And ahead of her big day with Rory McPhee, Mel was seen rocking leopard print - a trademark look for the star.
Mel was surrounded by a group of people and seen chatting away on the phone donning casual attire.
Scary Spice opted for a white top and sliders, and donned large sunglasses and a cap as she chatted outside her luxury London hotel.
Her appearance comes after it was revealed that 51-year-old Victoria Beckham won't be attending the nuptials.
But making sure that Mel feels the love, she shared an Instagram tribute post ahead of her big day with Rory.
Posh Spice took to her Instagram stories to share a stunning snap of her and her bandmate looking all glammed up.
She added the sweet caption: "Sending love to you @officialmelb!
"@rorymcphee is a very lucky man! xx."
Victoria, as well as fellow bandmate Geri, won't be at the ceremony.

The MailOnline originally told how Victoria would be out of the country and therefore would not be present to watch Mel walk down the aisle.
A source said: "Victoria has long standing plans out of the country and she simply can't be there.
"She adores Mel, they get on really well despite their paths going in opposite directions. It's a real shame.
"There is no issue between them, they haven't fallen out. It's just one of those things."
Meanwhile Geri is said to be absent because of her tense relationship with Mel.
The two women had a pretty big falling out when Mel B revealed that she had an intimate relationship with Geri when the band was starting out.
Mel made the confession while she was being interviewed for Piers Morgan 's Life Stories in 2019.
Geri was stunned and upset by Mel's admission, and even more saddened when Mel allegedly did not issue an apology.

But the project actually has its roots far away from the flurry of the white isle: many of the songs were made from a kitchen table in a Greater London suburb where the duo are based. Made up of wife and husband Naomi Pieris and Ronan MT (ddwy means 'two' in Welsh), the project was born in 2020 from Covid-era home experiments. Their tracks conserve that intimacy: layered around guitars, percussion and washes of synths, Pieris's vocals are soft and half-murmured, while field recordings are drawn from visits to her native Sri Lanka and voicemails from relatives. Some of their material has an almost ambient quality – spacious, drumless – but other parts adopt more of a club sensibility, drawing on progressive and deep house. In the years since those early lockdown jams, the pair have gone on to release a small handful of records which they perform live at clubs and beachside festivals across Europe, as well as dimly lit DIY venues closer to home. On their new EP Beaming Backwards, ddwy continue to explore these (interlocking, rather than clashing) sides. Alongside the pulsing late-night rollers (Beaming Backwards, Peak Smile), there's a blissed-out downtempo moment (Stars, Stars), and a gorgeous take on a Sri Lankan lullaby, complete with piano and strings (Heuldro'r Haf – Welsh for 'summer solstice'). It's the perfect soundtrack for this time of year, when the days are still long and the nights are still warm: sweet, but a bit melancholy too. ED Sheeran marked one of his "favourite moments ever on stage" as he teamed up with his old band and a top Noughties fan-favourite. BLACK Sabbath fans were shocked as an A-list actor joined them in the mosh pit as Ozzy Osbourne performed for the final time. The legendary rocker reunited with his band mates at Villa Park in Birmingham on Saturday night, sitting on a bat throne for the historic gig. 4 4 4 Called Back To The Beginning, it is frontman and rock veteran Ozzy's last time performing on stage amid his worsening diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. A number of other legendary bands were on the bill, including Metallic and Slayer, but there was also some serious star power in the crowd. Fans in the mosh pit at the front of the stadium got a surprise when Aquaman and Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa hopped the barrier and joined them. A video from one audience member saw the 45-year-old actor near the stage during Pantera's set before heading into the crowd and start to make his way back through the mosh pit. As the fans realised who it was, he was soon surrounded and fist bumping everyone, before the throng started to jump around him. The camera then panned back to the stage before returning to the pit, with crowd going around in circles, making it difficult to see if Jason had made it out in one piece or not. Another fan captured the moment Jason was seen on the big screen jumping around among the crowd. They captioned it: "Jason Mamoa a real metalhead! Walked into the center of the pit to mosh with the crowd." Ozzy, 76, has vowed it will be his final performance due to his deteriorating health. He went public with his Parkinson's diagnosis in 2020. Back To The Beginning has also featured a mega line-up of fellow rock stars, performing their own sets and as a super-group, and all the profits made will be going to charity.
