And he's certainly made his presence felt, making headlines for all the wrong reasons.
SunSport exclusively revealed 'The Notorious' PUNCHED a man in the VIP section of famous nightclub Pacha early on Tuesday morning.
The Irishman hit his fellow clubgoer twice before the punter, who it later was revealed was a pal of O Beach owner Wayne Lineker, was dragged away and kicked out of the plush club.
McGregor, 36, had a much less controversial start to his week on his island getaway.
The UFC's former poster boy partied at Lineker's celeb hotspot O Beach on Monday, setting up shop in the VVIP area.
The Dubliner was seen hanging out with former glamour model Katie Price and Tottenham star Kevin Danso.
McGregor was clearly loving the attention he was getting as he puffed on an expensive-looking cigar.
Ireland's first and only UFC champion enjoyed a big evening out at Ushuaia in Playa d'en Bossa with his Black Forge Inn FC team-mates on Tuesday.

And he had one of the best spots in the house to watch Calvin Harris, who was playing one of his several gigs at the venue this summer, spin the decks in front of thousands of revellers.
The party didn't stop there for Mystic Mac, who made the short walk across the road to live it up at Hi Ibiza.

A few days later, the MMA superstar found himself rubbing shoulders with former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers.
The pair shared a picture of them posing together.
McGregor has been calling a luxury yacht docked in Ibiza Town home for the last few days.
And he was spotted on Friday having a dance with his fiancee and the mother of his four children, Dee Devlin, on the deck as they soaked in the view from the vessel.
Punch shame
The identity of the man punched by McGregor was revealed by Wayne Lineker, brother of ex-Match of the Day host Gary, to be long-time O Beach employee Joe Gomez a few days after the incident.
And Lineker launched a staunch defence of his employee in a since-deleted Instagram post slamming McGregor's antics.
It read: "Thought about this post a lot.
"This is my very close friend who has worked at Ocean for eight years, he has the most special heart and in all of the years that I've known him he has never raised his voice once.
'He took two punches from Conor McGregor in Pacha for absolutely no reason.
'Let me introduce you to Joe Gooomez (sic). He took the punches like a champion.
'I've since deleted my post of Conor at Ocean on Sunday. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
'We at Ocean Beach Ibiza will always put our family first #wearefamily.'

McGregor hasn't set foot inside the UFC cage since breaking his leg in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier in July 2021.
He was set to make his grand comeback last June against long-time rival Michael Chandler but withdrew from the Sin City showdown with a broken left pinky toe.
His future with the UFC has remains a mystery as last November he was found civilly liable of assaulting Nikita Hand at a Dublin Hotel in 2018.
But the former fan favourite is seemingly hellbent on making the walk to the octagon again.

George Russell tops charts in first practice for Austrian Grand Prix

Russell took his first win of the season last time out in Canada and the Mercedes driver raised hope of a second victory in as many races by topping the time charts at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. Russell saw off Max Verstappen by 0.065 seconds, with championship leader Oscar Piastri third. Lando Norris sat out the first running of the weekend as Ireland's Alex Dunne was handed his Formula One debut. 🏁 END OF FP1 🏁 TOP 10Russell 💪VerstappenPiastriDunneGasly BortoletoAlbonSainzHamiltonHadjar #F1 #AustrianGP — Formula 1 (@F1) June 27, 2025 Dunne, 19, finished fourth, less than a tenth shy of Piastri, with Norris due to return to his cockpit for the second session later on Friday. Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton suffered a gearbox problem before ending the one-hour running in ninth, half-a-second adrift. Russell won from pole position in Montreal to take just the fourth win of his career and move to 62 points behind championship leader Piastri. And the Englishman, whose contract with Mercedes expires at the end of the season, looks set to be among the major players again this weekend after setting the early pace. Although Verstappen finished second, his Red Bull team-mate Yuki Tsunoda ran off the track at turn three and finished only 17th of the 20 runners, seven tenths behind. Norris trails Piastri by 22 points in the standings after his collision with his McLaren team-mate in Montreal. Norris watched the opening session from the McLaren pit-wall, with Dunne becoming the first Irishman since Ralph Firman in 2003 to take part in an F1 event. 'A little boy's dream came true,' said McLaren development driver and Formula Two championship leader Dunne over the radio. 'This is the best day of my life.' Norris will be back in action when the day's concluding session gets under way at 17:00 local time (16:00 BST).

Tomos Williams hands Lions huge injury scare as concern heard in commentary box

Tomos Williams hands Lions huge injury scare as concern heard in commentary box The Wales scrum-half pulled up after scoring his second try for the Lions Tomos Williams clutched his left hamstring immediately after scoring (Image: Sky Sports ) Tomos Williams handed the Lions a big scare after the scrum-half pulled up injured in the process of scoring a try against Western Force. The Gloucester star was handed a starting berth by Andy Farrell against the Perth-based side on Saturday after a bright cameo off the bench in Dublin last week. ‌ And Farrell was rewarded in his selection, with Williams scoring two tries for the tourists. ‌ Unfortunately for Williams and Farrell, the Welshman was injured in the process of scoring his second, dotting down in acrobatic fashion after good combination play with Mack Hansen. The Irishman and Williams exchanged passes to put the latter through in the corner - but Williams immediately pulled up in his celebration, clutching his left hamstring. There will be a collective hope that it is nothing more than a slight strain. Article continues below England international Will Greenwood expressed concern in the commentary box, saying: "I'm just hoping Tom Williams is OK. Rob Howley, 1997, right in amongst it, did his shoulder against the Sharks. "And a hamstring.... ooooh.... fingers crossed for him." Sam Warburton added: "Firstly you take no chances, especially with fast and explosive players like Tomos, get him off straight away. ‌ "If he's going to be limping like that, you're looking like he's going to miss next week, the midweek game for certain." He added: "Right call to get Tomos off, take no chances." Williams was replaced by Alex Mitchell just after scoring, which happened in the 49th minute.
