Devastated rocker reveals horrifying robbery as he appeals to fans for help

BRIT music star James Bay has been left devastated after two of his vintage guitars were stolen from his car. The singer-songwriter, 34, appealed to fans for help finding the 1960s Silvertone sunburst acoustic and cherry red, double P90 1969 Epiphone Al Caiola, which were taken on July 1. 5 James Bay is appealing for help after two of his guitars were stolen Credit: Getty 5 The instruments were taken from his car in North London Credit: Instagram He wrote on Instagram: "Hey everyone, this is my first experience of this (lucky to have avoided it until now). Tuesday 1st July, I had 2 guitars stolen from my car in North London. "These are two vintage instruments of great sentimental value. "If you see them or hear of them anywhere, please message me or email info@ as I'd really love to get them back. "Please ask any guitar players/collectors you know, or local or online stores. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x." READ MORE ON JAMES BAY He then shared pictures of both instruments in the hope it will lead to their return. Bay, who lives in North London, is best known for his breakout hit Hold Back The River. He's won two Brit Awards, an Ivor Novello and been nominated for three Grammys. Most read in Celebrity The latter came to be through a mutual friend, and Bay found himself hanging out at a ski lodge in Utah that the band had turned into a studio. He told us: "It had this double height hallway where they put drums in that sort of James Bay is joined by The Killers' Brandon Flowers on single Easy Distraction 'When I first played the track, some people would say, 'I can hear a bit of Killers in it' meaning they hear Brandon's writing input. 'But as much as I wanted it to sound 'Killersy', because I'm a fan, I'm proud to say that the germ of the idea that started that song is the verse and melody that I took in. That was my homework. I took it in, and I said, 'What do you think of this?' 'And Brandon had a listen and went, 'Oh, yeah, let's give that a go. Let's see if we can put some lyrics to it.' And he jumps up on a microphone and gets his phone out and jotted down all his lyric ideas. It was very prolific and unbelievable.' Meanwhile, Kahan, who shares the same A&R person as Bay, hasn't forgotten days spent supporting the Let It Go star earlier in his career. Now a huge arena and stadium filling artist, he invited Bay out on his Stick Season tour last year including a date at Fenway Park (Boston's baseball stadium) . 5 He shared a picture of his vintage acoustic Credit: Instagram 5 He's trying to track down this 1969 Epiphone model Credit: Instagram 5 Bay has won two Brit Awards in his career to date Credit: Getty Images - Getty

My holiday home was trashed when gender reveal party for 8 ‘went viral' & 200 guests turned up… it was out of control

AN Airbnb host was left fuming after a gender reveal party went viral and his holiday home ending up being trashed. Residents of Falcon Close said crowds of youngsters gathered on the street, and it took officers in Tactical Aid Unit vans around two hours to clear them out. One shocking image showed the scale of the gathering, amid speculation that word of the party spread on social media. More than 150 people had filled the street and parked over locals' driveways with "minibus after minibus" arriving every 15 minutes. Read More in UK News Now, Airbnb host Matt Genesis has claimed that he was tricked after agreeing to rent his home out to a group of eight people who booked it via Instagram for a gender reveal. But the rental turned into a 'Project X' style disaster with hundreds of party-goers flooding to the venue causing chaos and £2,000 worth of damage. The 33-year-old was alerted to the chaos at his £635,000 home by frightened neighbours on June 25. Mr Genesis said: "Whilst we were there, minibus after minibus was turning up - I'd say one every 15 minutes, a minibus full of six to eight people walking in. Most read in The Sun "It was out of control - police turned up. We called them, obviously neighbours had called them. It was out of our control. "Even the guy who booked it, it was out of his control on his behalf - he said he didn't expect anywhere near the amount of people, but it's been passed around group and groups." My gender reveal was totally ruined by the Card Factory - I found out it the worst way ever we were having a boy and left disappointed He said the operation had been "calculated" - with guests disabling the home's security systems. Mr Genesis tried to log-in into the property's external security cameras only to discover they had been disconnected at the £450 a night rental. He added: "It was very much "Project X".' The disaster caused thousands of pounds worth of damage, with furniture broken and lamps seen smashed on the floor. The property, which previously underwent a £200,000 renovation and includes a hot tub and pool tables, took three staff 12 hours to clean following the party. But despite the major damage, Mr Genesis says that the only money received in return is the £450 per night charge, plus a £250 damage deposit. "It hit us - we seem like the bad guys, but at the same time it did ultimately hit us as well in the pocket." Neighbours peering through their windows at the time were stunned to see the commotion. Locals in the quiet village described an "out of control" night. "They looked in their 20s to me," one resident of Falcon Close said previously. He added: "It was their presence that became quite threatening really. "It was absolute mayhem." "It was very, very scary when I looked out of the window last night," another local said the morning after the chaos. 8 Police arrived and shut down the chaotic affair Credit: SWNS 8 A pool table was left with damage after the chaotic party Credit: SWNS
