Mindgard's chief marketing officer and AI security advocate Fergal Glynn shared that he has worked with many successful professionals who use LinkedIn Learning's AI tutorials. He added, 'They're perfect for upskilling in AI through structured, beginner-to-advanced courses.'
Glynn pointed out that these courses include tutorials on topics like automating reports or analyzing data, and tips on how AI can be used in actual work environments. If you want to make more money in your current role, you'll want to start by learning about the basics of AI, and then look into specific courses that apply to your field.
'The process of learning AI for business revenue generation requires dual attention to practical experience alongside membership in thriving AI communities,' remarked Tito. He noted that he has learned from forums, Slack groups and virtual meetups.
Glynn elaborated that you can enhance your AI skills by joining AI-focused Reddit communities or LinkedIn groups because members of such communities often share free resources and income-generating tips. Since AI-powered tools are rapidly evolving, you'll want to be around others who have embraced them so that you can stay ahead of the curve.
You can directly prompt a chatbot to explain how to make money with AI. If you want to get better at using AI-based tools, the best place to start is with chatbots so you can see how easy it can be to get the help you want.
Here are a few prompts worth testing out on ChatGPT to learn about making more money at your day job and outside of it:
I work as a [insert job]. How can I use AI to make my job easier?
I work as a [insert job]. How are people in my field using AI to make extra money?
What are different ways to make money with a side hustle with [insert your skill]?
Analyze the best ways to monetize [insert your skillset] based on current market trends.
I need help streamlining [insert specific tasks] to become more productive at my job.
What are popular AI-powered tools for [insert your job title/role]?
Once you play around with a platform like ChatGPT, you'll discover that using AI to make your job easier or to simplify tasks is much more accessible than you realized. You can try different prompts based on your job and what you want to improve.
The experts noted that there's no substitution for real-world applications since AI-powered tools are rapidly changing. While education helps, you'll want to start experimenting with the various platforms to see if you can operate them independently. Here are a few suggestions for doing so:
Use AI-powered chatbots to speed up content creation or research on a topic.
See if AI can improve a task for you and make your job easier. For example, test Grammarly to see if it can improve your writing, emails and overall communication.
Try out Tidio AI to outsource customer service if this is part of your job.
Use OpusClip to make viral videos from one of your clips.
Glynn believes Canva is the best platform to use AI-powered tools directly because you can make sellable graphics. You can also use Jasper.ai for free templates for writing projects. The goal is to experiment with popular AI tools to see how you can make money based on your skillset and current industry. The tools that you test out will depend on the type of work you do. If you're ever feeling stuck, you can prompt a chatbot to provide a list of tools you should try.

Circus SE publishes 2024 Annual Report marking the completion of the R&D phase
MUNICH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Circus SE (XETRA: CA1) today published its audited financial results for fiscal year 2024, reflecting a highly successful year in the industrialization of the CA-1 robot. The company expects a positive outlook as it transitions from research and development (R&D) to the launch of initial commercial deployments of its patented technology in the current fiscal year. The year 2024 marked the successful completion of the multi-year research and development phase. Key milestones included the industrialization of the AI-powered robotics system CA-1 and the initiation of a scalable serial production in collaboration with global manufacturing partner Celestica. The industrialization of the company's core commercial product, CA-1, has been successfully completed. Several units of the patented CA-1 are already in production, with deliveries scheduled to begin as planned in fall 2025. This makes Circus SE the first company worldwide capable of delivering AI-powered robotics for food production at an industrial scale globally. The transformation from manual manufacturing to industrial-scale serial production forms the foundation for Circus SE's future growth. With Celestica, the company has secured a global manufacturing partner operating over 40 sites in 16 countries. The initial production facility alone is capable of producing up to 6,000 CA-1 units annually. In addition to manufacturing, the partner also manages the global supply chain as well as the service and maintenance of the robotics systems. This industrial infrastructure enables Circus SE to meet the growth demands of its already secured enterprise clients – each with a projected need ranging from several hundred to thousands of units. In addition, a second product line was developed and successfully introduced during the 2024 R&D phase: the CA-M, the world's first autonomous, robot-assisted provisioning system for military and security-critical applications. Just weeks after its official launch, full accreditation as a supplier for U.S. government agencies and the Department of Defense was obtained in June 2025. As forecasted, no revenue was generated from the novel technology during the 2024 fiscal year, which was still part of the R&D phase. The EBITDA stands at EUR -11,915 thousand, in line with the previous year's guidance. The majority of funds were allocated to technology development for the CA-1 and the new CA-M for the defense sector, as well as to building out manufacturing capabilities and preparing for production—laying essential foundations for the upcoming commercialization phase. For the 2025 fiscal year, Circus SE expects initial revenues in at least the single-digit million euro range from renowned clients, including those in the prioritized go-to-market segments of mobility and retail—among them REWE, Tamoil (HEM), and the Mangal Group. Deliveries of the CA-1 are scheduled to begin in autumn 2025, with recurring software revenues expected from the fourth quarter 2025 onwards. Revenues from the newly established defense division are anticipated earlier than originally planned, already within the current financial year. The company expects to provide a forecast in conjunction with the delivery of the world's first CA-1 AI robotics units from serial production. About Circus SE Circus SE (XETRA: CA1) is a global AI and robotics company developing autonomous systems for food supply in both civilian and defense sectors. Its flagship robot, the patented CA-1, is the world's first fully autonomous food production robot, now in serial production. Powered by proprietary embodied AI, Circus delivers industrial-scale, high-reliability meal output with minimal human input. Headquartered in Munich, the company is building the global infrastructure for autonomous food supply — on a mission to fuel humanity.

NCSC and AAA® Launch AI-Enhanced Court Diversion Platform
NEW YORK, June 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) and the American Arbitration Association® (AAA), the global leader in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), today announced the launch of the Court Diversion Eligibility Screener, a new AI-enhanced platform designed to help support civil caseload diversion in court systems. The initiative, which is being piloted in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, helps courts preserve judicial resources, improve efficiency, and expand access to justice. The Court Diversion Eligibility Screener applies AI to help streamline the administration and management of civil cases. Developed by the AAA, and backed by the AAA's deep expertise and understanding of case management, AI-driven technology, and ADR, the tool enables courts to evaluate, manage, and resolve eligible cases more effectively by automating preliminary case assessments. 'AI gives us an opportunity to rethink and reimagine how we deliver justice through ADR,' said Bridget McCormack, president and CEO of the AAA. 'We're proud to partner with the NCSC to expand access, reduce delays, and improve outcomes for everyone involved. Developing this case management software with AI capabilities—such as automating case file review and providing preliminary eligibility analysis for diversion—demonstrates how thoughtfully applied technology can make a real difference. This work, supported by the AAA-ICDR Institute™, allows us to advance court-connected ADR and help courts manage resources to achieve just outcomes.' Beth Clement, president of NCSC, added, 'This collaboration has helped prove that, with sound business processes in place, AI can serve as a force multiplier for court diversion programs by making the underlying systems more efficient and agile. The team at NCSC is excited to extend lessons from this project across the state court community. We believe those lessons can be applied and integrated across a variety of types of cases, not just in consumer debt.' The AAA-ICDR Institute, the AAA's thought leadership and research arm, is supporting the collaboration to enhance fairness and efficiency in court-connected ADR. This work aligns with the Institute's focus on access to justice, court-connected ADR, and AI in dispute resolution. By convening legal, academic, court, and tech stakeholders, the Institute promotes scalable strategies that expand the reach of ADR and access to fair and efficient dispute resolution. The launch of the Court Diversion Eligibility Screener aligns with Resolution 3-2024, passed by the Conference of Chief Justices and the Conference of State Court Administrators in 2024, which defined and encouraged the adoption of policies to support and implement thoughtful civil diversion programs. According to NCSC, these systems are likely to be most successful in jurisdictions where court-based civil diversion programs are already in place (or are ready to be launched) and where sound case flow management practices exist and are ready to be automated. With staff support and oversight, successful diversion programs can be optimized to divert cases more efficiently while reducing the burden on court staff and improve the litigant experience. For more information on the Lancaster County pilot, visit the AAA-ICDR Institute Case Study.
