Wicklow People
WICKLOW Rovers have been confirmed as Wicklow and District Football League champions after St Anthonys conceded the teams' league tie, which had been due to take place on Tuesday night.
Ironically, Rovers will face St Anthonys on Friday night anyway in the Jim McLaughlin Cup. That game kicks off at 7pm, and Rovers chairperson Garry Collins told The Wicklow People and The Bray People that the trophy will be presented to the new champions ahead of that game, with youth players set to be present to lead the club's congratulations.

Still odds against, but Bray Wanderers coach Paul Heffernan dreams of Cup run
