The streaming giant has over 700 million users worldwide, meaning that over eight per cent of the planet's population will be able to watch space launches for free.
Netflix hiked the cost of its subscription in April in a bid to raise revenue.
Those with a standard membership saw their bills rise to £12.99 a month, while premium members now pay £18.99.
The standard version with adverts also saw an increase in its cost by £1 to £5.99.
Cost-saving experts warned that you could save up to £95.88 a year by ditching your Netflix plan and choosing a TV package which includes it.

First-ever exoplanet uncovered
The streaming service's partnership with NASA comes after scientists made a major space discovery.
The James Webb Space Telescope uncovered its first-ever exoplanet - a world hidden by the glare of its nearest star.
Named TWA 7 b, the mysterious world is hidden in the disks of debris surrounding the huge star.
It is roughly equivalent to the size of Saturn.
After the incredible discovery was made, Dr Caroline Harper, head of space science at the UK Space Agency, said: 'This discovery represents a significant breakthrough in our understanding of exoplanets.
"Direct imaging of these distant worlds is extraordinarily challenging as they're typically overwhelmed by the brilliant light of their host stars.
"While JWST has been studying known exoplanets since its commissioning, this marks the first time it has detected an entirely new planet."

A giant glowing X and V will appear on the Moon's surface tonight
Two unusual formations will be visible on the Moon on Wednesday night, with a giant X and V appearing on the lunar surface. The rare celestial event will be observable for around four hours as the Moon approaches its first quarter moon phase, with both letters forming from sunlight hitting crater's on the Moon's surface at just the right angle. The lunar V appears when light illuminates the Ukert crater, while the lunar X is formed from the Bianchini, La Caille and Purbach craters. The lunar X and lunar V will only be observable through a telescope or binoculars pointed at the Moon's terminator – the line separating its light and dark side. This line is typically the most interesting part of the Moon for amateur astronomers to observe, as the shadows help to emphasize the topography. 'The lunar surface appears different nearer the terminator because there the Sun is nearer the horizon and therefore causes shadows to become increasingly long,' Nasa's website explains. 'These shadows make it easier for us to discern structure, giving us depth cues so that the two-dimensional image, when dominated by shadows, appears almost three-dimensional. 'Therefore, as the Moon fades from light to dark, shadows not only tell us the high from the low, but become noticeable for increasingly shorter structures. For example, many craters appear near the terminator because their height makes them easier to discern there.' The lunar X and lunar V phenomenon will appear from 4:41am on 3 July (11:41pm EDT on 2 July). The skies over the British Isles are expected to be mostly clear at this time, according to the latest weather forecast from the Met Office, though parts of Wales and the west coast of Ireland will be obscured by cloud. 'The Werner X does not leap out all at once but gradually appears over an interval of two hours and 20 minutes as the Sun rises on the spot,' astronomer David Chapman noted in a paper on the subject. 'Watching this is either excruciatingly slow (if you are in a hurry) or exceedingly quick (if you are attempting to sketch the scene). Remember, the Sun rises about 30 times slower on the Moon.'

Taylor Swift fans think they know title of her next album due to 'Easter eggs'
It's been 14 months since Taylor Swift released her double album, The Tortured Poets Department - and now fans believe they've spotted clues as to the title of it's follow-up record It's been more than a year since Taylor Swift released any new music - her most recent album, The Tortured Poets Department wowed fans in April 2024 as The Eras Tour reached Europe. Since then, the American superstar has put her relationships with Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy behind her, and found love with American football star, Travis Kelce. Fans had hoped the romance would quickly inspire the 35-year old to pen new material, particularly as Tortured Poets Department came so soon on the back of her previous record, Midnights. However, nothing has been forthcoming since Taylor embarked on a well earned break after performing a staggering 152 dates around the world. Now, however, fans believe they have spotted a number of " Easter eggs", which point to the name of her 12th album and its imminent release. Taking to TikTok, super fan Britton Rae said she's "calling it now" as she suggested the Shake It Off singer's album will be titled 'Postcards' and be released in August. "We all know Taylor Swift's website had a bit of a rebrand - the font is new, the colour of the site is new with blue and white, and she came out with a summer collection," Britton began in a video. Britton elaborated on her theory: "With this collection, if you bought anything you could get these postcards - two are in black and white one is in colour. Tortured Poets Department was a very black and white aesthetic album, and the only music video we got from it was in black and white - and perhaps these two photos relate to it being a double album." Britton went on to ponder that perhaps the colour image signifies the impending "new era - leaving the black and white behind and stepping into a new era of colour into the daylight". She also highlighted the new font on the back of the postcard, whilst a QR code takes you to the Bad Blood singer's website, which states 'Discover more'. "It could be saying discover more merch, but perhaps it's literally saying 'more' is coming," Britton said, before telling viewers she'd seen a Reddit discussion in which it had been proposed that 'Postcards' would be a collection of memories she had made on tour. "Just think about what this could be mean - each postcard could be a letter to her fans back home and all of her listeners," Britton added. "It makes perfect sense to me because there is some level of continuity that Taylor Swift maintains throughout all her eras. "We can think of so many songs where she has said something along the lines of writing letters - it's common for her to refer to her songs as letters. She's done it before, so what if she's going to lean into that for an entire era?" As an example, Britton referred to the fact that the last song on Midnights is Hits Different, which ends with the lyrics, 'Have they come to take me away?' - with follow-up, Tortured Poets Department beginning with Fortnight's, 'I was supposed to be sent away/ But they forgot to come and get me'. "Fortnight was the first single featuring who? Post Malone," Britton said. "Post. And in The Manuscript, in the very last verse it says, 'The only thing that's left is the manuscript/One last souvenir from my trip to your shores' - and what is a common souvenir? Postcards!" Britton closed: "There's just too many Easter eggs that are making this make a lot of sense to me." Another fan agreed in response: "THIS is an easter egg that makes sense, not the other ones that involve complicate and nonsense maths." A second pondered: "What if Postcards is the live recordings of the acoustic surprise songs?" A third praised: "This is a beautiful theory." And a fourth concurred: "I think this is the best theory I've heard from anyone."

Prime Video adds sci-fi thriller that's odd mix of Inception and Fight Club
Prime Video adds sci-fi thriller that's odd mix of Inception and Fight Club Some fans have been left stunned by the Ben Affleck film Hypnotic trailer Prime Video's latest addition is an 'preposterous' action thriller that has left some viewers astounded with its 'mind blowing' conclusion. The film, titled Hypnotic, is now accessible for streaming on the retailer's service, and it's crucial not to confuse it with a different movie of the same name that's exclusively available on Netflix; they're entirely separate works. Distinctive on Amazon's premier subscription platform is the version starring Ben Affleck in the central role. In this thrills-packed narrative, Affleck embodies Detective Danny Rourke, a man on a relentless search for his vanished daughter. As Rourke delves into a sequence of reality-altering crimes, he embarks on a descent down a metaphorical rabbit hole. Teaming up with Diana Cruz, a supremely talented psychic, he faces both the hunt and the haunting by a deadly phantom – the singular individual he surmises to hold the clue to locating his child. The film is described as an unusual mix of Inception and Fight Club (Image: Ketchup Entertainment ) The cinematic piece has garnered comparisons to a bare-bones version of Inception by fans and critics alike, with noted movie reviewer Mark Kermode proclaiming it 'preposterous' from beginning to end, reports Surrey Live. Article continues below Another retrospective opinion on the 2023 flick reads quite differently: "(The film) channels the energy of Inception, Tenet, even Now You See Me to some extent. It's far from Affleck's highest-rated movie, that's for sure, but it's brilliantly trippy and I thought it was a good dash of fun." The film has found some supporters among viewers, with one arguing that it showcases an original concept with a unique delivery style, drawing comparisons to films like Inception and Fight Club. They commented: "The idea was somewhat original, especially in its delivery. It's similar to Inception with twists like Fight Club. This film was entertaining, it holds your attention, although some people will guess the plot twist from the beginning but it keeps you guessing." They wrote: "Hypnotic is a gripping thriller with a mind blowing climax. I was pleasantly surprised. From the very first scene, the film grabbed my attention and refused to let go. Affleck delivers a compelling performance, effectively conveying a range of emotions that resonated with me. The antagonist, despite limited screen time, makes a significant impact, leaving a lasting impression." This viewer further commended the climax, saying: "The true highlight of the film, however, is the climax. The final 20 minutes are filled with twists and turns that completely blew my mind. I was left eagerly anticipating a potential sequel. Hypnotic is a thrilling ride that I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys suspenseful cinema." Many fans praise the film's ending (Image: Ketchup Entertainment ) Article continues below Additionally, another viewer expressed their surprise at how much they enjoyed the film, stating: "I expected this to be mediocre because I didn't hear much about it when it was released. I decided to watch it because I think Ben Affleck is probably an underrated actor. "At the end of the day it was a good thriller. It held my attention. It is suspenseful and very good acting, and the female lead , Alice Braga is also an excellent actress. I would recommend this film to anybody. Surpassed my expectations." Hypnotic is streaming on Prime Video.
