Head Sportswear to launch a limited-edition capsule collection of activewear. The line includes tennis apparel in stripe-trimmed whites and muted greens as well as a sleek legging and sports bra set.

Each piece is designed with performance and the brand's versatile styling ethos in mind: While you can go with a matching set, the pieces can also easily be mixed and layered and worn both on and off the court. Along with availability on its own site and at retailers like Nordstrom, Shopbop and Neiman Marcus, Veronica Beard has also partnered with specialty shops to offer the styles—like at the recently opened racquet club at the Sugar Beach Viceroy in St. Lucia. Here are my favorites from the capsule collection.
In a durable yet extremely lightweight ripstop fabric, this track jacket looks just as great layered over activewear as it does styled off the court. The striped ribbed cuffs and stand-up collar add a tailored, cozy element.
These leggings feature strategically designed ribbing in a super stretchy fabric that makes them comfortable enough for yoga or long flights. The brand's zoned fabric engineering gives subtle compression without ever pinching.
Featured in our roundup of the best sneakers for women, these come in a special combination of neutral colors and mixed materials like suede and leather as part of the Head Sportswear collaboration. Besides adding a bit of height and cushion, these sneakers also feature stretchy no-tie laces so they can be conveniently slipped on and off.
Made from a quick-dry moisture-wicking fabric and featuring box pleats, this skort allows for plenty of movement without riding up.

Spotted! Dua Lipa With Summer's Trendiest Manicure

There's a new trending nail motif in town—and it's just on the dot for summer (pun intended). Meet the polka dot manicure, recently spotted on celebrities like Dua Lipa, Hailey Bieber, and more. For keen observers, the evidence of an imminent polka dot resurgence was visible in the fall/winter collections. From Isabel Marant to Fendi and Conner Ives, the '80s print was spotted across dresses, bags, and even veils. Then the stars got involved. Singers Raye and Dua Lipa were sporting the sweetest polka-dot dresses by spring, while Katie Holmes stepped out in navy and white polka dot heels. Now, polka dots are popping up in the beauty sphere by way of our manicures. Celebrities such as Sabrina Carpenter and Addison Rae have been decorating their nails with dots in recent weeks. Instagram content This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from. British pop star Lydia Night has also joined in on the fun, donning a contrasting polka dot set to attend Ascot. 'I usually go for plain manicures because I play guitar. These nails are cute, funky, and classic—the perfect way to jazz things up,' she tells Vogue.

Cardi B's Outfit During Paris Fashion Week Leaves Fans Stunned

Cardi B's Outfit During Paris Fashion Week Leaves Fans Stunned originally appeared on Parade. Cardi B delivered a head-turning moment at Paris Fashion Week with a jaw-dropping look that is impossible to miss. Along with fellow celebrities, fashion key influencers and artists like Dua Lipa, the award-winning singer attended Schiaparelli's Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2025/2026 show at Petit Palais in Paris. On Monday, the rapper did not disappoint fans by serving unforgettable looks that perfectly captured the glamour and boldness of the event. Cardi B's outfit showcased an exaggerated shoulder piece adorned with ivory beaded fringe details framing her head. Moreover, she elevated the look with a fitted black column gown and black opera gloves for a dramatic flair. Finishing off the look, a Cardi B outfit will not be complete without bling blings, but this time, she opted for two-tier pearl teardrop earrings and a diamond-encrusted microdermal stud under her left eye. But it was her arm candy, a crow, that made a statement. On Instagram, the 'Bodak Yellow' hitmaker shared a striking video highlighting her show-stopping looks at Paris Fashion Week. 'With my little friend, Crowdi B,' she captioned the post, playfully referring to her date for the event. The new post caught the attention of fans, with the majority swooning over her look. 'Art meets elegance. This is next-level fashion,' one wrote. 'Cardi is one of the only female rappers who can put anything on and make it look good,' a commenter said. 'Queen Bardi @iamcardib You look gorgeous,' a fan added. Another user echoed the same and remarked, 'She is a fashion icon herself!' 'Love the dress, very unique and fyi it's giving 'Am I The Drama?'' Other fans also noticed the playful name and noted 'Not Crowdi B! I love it.' 'The music! The visuals! The looks!' exclaimed one follower, summing up the excitement around the post. It's no surprise that the 32-year-old rapper featured a crow at the fashion event since her upcoming sophomore album, Am I the Drama? also showcased a dark feathered bird on her album B's Outfit During Paris Fashion Week Leaves Fans Stunned first appeared on Parade on Jul 8, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jul 8, 2025, where it first appeared.

Stéphane Rolland lets couture speak for itself with space-age glamor

PARIS (AP) — Stéphane Rolland went back to what he does best on Tuesday: unadulterated couture. This season at Paris Couture Week, Rolland stripped away gimmicks and let the clothes do the talking, unveiling a dazzling palette of ivory, black, and red — with giant spangles shimmering like stardust or cosmic fish scales. A live string orchestra set the mood as Rolland's signature silhouettes reshaped the female form: mermaid gowns hugged the body, giant tulle trains trailed behind, and severe white dresses with razor-sharp shoulders brought a surreal, intergalactic edge. Space-age references ran throughout, from pointy shoulders to jewels worn as talismans — adorned on gowns or set on the forehead like interplanetary insignia. It marked a confident return to classic Rolland after recent seasons experimenting with format and mood. Last year, Rolland broke with tradition, staging a collaborative, student-led show inspired by the serenity of the desert. But on Tuesday, the focus was undiluted couture, delivered with maximum impact. A celebrity favorite — counting Kim Kardashian and Cardi B among his fans — Rolland is one of Paris fashion's last couture independents. His trademark mix of sculptural tailoring, high drama, and Parisian mystique was on full display, proving that sometimes, the boldest move is simply perfecting your own signature.
