T-Mobile Launches Fiber Home Internet with New Plans & a 5-Year Price Guarantee
With over 1 million customers already waiting for T-Mobile's popular fixed wireless service, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet, T-Mobile Fiber helps address a growing need for fast, reliable broadband. All T-Mobile Fiber plans come with unlimited data, ultra-fast symmetrical upload and download speeds, T-Mobile Tuesdays, a 5-year price guarantee — and there are no monthly equipment fees, installation charges or annual contracts. And, in select locations nationwide, people who sign up can get T-Mobile's best 2 Gig plan for just $70 a month with Autopay for a limited time, plus a 10-year price guarantee.
'With the official launch of T-Mobile Fiber, we're delivering on our promise to bring better broadband to more people — the Un-carrier way,' said Allan Samson, Chief Broadband Officer, T-Mobile. 'Our new plans, backed by long-term price guarantees, are designed to give customers more choice and peace of mind. And, we're just getting started. As the fastest growing broadband provider in the country, we'll keep expanding T-Mobile Fiber to reach more communities and find ways to pack more value into our plans.'
The lineup: new fiber plans for every kind of household
The new standard plans will be available to new and existing T-Mobile Fiber customers starting Thursday, June 5. More details below:
Fiber 500: A reliable option for everyday streamers, remote workers and smaller households who want just the right amount of speed. Equipment is included; there are no data caps and no annual contracts. Available for $60/month with AutoPay and a T-Mobile voice line or $75/month with Autopay.
Fiber 1 Gig: Ideal for busy households with multiple people streaming, gaming and using smart devices at the same time. Comes with everything included in Fiber 500, plus Whole Home Wi-Fi with mesh devices to help extend the Wi-Fi signal throughout the home. Available for $75/month with AutoPay and a T-Mobile voice line or $90/month with AutoPay.
Fiber 2 Gig: Top-tier speed for high-demand users, smart homes, creators and tech lovers who push their connection to the max. Comes with everything included in Fiber 1 Gig. Available for $90/month with AutoPay and a T-Mobile voice line or $105/month with AutoPay.
Fiber Founders Club: With T-Mobile's Fiber Founders Club, customers can future proof their connectivity with a special offer for the 2 Gig plan at just $70/month with Autopay — no voice line required — and double the guarantee with a 10-year price guarantee, available in select locations for a limited time.
More magenta goodness
Building on the momentum of T-Mobile's new Experience plans, which introduced a 5-year price guarantee for wireless and 5G Home Internet customers, T-Mobile Fiber is extending that same long-term value to its customers. With the new T-Mobile Fiber plans, customers can rest assured their internet price will stay the same for five years from the time they sign up.
All Fiber plans include access to T-Mobile Tuesdays in the T-Life app, giving customers one-of-a-kind perks and freebies (you guessed it!) every Tuesday. What started in 2016 as a simple thank you has grown into one of T-Mobile's most popular benefits, turning an ordinary day of the week into a weekly ritual for millions. From exclusive deals on dining, gas and entertainment, to free season-long subscriptions to MLB.TV and MLS Season Pass, T-Mobile Tuesdays offers something for everyone, every week. With more than 1.2 billion perks delivered and counting, T-Mobile Tuesdays is just one more way the Un-carrier goes all in to celebrate its customers. Just because.
Growing demand for better broadband
T-Mobile has built a reputation as a disruptor in the broadband market, quickly rising to become the fifth largest and fastest-growing internet service provider in the U.S. Today, nearly 7 million customers nationwide rely on T-Mobile 5G Home Internet — and they're among the most satisfied in the industry, with the Un-carrier ranking #1 in Customer Satisfaction for Residential Wireless Internet Service Nationally by J.D. Power and receiving top honors from others. T-Mobile Fiber builds on the Un-carrier's successful 5G Home Internet offering — which currently has more than 1 million customers on the waitlist — and opens a new path to meet the growing demand for fast, reliable broadband.
Entering the fiber market with a pilot program in 2021, T-Mobile Fiber, through collaboration with leading fiber providers, including Lumos and the pending close of Metronet, expects to reach 12 to 15 million households or more by the end of 2030. By tapping into existing local fiber infrastructure, T-Mobile is accelerating growth and delivering even more value, choice and flexibility to customers.
Starting June 5, new and existing customers can visit fiber.t-mobile.com or stop by a local T-Mobile store to check availability and sign up for the new plans.
Follow the T-Mobile Newsroom on X and Instagram to catch the latest company updates.
Check availability at fiber.t-mobile.com to see current offers available at your address. Price guarantee exclusions like taxes & fees apply. Guarantee means that we won't change the price of fiber internet data for at least 5 years (or 10 where applicable) while you are on an eligible plan. See exclusions & details at T-Mobile.com. Founders Club availability varies by location and is subject to change. Addresses not eligible for Founders Club may qualify for other Fiber offers at a higher cost. Return each device undamaged or fee may apply. AutoPay discount requires bank account or debit card, otherwise $5 more/line/mo. Early Amazon Prime Day phone deals — some of my favorite phones are already on sale
In many ways, the timing of Amazon Prime Day couldn't be better if you're in the market for a new phone. With some big phone launches looming in the fall, retailers are inclined to cut the price on current models to clear out inventory. Plus, the phones that have launched earlier in the year are in line for lower prices as well in an effort to keep sales going after their initial releases. In other words, if you've been considering upgrading your handset, this year's Prime Day provides an excellent opportunity to pick up one for substantially less than what you'd normally have to pay. And you don't have to wait for the sales event to kick off next Tuesday (July 8), as some early Prime Day phone have already surfaced. The key to finding great savings on phones during Prime Day is to not necessarily restrict yourself to searching Amazon's sales. Don't get me wrong — Amazon will offer a number of notable discounts on phones, particularly Android devices. And in many cases, those phones will be unlocked so you can take them to the wireless provider of your choice. But some of the better phone discounts will either require activation with the best phone carriers — that's a hallmark of phone offers at Best Buy, for example — or come directly through wireless providers themselves. Often times, you can get an even better price on a phone with a trade-in, but for the most part, you should be able to simply sign up for an unlimited data plan to get the best offer. There's a wrinkle this year, as Samsung is holding its Galaxy Unpacked July 2025 event on Wednesday (July 9). That's the second day of Prime Day, and the event figures to introduce us to at least the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 foldable phones. Doubtlessly, Samsung will offer deals of its own on those new devices — including a promotion right now that saves you $50 on whatever Samsung announces just by registering your name and e-mail address. But it also means that current models of Samsung's foldable phones will see heavy discounts just ahead of Unpacked. Below, here's the best early deals on phones that I've spotted ahead of Prime Day. For more bargains, be sure to follow our early Prime Day deals live blog and see our Amazon promo codes guide. iPhone 16 Pro: was $999 now free @ T-MobileTrade in an eligible device in any condition, and T-Mobile will give you a credit of up to $1,000 that you can apply to an iPhone 16 Pro. You'll need to sign up for T-Mobile's $100/month Experience Beyond plan to qualify as well, though if you opt for the $85/month Experience More plan, you can still get up to $830 in credit. T-Mobile will also pay off your phone up to $800 with your current carrier. This is a great way to get one of Apple's best iPhones at a low-to-no cost. iPhone 16 Pro: was $999 now free @ VerizonDon't have a phone to trade in for your new iPhone? No worries — Verizon will give you an iPhone 16 Pro for free when you sign up for any of its My Plan unlimited data plans. You'll receive monthly bill credits for 36 months that cover the cost of the iPhone 16 Pro, which features a dedicated telephoto lens and a top-performing A18 Pro chipset along with a larger 6.3-inch screen than previous Pro models. iPhone 16e: was $599 now $215 @ AT&TSign up for an unlimited plan at AT&T, and your monthly payment on an iPhone 16e drops from $16.67/month to just $5.99. Over the course of 36 months, that saves you more than $380 on the cost of Apple's entry-level phone. The iPhone 16e may be a lower-priced model, but it still supports the same Apple Intelligence features as flagship iPhones, and it's got a more modern design than previous iPhone SE models. The 512GB version of the Galaxy S25 Edge normally costs a lofty $1,219, but Amazon is letting you max out on the storage for $999. Not only is that $220 in savings over the regular price, it lowers the cost of the 512GB Edge below that of the 256GB base model. (Amazon is offering a more modest $45 discount on the base model Galaxy S25 Edge.) As thin as the Edge is, we were more impressed with how light weight and durable the phone proved to be in our Galaxy S25 Edge review. And of course, you get access to all the latest Galaxy AI features that come standard on Samsung flagships. Samsung Galaxy S25: was $799 now $360 @ Mint MobileBuy Samsung's current entry-level flagship at Mint Mobile, you can save $330 off the price of a Galaxy S25. As our Galaxy S25 review found, you're getting a compact phone that offers the same AI features as Samsung's more expensive models. This also happens to be one of the rare sub-$800 phones that offers a dedicated zoom lens. Mint's deal requires you to pay for two years of unlimited data, but Mint is halving the normal cost to just $15/month or a total of $360. And Mint's coverage comes via the extensive network of parent company T-Mobile. Google Pixel 9: was $799 now $249 @ US MobileStarting July 4, discount carrier US Mobile is reviving a deal that blew away my colleague John Velasco last month — you'll be able to pick up a Pixel 9 for $550 off its regular price when you also purchase an unlimited data plan through US Mobile. The promotion kicks off at 11 a.m. EST on Friday and lasts so long as the Pixel 9 remains in stock. Considering the steep discount on a top-performing camera phone, that doesn't figure to be for very long. One of my favorite midrange phones of the year is currently $50 offer at Amazon. We have seen the price drop to as low as $499, though, so you might want to wait until we get closer to Prime Day before snapping up this phone. If you do get a OnePlus 13R, you'll get a long-lasting phone that doesn't make too many compromises to deliver a lower price tag. And I was impressed by the improved camera performance during testing for my OnePlus 13R review. Yes, a new Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be making its debut at the same time as Prime Day. But if the rumored larger screen and improved telephoto lens don't sound like features you need, why not grab the current Galaxy Z Fold 6, especially when you can get it for a $400 discount? The Galaxy Z Fold 6 features a refined design that's powered by an impressive Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and the big discount at Amazon tackles one of our biggest complaints about the foldable phone — its supersized price. We're also expecting the Galaxy Z Flip 7 to debut during Prime Day, which probably explains the price drop on the Galaxy Z Flip 6, available for $150 off its regular price. Opt for the older model, and you'd most likely be giving up the larger screen sizes rumored for the Z Flip 7. But there's no changes expected to the cameras and that's one of the best things about the Galaxy Z Flip 6, which produces the best photos of any foldable phone in our testing.
