She captioned it: "There wouldn't be this... without you," followed by a video of her and Liam first adopting the sweet dog.
Kate wrote: "I remember the day we got Nala, we walked into the room at the animal shelter and Nala was the only dog not barking.
" Liam pointed her out and we took her home now I need to learn how to get her to stop barking."
Last month, the grieving girlfriend shared unseen snaps of Liam on the eight-month anniversary of his death.
The heartbroken star opened up about the "pain" she feels every day without him.
Liam, 31, took the cocaine before his fatal third-storey balcony plunge in Buenos Aires on October 16 last year.
In a post on Instagram, Kate - who dated Liam for two years - posted memories of their time together.
In one snap, Kate shares a screenshot of Liam's messages, telling her: "I can't wait to see you. I literally couldn't love you more if I tried and somehow I will tomorrow."
Kate wrote in the caption: "Eight months ago today, I lost my best friend and someone I thought I had so much more time and life left to share with.
"Liam was the kind of person you'd start missing the moment you walked out the door.

"Even when leaving the house for a few hours, I'd find myself rushing home to be with him again out of excitement.

"I can't seem to tell if life is flying by without you or moving so slow none of it fully makes sense.
"But I am trying to live my life as best I can for now and live it for you. I miss you more than words can say.
"One day, I'll see you again, and I'll have so much to tell you. So much to catch up on.
"I love you my angel 444."
The influencer has been candidly documenting her grief since the tragic event in interviews and on social media.

In an upcoming new song, Zayn Malik touches on his experience with racism while he was in the band that made him famous, One Direction. On Saturday the 32-year-old British singer, who has a Pakistani and Muslim background, previewed his upcoming track Fuchsia Sea, in which he raps about being othered. Malik was an active member of the boy band from 2010 to 2015, alongside Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and the late Liam Payne. In a verse on the forthcoming single, Zayn raps: 'Got my back against the wall so much they think I got a brick fascination / Do you remember every conversation?
