The unexpected high street swimwear brand celebrities like Kendall Jenner and Heidi Klum can't stop wearing - with bikinis under £50
Already worn by the likes of Kendall Jenner, Irina Shayk and Heidi Klum, the Italian brand is widely known for its collection of socks, tights and stockings, but each summer it also delivers a designer-passing swimwear and beachwear collection.
From crochet bikinis to plunging swimsuits, and all the cover-ups you could ever want, including matching linen shirts and shorts, wraparound dresses, ruffled maxi skirts and sarongs – there's an endless selection of holiday looks to wade through.
The reason why so many fashion insiders – myself included – turn to Calzedonia for bikinis isn't just because they're reasonably priced; or because the tops and bottoms are sold as separates, allowing you to mix and match different sizes. It's because most (if not all) of its tops and bottoms come in different styles, offering various levels of support and coverage.
Let's say you're looking for a new black bikini, for example. You could either go for minimal tanlines with a triangle top and tie Brazilian bottoms, or opt for something with a little more coverage, like the lightly-padded balconette top and briefs. Not much of a two-piece wearer these days? There's always the option of a swimsuit.
With a sea of swimwear staples to choose from, I've done the work for you and listed my standout pieces from Calzedonia's summer collection below.

Four fun ways to create a Pride parade look for less
FLY the Pride flag by creating show-stopping outfits for this summer's events. The London parade takes place today, and you can wear your heart — or rainbow — on your sleeve at many regional events. Over-the-top outfits don't need to come with an excessive price tag, though. Here's how to make your own for less. TO DYE FOR: The individuality of tie-dyed clothes is perfect for Pride. Every item you create is unique and special. The colourful clothing can also reflect the different colours of the rainbow flag. A T-shirt is the obvious place to start, but you can also tie-dye socks, trousers and even trainers. Take a look at the 'ideas' tab at FLAG IT UP: Get yourself a specific Pride flag — different movements have their own — or use a giant rainbow flag. You can buy one measuring 9ft by 6ft from for £3.99. You could even make a cross-neck dress by wrapping the flag horizontally across your body, keeping the ends in front of you. The price of designer bags has become obscene so I'm flogging mine & buying dupes - I'll save over NINE GRAND Pull the top ends together, crossing them below your throat, and tie them behind your neck. PAINT-HEARTED: Give your inner artist free rein with a set of inexpensive fabric paints and a white T-shirt. First, wash the top without fabric softener. Once it's dry and ironed, place a piece of cardboard underneath or between the fabric layers to stop the paint bleeding through. Draw freehand or round a printable stencil to get an individual, eye-catching design. Paint rainbow hearts, personal slogans or the colours of the community you want to celebrate. DRESS TO EXCESS: Body glitter, colourful feathers and glittering jewel-coloured fairy lights will all give your outfit the edge. Use mesh, sheer fabrics and rainbow tights to build bold, fun outfits. Add iron-on Pride patches, such as hearts, logos and rainbows. All prices on page correct at time of going to press. Deals and offers subject to availability. 7 Deal of the day 7 FOR simply the vest summer loungewear, this silky Margot red cami set from is down from £30 to just £9. Loose Women reunite child stars of The Sound Of Music ahead of musical's 60th anniversary - but it goes seriously wrong
Loose Women reunited the child stars of The Sound Of Music as it celebrates its 60th anniversary - but the segment was plagued with issues on Friday. Friday's episode of the ITV daytime show saw Kaye Adams anchor the panel, which was made up of Olivia Attwood, Jane Moore and Oti Mabuse. During the show they marked the 60th anniversary of The Sound Of Music and were joined by four of the iconic child stars. Kaye, 62, welcomed Angela Cartwright, Kym Karath, Debbie Turner and Duane Chase who tuned in via video link from Italy. However, as the panelists enjoyed the nostalgic trip down memory lane, sound issues plagued the broadcast. Throughout the interview viewers at home could hear static and muffling from the audio, before it dipped at times. Kaye addressed the problems, telling fans: 'Can we just apologise to viewers there's a slight sound issue there but I think we'll persevere with it.' Fans took to social media to give out about the issue, as one wrote: 'The hills are alive with the sound of static.' A second penned: 'This is painful.' During the chat, the Loose ladies asked the child stars how long it really took to film the iconic scene in the Swiss Alps with Julie Andrews. Angela, 72, replied: 'That particular one, I think we were there for two days, but the whole sequence took weeks to film because we were all over Austria for different locations. 'Our director had storybook to everything, so he knew exactly where we were going to be at what time.' Meanwhile, during an appearance on This Morning earlier this year, fans were stunned at how incredible Debbie looked. Posting on X, formerly Twitter, one viewer said: 'They haven't aged at all...' 'Time has certainly been kind to them,' another echoed. While a third said: 'Looking amazing, ladies!' Others couldn't help but praise The Sound Of Music. Another said: 'Repping my favourite Human today in my new tshirt. Queen Dame Julie Andrews Also love the fact This Morning were just discussing The Sound Of Music !!' 'The Sound Of Music was a good film,' a third chimed in. A fourth added: 'Good film The Sound Of Music.' While a fifth said on YouTube: 'Thank you for this. Great interview. I'm now 66 & saw the film when it first came out & am still a huge fan.' Another added: 'My favourite film of all time. I'm 38. Julie Andrews is mine and my mammies favourite woman! Never gets old.'

Kylie Jenner tries to cover her chest in white thong bikini during dip in the ocean on St. Tropez getaway with Kendall
KYLIE Jenner was seen trying to cover her chest while taking a dip in the ocean during a getaway to Saint-Tropez with Kendall. Beauty mogul Kylie, 27, wore a white thong bikini and was pictured adjusting her white thong bikini as she emerged from the water. 9 The moment came after the sisters spent the afternoon at Loulou Beach Club on Pampelonne Beach, where they had lunch with friends. Later, the Jenners were seen jumping fully clothed into the sea before changing into swimwear for a proper swim. The pair are currently holidaying in the South of France and have been photographed enjoying the sunshine and taking part in beachside activities. The Hulu star's busty display comes after she revealed her plastic surgery secrets - including doctor details and breast implant size. Kylie made the admission in response to influencer Rachel Leary, who had praised her chest as 'the most perfect, natural boob job ever' and begged for specifics. Rachel had uploaded a video on Monday asking Kylie to share what she 'asked for' when getting her breasts done. She captioned it: 'Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.' To the surprise of many, the beauty mogul replied directly to the clip, writing: '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.' The TikTok exchange comes two years after Kylie first confirmed she had undergone a secret breast augmentation at 19 - something she denied for years. Rachel was stunned by the response, replying: 'KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU!!!!' Fans quickly flooded the comments with praise for the star. Jenner's surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, is a well-known celebrity doctor and is a longtime favourite of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. He performed Kris Jenner's facelift on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, gave Kourtney Kardashian her boob job, and even carried out a revision facelift for Caitlyn Jenner pre-transition. He also removed a tumour from Khloe Kardashian's face and helped Real Housewives star Lisa Rinna revise her silicone lip fillers. Kylie first confirmed her surgery in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, revealing she had the procedure done before giving birth to daughter Stormi, now seven. She told Stassie Karanikolaou: "I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi – not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing.' She admitted she regretted the decision, adding: 'I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous… and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with 9 9 9 9 9 9 9
