NFL quarterback Zach Wilson and his partner Nicolette tied the knot on Saturday in a classy Manhattan wedding. Wilson, now a member of the Dolphins, began his career in New York as he spent his first three seasons with the Jets. And the 25-year-old returned to the Big Apple this weekend as he and Nicolette (formerly Dellanno) wed at St. Patrick's Cathedral. In an Instagram story posted by Kennedy Stidham, the wife of Wilson's former Broncos teammate Jarrett Stidham, the couple looked to be in good spirits as they walked out of the church and raised their arms in the air. The newlyweds could later be seen sharing a first dance and cutting their wedding cake in front of their guests. Wilson wore a classic black tux for the occasion, while Nicolette kept things similarly traditional with a flowy white wedding dress. The couple, who met in 2022, looked overjoyed as they cut their cake during their party She later wrote on her Instagram story that it had been the 'best night ever,' with the couple celebrating their nuptials at the fancy Rainbow Room following their ceremony. The couple, who have been linked since 2022, announced their engagement last June after Wilson popped the question in Italy. Nicolette later gushed about her beau as she posted about the milestone and showed off her new ring. 'I'm so in love with you and can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together i love you.' Dellanno, a native of New Jersey, met Wilson while he was playing for the Jets. Wilson spent his 2024 NFL season as a backup for the Denver Broncos, but did not see the field Wilson and Dellanno traveled to Hawaii for their friends' wedding earlier this year The team replaced him with Aaron Rodgers after two difficult seasons at the helm, but Wilson was thrust into action once again during the 2023 season after Rodgers injured his Achilles in his debut for the team. Wilson was traded to the Broncos the following year, and he did not see the field in Denver as he served as the third-string quarterback behind Bo Nix and Stidham. Wilson then signed a one-year, $6million deal with Miami that could rise to $10million with incentives, according to multiple reports. He is expected to back up Tua Tagovailoa on the Dolphins.

Charlize Theron torches celebs attending Bezos-Sánchez wedding with shocking insult during charity speech
Charlize Theron eviscerated Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez 's wedding guest list at her charity event Block Party on Saturday night. The lavish nuptials boasted A-listers in entertainment and sports, from Tom Brady, the Kardashians, Ivanka Trump, Oprah Winfrey and more attending the Venice, Italy soiree. However, the three-day affair has also attracted criticism, with many in Venice unhappy the couple chose to hold their wedding in town, sparking protests in the city. Theron, 49, weighed in on the attendees as she hit the stage at her event, which benefits her non-profit Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project. 'I think we might be the only people who did not get an invite to the Bezos wedding. But that's OK because they suck and we're cool,' she deadpanned, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The comment was likely a joke, but Theron continued expressing her outrage over politics and the 'backwards' handling of various issues. The Monster actress thanked everyone for 'taking the time to be a part of this, especially when the world feels like it's burning because it is. Here in Los Angeles, in the U.S. and across the globe, we're moving backwards fast. 'Immigration policy has destroyed the lives of families, not criminals; women's rights are becoming less and less every day; queer and trans lives are increasingly being erased; and gender-based violence is on the rise. This isn't just policy, it's personal,' she said, before adding, 'Yeah, f**k them.' Created in 2007 by Theron, CTAOP 'invests in and advances the health and safety of young people in Southern Africa to create a more equitable future for all,' according to their website. Theron herself has a personal connection to the issue of immigration - she originally hails from South Africa and came to the United States, however was deported at age 19 after she overstayed her work visa, according to THR. Ultimately, she was granted permission to return and in 2007 became a U.S. citizen. 'I got deported when I was 19 for producing and financing a documentary on Cuba,' she told OK! in 2008. 'You don't want to keep pushing your luck. I only became an American citizen last year,' she added. She told Vogue of becoming a U.S. citizen back in a 2007 interview: 'After the last two elections I kind of went, You know what? If this is where I'm going to live, I want to be able to vote. 'I don't want to just talk a good game. I want to be able to be involved without having some horrible fear that I'm going to get kicked out.' Theron brought her mother and numerous friends along as she became a naturalized citizen in a day-long event in downtown Los Angeles. 'My mom got really emotional,' Theron continued. 'She was like: "We're Americans!" You know, you stand up and you take your oath and you get a piece of paper personally written from President Bush, welcoming you to America. 'But it's weird. There's something in my blood that will always be South African. Even if I wanted to, I don't think I could ever lose that.' Described as the 'wedding of a century,' Bezos and Sanchez exchanged vows in front of nearly 200 VIPs on San Giorgio Maggiore island in Venice, Italy, on Friday. Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kylie Jenner, Usher, Khloe Kardashian and new bachelor Orlando Bloom were among those who were present to see Bezos and Sanchez exchange vows. But the couple's arrival in Venice was far from smooth sailing, with the duo plagued by protesters who were furious the needs of local residents were allegedly being sidelined to make way for wealthy tourists. Bezos is worth around $224.6 billion and is thought to have spent tens of millions on his wedding. 'If you can rent Venice for your wedding, you can pay more tax,' one gigantic banner read in St. Mark's Square. Greenpeace and the UK-based collective Everyone Hates Elon joined protests in Venice attempting to disrupt, or even prevent, the planned wedding celebrations of Amazon founder Bezos. 'Jeff Bezos is the second-richest man in the world yet is reported to pay a 1.1 percent true tax rate,' the two groups previously said in a joint statement. 'The multi-million-dollar wedding is reportedly happening over three days, with the wedding ring alone worth as much as $5million.' A spokesperson from Everyone Hates Elon previously said: 'As governments talk about hard choices and struggle to fund public services, Jeff Bezos can afford to shut down half a city for days on end just to get married.' Venice mayor Luigi Brugnaro and regional governor Luca Zaia have spoken out in favor of the nuptials, which have been dubbed, 'the wedding of the century,' pointing out that the celebrations are expected to bring $23-34million to local businesses.
