Amazon Prime Day deal reduces 'impressive' £100 watch that's 'stylish' to £36

Amazon has reduced the five star-rated smartwatch as part of its huge Prime Day sale
Amazon has reduced an "impressive" smartwatch as part of its huge Prime Day sale. The event has seen thousands of items dropped in price and will run until Friday, July 11.
The TAPPODO Smart Watch has been reduced from its original price of £99 to £35.99, marking a 64% discount. The watch comes with two straps and is said to blend "sophistication with a sporty feel", featuring more than 120 sports modes and a step counter.
The Amazon product description reads: "Stay connected effortlessly. This feature-rich smart watch women supports hands-free calling, ensuring you never miss important calls while driving, working out, or busy at work. Enjoy exceptional battery life even with frequent calls and voice commands. The built-in AI voice assistant streamlines tasks and workouts, making life easier – just ask.
"Powered by the latest high-precision chip, this advanced women's smart watch offers 24/7 accurate heart rate monitoring, sleep analysis, blood oxygen tracking, and more. Tailored female health tracking (menstrual cycle, ovulation and safe period) helps you understand your body better and make timely adjustments for optimal wellbeing."
Alternatively, shoppers can snap up the Radley Smart Series 48 Amoled Silver Tone Smart Watch for £95 at H. Samuel. Argos also stocks the Reflex Active Series 40 AMOLED Calling Smart Watch for £39.99, while Currys has the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 for £59.
The Amazon smartwatch has racked up more than 400 five star reviews online. Among them, one person said: "Fantastic smartwatch with great features. The taopodo Smart Watch has exceeded my expectations with its impressive features and great value for the price. It has a sleek, modern design and allows me to make and receive calls directly from my wrist, which is super convenient when I'm on the go.
"The heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, and step counter are accurate and help me stay on top of my health goals, while the battery lasts an impressive 4–5 days on a single charge. The watch pairs easily with my phone, and the companion app is user-friendly and provides helpful insights into my fitness and sleep patterns. Overall, it's a reliable and stylish smartwatch that delivers great performance without the high price tag — highly recommended!"
A second wrote: "This is a superb smart watch and very easy to use. Lovely bright screen and extra long battery life. Works great with the associated app and accurately measures your steps and teaching activity.
"Lovely to wear and looks like it cost so much more than it does. A really good buy and will be getting another for my youngest child. Thanks so much."
However, some shoppers were "confused" by the sports modes, adding that there are "so many different things to choose from." They wrote: "No one will wear this watch for martial arts (at least 10 different selectable), archery and diving. So please get out of it, it doesn't add value, just confusion."
Despite this, many continued praising the watch. One person said: "I'm really impressed with this smartwatch! It looks sleek and modern, and the call function works surprisingly well — I can make and answer calls directly from the watch with clear sound quality.
"The fitness tracking features are accurate too; it monitors heart rate, sleep, and steps consistently throughout the day. The battery life is also solid — I've gone a couple of days without needing a charge. Overall, it's a great value for the price and does everything I need without any issues. Highly recommend!"

Stanley price matches Amazon with huge 40% off Quencher deal

The iconic Stanley Quencher is a celeb-loved favourite and it's currently at the cheapest price we've ever seen it in the UK With warmer days finally here and the occasional heatwave battering the UK, it's hard to go anywhere without seeing a Stanley tumbler or dupe. Stanley cups have taken the hydration world by storm, becoming the must-have accessory for everyone from gym fanatics to commuters. While the hype is real, so is the price tag, and fans of the iconic brand are always on the lookout for discounts on its usual £45 price tag. Amazon slashed the price of 1.2L Stanley Quenchers to £27 in three select colours before the weekend, causing a flurry of shoppers. The deal soon went from in stock to having a waitlist of '1-3 months' and has now been removed completely, although Amazon is offering slight discounts on certain hues, with the best value option currently being a cheery Plum colour currently reduced to £32. However, shoppers who missed out can now snag the mugs, in an even wider choice of discounted colours, direct from the Stanley website as part of the brand's huge mid-season sale. Five different colours have been reduced to £27 for the event, including Chilli red, Blue Spruce, Iris, Fuchsia pink and deep Plum. What's more, because they are buying direct, shoppers can even get free engraved personalisation on any Stanley they buy, including sale items, throughout July. Known for its impressive durability and sleek, modern (often giant) look, the Stanley Quencher isn't just a viral sensation; it's a functional flask that can keep drinks ice-cold for up to two days. Thanks to Stanley's trusted vacuum insulation, water stays cold for 11 hours or up to 48 hours if you pack it with ice. This makes the vessel ideal for long commutes, gym sessions and road trips. Alternatively, shoppers are loving the Thermos Thermocafe Tumbler from Argos for £13, which features a lock lid, which means fewer accidental spills. The YETI Rambler (£20) is also another top choice for spill-free drinks this summer. Meanwhile, the Stanley Quencher is constructed from 90% recycled stainless steel, with this extra-large tumbler is designed with sustainability in mind. What really sets the Flowstate lid apart is its 3-position functionality, meaning it can be sipped with the included straw, switched to a wider opening for pouring, or kept semi-covered for splash-resistant use. In reviews for the Stanley Quencher online, one person shared: I have waited too long to get one of these. I had a cheap knock off version at one point, but it was not as functional or as good quality as the original and best. "The size is perfect for a decent drink that will last me all day at work, and it stays lovely and cold and never leaks. I simply cannot fault it." Another happy review read: "Fabulous, it keeps water cold overnight and is great for long journeys." A third shopper said: "Honestly, I love it! Lives up to the claims. "I filled it with iced water and put it on my bedside table in case I woke up in the night needing a drink. The next morning, it was still icy, even after it had spent the night in a warm room." However, one reviewer noted: "I was completely 'influenced' to jump on the bandwagon and buy this. I'm happy with my purchase, it does keep drinks cold for a long time, but in the grand scheme of things - it's just a cup." While Stanley tumblers are notoriously on the pricier side, their cult status means they rarely stay in stock, especially when discounted. The £27 deal is only available on selected colours in the Stanley sale, which is live now.
