
Repairs complete at Byron outdoor pool
The facility reopened on Tuesday.
The pool's pumping system had sustained electrical damage last week during severe weather.
All of the city's outdoor pools and wading pools are now open seven days a week for the summer.

Emergency crews were on the scene of a house fire on Smokey Drive in Lower Sackville, N.S., Tuesday night. A home in Lower Sackville, N.S., was badly damaged following a fire late Tuesday night. Crews responded to reports of a house fire in the 100 block of Smokey Drive around 11:40 p.m. Halifax Professional Fire Fighters says members arrived to find heavy fire conditions on the exterior of the home as well as in the attic space.
