Stacey Solomon has been noticeably absent from Loose Women – pals finally reveal the real reason why

WITH several TV shows, fashion collections, a haircare range and five kids to look after, Stacey Solomon has her finger in many pies. However, there's one programme she's been conspicuously absent from in recent months and fans are desperate to know why. 6 6 Stacey, 35, last appeared on ITV's Loose Women in December 2024, as a guest on their groundbreaking 25 Hour Talkathon, which saw the ladies take to the air live for over an entire day with no breaks. While Stacey proved to be one of the more popular contributors on the day, discussing everything from her children to her Christmas plans, she hasn't been seen on the show since, leading curious viewers to question the reason behind her disappearance. 'Proud Loose Woman' Given she first appeared on Loose Women in 2011, becoming a regular panelist in 2016 and has made over 350 appearances, i t's a mystery as to why she has failed to come back in any capacity. Aside from her guest stint at the Talkathon, Stacey's last show on the panel was in June last year. Add to the fact she still boasts the title 'proud Loose Woman' on her Instagram biog and it's little wonder fans are scratching their heads. Now sources close to the star insist she's simply 'too busy' to go back to the studio. 'Back in a heartbeat' "Stacey is always welcome back and is absolutely still considered part of the Loose family, but at the moment she's so busy with personal projects and her kids that she never seems to find the time,' our source revealed. 'But they'd have her back in a heartbeat. They love her and there's no ill feeling towards her at all. She is just simply too busy to do it right now.' It's been a common theme with Stacey. Back in 2023, after she'd been absent from the show for several months following the birth of youngest daughter Belle, she admitted her work schedule and caring for the little one left her no time to commit to Loose Women. 6 Returning to the show that November, she said: "I'm so happy to be here. I feel like I've missed it so much. It's been crazy because my daughter Belle was a wonderful surprise, but what that meant was I had to fit my filming schedule into a very short period of time. "So I've just been up and down the country with Sort Your Life Out and filming another show, Bricking It, so I haven't been able to even get into town.' Stacey Solomon launches into huge rant after failing to win Bafta as she admits 'upset and devastation' Now history is repeating itself and it's little wonder Stace can't find a moment in her schedule. Packed schedule In the last six weeks she's been travelling the world, launching her latest Rehab hair care product in Lake Como and holidaying with her eldest son Zach, 17, in Paris. She's also been busy working on the new series of her BBC show, Sort Your Life Out. And pals believe Stacey, who has been married to TV star Joe Swash since 2022, may have more on her mind than just business. 'Everyone thinks she and Joe will try for another baby,' a source said. 'Stacey absolutely loves being a mum and she's openly spoken about adding to the family, so no one would be surprised if she wanted to go that route.' As well as sons Zach and Leighton, 13, from previous relationships, Stacey shares Rex, six, Rose, three, and two-year-old Belle with Joe, who himself has a son, Harry, 17. 6 6 In the lead-up to the launch of their reality show, Stacey & Joe, the couple discussed the possibility of more children in the future. 'Me and Stacey are so blessed that we are able to have kids and have this amazing family, but I'd love to have one more,' Joe said. Stacey, while not as keen, didn't shut the idea down completely, admitting she'd prefer to wait until her current brood are slightly older. 'I would love to, maybe when they're a bit older, and they're all independent,' she said. 'If we're lucky enough and if we were privileged enough to have a baby then, that's when I would consider it. But right now, I'm finally feeling like I'm recovering from three consecutive births. It's a lot." Despite being one of the biggest stars on TV, getting nominated for a BAFTA and having both her current shows on the BBC, Stacey failed to make it onto the corporation's recent rich list, where Gary Linieker reigned as the highest paid employee at the company for the eighth year in a row. BAFTA nomination And pals reckon her ambition to make it on there one day will drive a lot of her upcoming decisions. 'Stacey will have been disappointed to miss out on being named one of the BBC's richest stars, but if anything it will fuel her fire," the source added. "She's smart and already looking for the next opportunity. Her brand is very much centred around her family and being a mum, it's what she's most known and loved for, so that could potentially sway her decision to have another baby.' 6 Stacey Solomon's career so far Stacey Solomon has been a familiar face on viewers' screens for over a decade. Let's take a look back at her career. The X Factor (2009): Stacey competed in series six of long-running ITV singing competition The X Factor. During her time in the show, she was mentored by Danni Minogue in the 'Girls' category. The star finished in third place, behind Joe McElderry and Olly Murs. I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here (2010); In late 2010, Stacey headed to the infamous I'm A Celeb Aussie jungle. After 21 days, she triumphed to win the tenth series. It was through I'm A Celeb that she met future husband Joe Swash - who'd won two years earlier and was hosting the ITV2 spinoff. Celebrity Juice (2011―2013, 2016―2019): The star appeared as a panellist on 21 episodes of the comedy panel game show hosted by Keith Lemon. Stacey was a regular in the 21st series, broadcast in 2019. Loose Women (2016 - present): Stacey has been a permanent panel member of the daytime show since 2016. She previously made guest appearances in 2011 and 2012. Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants' living spaces after removing clutter. As The Sun recently reported, Stacey's been raking in a massive £57,000 every month through her various brand deals and has accumulated a wealth of almost £10million. While only a small portion of that comes from her TV shows - she's also making big bucks thanks to deals with Asda and Primark, as well as her hugely successful Rehab hair care range - she is undoubtedly happiest on the box. 'Stacey and Joe's reality show has been a big win for them and the BBC and she'd love to repeat the magic,' our source continued. 'Another series of that and maybe something else focused on parenting would be a recipe for success. "Watch this space but when she does find the time she will use it wisely - but that might mean we won't be seeing her back on Loose Women any time soon.'

Shia LaBeouf settles sexual battery lawsuit with FKA twigs, four years after she accused him of abuse

FKA twigs has officially ended her legal battle with ex-boyfriend Shia LaBeouf, nearly four years after filing a high-profile lawsuit accusing the actor of abuse. According to court documents, the British singer, 37, has requested the dismissal with prejudice of all claims against the actor, 39, which means she cannot bring the case back to court at a future date. The lawsuit, filed in 2020, sought $10million in damages and alleged sexual battery, assault, and emotional distress during the couple's relationship. The two began dating after meeting on the set of LaBeouf's 2019 semi-autobiographical movie Honey Boy, in which Twigs was cast. In a statement to attorneys for both parties confirmed the matter had been resolved privately. 'Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court. While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future,' the pair's respective attorneys said. LaBeouf was represented by Shawn Holley while Twigs hired Los Angeles-based lawyer, Bryan Freedman, who is currently also defending actor Justin Baldoni in his legal battle against Blake Lively. Twigs's original complaint included several disturbing allegations, including claims that LaBeouf knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease and once threatened to crash a car with her inside. She also alleged he physically assaulted her at a gas station following that incident. LaBeouf denied many of the allegations, but issued a public statement at the time of the filing, acknowledging his history of harmful behavior. 'I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations,' he told The New York Times. 'I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I'm ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt.' In March 2024, twigs detailed the aftermath of her relationship with LaBeouf in a candid Vogue interview. 'I think naively I thought it would be like any other break-up, that I'd be sad for six months to a year, and then one day I'd wake up and everything would be fine,' she said. 'But the fact is being abused changes the whole of your nervous system. Because my window of tolerance is now much smaller than it used to be, my body manifests stress in quite extreme ways – it really shows me when it's upset.' Twigs filed her lawsuit against the star with a slew of explosive allegations, which the actor finally addressed in 2022, although the singer slammed his 'gaslighting'. In response to her explosive allegations, LaBeouf branded his ex a 'saint' and recalled how she 'saved' his life and inspired him to wake up and take responsibility for his actions. Meanwhile, twigs called their relationship 'the worst thing I've ever been through in my life.' During his appearance on Jon Bernthal's podcast, Real Ones in 2022, LaBeouf said: 'I hurt that woman. And in the process of doing that, I hurt many other people, and many other people before that woman. 'I was a pleasure-seeking, selfish, self-centered, dishonest, inconsiderate, fearful human being... When I think about what my life has become, and what it is now, like what my purpose is now... I need to be useful.' Among her allegations, twigs accused Shia of violently attacking and choking her, knowingly infecting her with an STD, and physical and verbal violence. But LaBeouf, who has since been diagnosed with PTSD and alcoholism, insisted in 2022 that he is in a better place now. He explained; 'I'm in the tribe of the f***-ups. I'm a very public sinner, a very fallible person in the public sphere. What I think now my purpose is, is to not do… 'The other examples that we've had of how to navigate something like this — which is to go after the woman, or try to win a court case, or get back into a f***ing movie or like get back on at all... 'My purpose, and I mean this with every fiber of my being, is to be instructive with my life, so that I can be an advertisement, like a billboard, for a principled way of living.' In her Vogue spread, FKA elaborated on the depths of her pain, writing: 'I've had to be very compassionate with myself and really listen to myself to get better... 'Now I want to challenge myself to know more about the simple, most pure and important things: love, nature, food, a nontoxic lifestyle, my body. The path I'm on is not the pastel pink yoga leggings aesthetic.' Since then, she has found love with Jordan Hemingway, with whom she went public in March 2023. While speaking about her new romance, she gushed: 'I've kissed a few frogs to get there but I feel that Jordan listens to me and opens me up in a way that no one really has ever been able to.' 'When I'm with somebody who's not in the public eye in the way I am, I'm conscious of everything I can do to make that situation as comfortable as possible because I've been on the other side of it,' she explained. 'And it's really not nice. Right now I feel so ready to stand up for things that I believe in, to protect people who I love.' Meanwhile, LaBeouf is married to actress Mia Goth, with whom he shares a daughter named Isabel.

Ozzy Osbourne stuns Olivia Newton-John with painfully blunt assessment of her age-defying health drink during unearthed appearance on The Graham Norton Show - 16 years before his tragic death

From vague recollections of a drunken arrest in Memphis to a blunt assessment of Olivia Newton-John 's new health drink - Ozzy Osbourne 's typical candour was more than evident during what would prove to be a memorable appearance on The Graham Norton Show. Devastated fans across the world have paid tribute to the legendary singer following his death aged 76 on July 21 - just three weeks after reuniting with his Black Sabbath bandmates for a farewell show at Birmingham 's Villa Park. The star was a titan of music who somehow survived controversies that would end the careers of many others, and weathered health problems that would leave most of us on our backs. And he was on hand to recollect some of his hellraising antics during an appearance on Graham Norton's BBC chat show in 2009 - after sampling fellow guest Olivia Newton-John's new health drink. Appearing on Norton's famous red sofa alongside wife Sharon, the rocker was in the studio to promote his new, ghost-written autobiography, I Am Ozzy. But promotional concerns were momentarily set aside while the couple sampled anti-ageing drink Zamu - developed by the late Newton-John and her then husband, John Easterling. Following a visibly unimpressed Sharon's lead, Osbourne drained a glass of the milky brown concoction before being handed 'another shot' by the host. 'This will make you feel good Ozzy,' urged Newton-John as she passed him a second glass. But after adopting a cut-glass middle-England accent and removing his sunglasses to joke that he could 'suddenly see,' the Brummie rocker offered a withering assessment of her new venture. 'What a load of b**locks,' he muttered, promoting audible gasps from Sharon and the studio audience. Fortunately for Newton-John, who passed away in 2022 following a battle with cancer, she failed to hear the quip - despite being sat alongside Osbourne. Earlier that night, the rocker reflected on why it had taken him more tha sixty years to pass his driving test, 'I was too p**sed to drive,' he explained. 'I'd go to the test centre, they'd see me and go "no Mr. Osbourne, come back another day. I'm not even getting in the car with you." 'I was walking round the test centre with a bottle of vodka in my pocket.' Osbourne also shared a series of boozy anecdotes from his colourful past, among them the reason behind a high profile arrest in Memphis at the height of his career. 'I was drinking saki out of a soup bowl,' he explained. 'The next thing I know, I'm waking up and it's pitch black, and there's blue car-lights going past me. I'm going "where are we?" 'So I'm feeling around in the dark and I feel this guy. I want to take a pee so I unzip myself and suddenly this blue light goes 'whooo!' 'This cop goes, "when you've finished shaking that out your ass is going to jail!"' Confirming his death in a statement, his family said on Tuesday night: 'It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. 'He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.' The rocker was able to bid an emotional farewell to his fans on stage this month as he reunited with his original Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward for the first time since 2005. 'You've no idea how I feel - thank you from the bottom of my heart,' Osbourne told the crowd in his final speech. The music legend vowed, however, that it would be his final ever performance due to his health, having opened up about his battle with Parkinson's in 2020.
