Revolution leader: We remain firm in our position, confronting Israeli enemy in any aggression or confrontation
Sana'a - Saba: The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed the continued commitment of the Yemeni people to their steadfast position in confronting the Israeli enemy in any aggression or confrontation. In his speech today addressing the developments of the aggression on Gaza and the regional and international situation, Sayyed Abdul-Malik stated: 'We are steadfast in our position and will continue to confront the Israeli enemy in any aggression or confrontation. We are fully convinced of the justice of our cause, the correctness of our stance, and the necessity of continuing on this path.' He addressed the Israeli threats this week to attack Yemen, stressing: 'The threats and aggressions of the Israeli enemy will never deter us from our position; rather, they increase our determination and resolve.' He pointed out that Israel had previously launched five operations against Yemen, carrying out 107 airstrikes and naval bombardments, which did not affect Yemen's stance but instead strengthened it. Sayyed Abdul-Malik explained that the American efforts to influence Yemen's position during the second escalation failed, despite launching more than 1,700 airstrikes and using stealth bombers and naval attacks. He added: 'The sacrifices we offer for the sake of Allah are a source of pride and honor; they are fruitful and accepted by Allah and have great outcomes.' He emphasized that patience and steadfastness are essential in maintaining the position and achieving divine promise. He continued: 'As a Muslim nation, we must be free, honorable, and dignified—regardless of the sacrifices or challenges we face.' Aggression on Gaza The Leader of the Revolution stated that the Israeli occupation army continues its crimes in Gaza for over 21 months amid a suspicious Arab, Islamic, and international silence. He explained that the Zionist enemy targets shelters, schools, and areas housing displaced people in an intensified manner. He described the enemy's actions as barbaric and criminal to a shocking degree: 'If the Zionists and their American partners were wild beasts or rabid dogs, they would have tired of devouring the flesh of the people in Gaza by now.' He pointed out that the more Israeli forces shed the blood of children and women, the more their appetite grows for inventing new killing methods, revealing their hatred and the criminal nature of the Zionist-Western alliance. He said the West has supported the Zionist entity since its early days as gangs, giving it a functional role of occupation and dominance over the Islamic Ummah, under the broader Zionist scheme that poses a real danger to the region. Sayyed Abdul-Malik confirmed that the savagery of Israel shows how the so-called international institutions are completely ineffective in protecting oppressed peoples. 'For over a century since British occupation, and seven decades of Zionist control, what have these institutions achieved for the oppressed?' He said betting on these institutions is a grave mistake, as many Arab and Islamic governments remain passive, complicit, or even collaborating with the enemy. He stressed that the long-standing and large-scale Zionist crimes expose the truth about the enemy, its supporters, and the failure of global institutions. Crimes Against Humanity Sayyed Abdul-Malik highlighted the brutal way Israeli forces boast of killing women and children. 'One Zionist soldier bragged about killing 600 Palestinians in Gaza, in a shocking display of moral decay,' he said. He noted that despite their brutality, Zionists are cowardly in direct combat and freeze in fear when confronted by resistance fighters in Gaza. He added that Israel is now using contractors, paying them about $1,500 per house to complete the destruction of remaining homes in Gaza, alongside using starvation and death traps to exterminate people. He described these 'death traps' as a joint American-Israeli tactic using humanitarian aid as bait to target and kill civilians during aid collection. Sayyed Abdul-Malik confirmed reports of Israel and the U.S. inserting drugs into flour bags as another horrific crime aimed at harming the Palestinian people. He explained that all hospitals in northern Gaza have been destroyed or completely besieged, and that the U.S. is still supplying Israel with thousands of bombs—including a recent deal for nearly 4,000 guided bomb kits. He stated that the U.S., UK, Germany, and France not only supply Israel with weapons but also trained dogs used in brutal operations. Al-Aqsa and Sacred Sites The Leader of the Revolution addressed the near-daily incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque and open calls by Zionists to demolish it to build the so-called 'Temple.' 'This policy of normalization and repeated provocations is extremely dangerous for Muslims,' he said. He warned that the Zionist plan includes not just Al-Aqsa, but also extends to Mecca and Medina, posing a threat to all Islamic sanctities. He lamented the weak reactions of Arab and Islamic governments, warning that this lack of response emboldens the enemy. West Bank and Regional Expansion Sayyed Abdul-Malik highlighted widespread destruction in the West Bank, especially in refugee camps like Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams, leading to the displacement of over 40,000 Palestinians. He warned that Israel is trying to prevent the return of displaced Palestinians and is rapidly expanding illegal settlements to ensure full control over the West Bank. He noted Israeli violations against Lebanon and Syria as part of broader expansionist plans and praised the Irish government's recent step to ban imports from settlements as a positive, though partial, move. He urged Arab and Islamic governments to adopt full political and economic boycotts of Israel and to work internationally to isolate the Zionist regime. Yemeni Support Front Sayyed Abdul-Malik outlined operations by Yemen's support front, noting that in one week, ten missiles and drones targeted enemy positions in Jaffa, Beersheba, Ashkelon, and Eilat. He confirmed the ongoing and effective blockade of Israeli shipping routes in the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, Gulf of Aden, and Arabian Sea. He warned that if Israel were to achieve its goals in Gaza, it would then move to target other countries. 'Zionist Jews have been chanting death to Arabs since their occupation of Palestine. Their education is rooted in hatred and crime.' Iran as a Model The Leader praised Iran's response to recent Israeli aggression, calling it a model of correct guidance, strength, and deterrence. He said Iran's decision to strike back effectively made Israel stop its aggression, proving the value of military preparedness and unified national support. He noted that Iran is fully prepared to respond even more forcefully if attacked again. Call to Action Sayyed Abdul-Malik called on the Yemeni people to hold mass demonstrations the following day in support of Palestine and to reaffirm their position. He praised last week's New Hijri Year demonstrations as massive and exceptional and emphasized that Yemen's position, both governmentally and popularly, is a model needed by the entire Ummah. He concluded by reaffirming that standing firm in the righteous cause leads to honor, victory, freedom, and dignity, while submission and abandonment lead to ruin. 'We must not accept humiliation or enslavement. Our people will never find peace through submission. Resistance is the only path to dignity and salvation.'
