Your Weekly Work Horoscope for The Week of July 07, 2025
Expect to be on the phone all day long on Monday. And when you're not on the phone, expect to be writing emails. You are the center of all communications at the beginning of the week. You are the hub. Tuesday and Wednesday, that kind of expressive openness is going to be required of you in the family realm, too. Midweek is frankly going to be a drag, but Thursday you'll be able to focus on work again. Friday is going to be a terrific, challenging, electrifying day. As much as it would be good to take the weekend off, you'll probably wake up Sunday morning thinking about work. What else?
Someone might slap a contract down on your desk on Monday and ask you to have a look at it, but you're in no state for fine print. You're having a hard enough time paying attention to the basics at the beginning of the week. You'll be calmer and keener on Tuesday. Someone's going to respond really well to something you say to them on Wednesday, and it will make you realize how much your opinions matter around the office. Don't let a power struggle late in the week strike you as anything other than a minor annoyance. Whatever you do, don't let it ruin your stellar weekend.
You're shaking so many hands on Monday your wrists are getting tired. Follow-through is not going to be your strong suit at the beginning of the week, but that's because you're only in the early stages of this project. You're still meeting all the players. Tuesday and Wednesday are great days for drawing up lists and making concrete plans, and Thursday you might need to draw on the advice of a financial expert. The workweek will end on a casual note Friday, but somewhere deep in your head you're going to keep working all weekend.
The weirder the idea the better. It's true at the beginning of the week, and it's true at the end of the week. Things could use some shaking up, and you're just the person for the job. Don't go crazy, of course, but apply your creative energy this week toward exploring imaginative solutions to the most persistent business-related problems. Thursday is all about new beginnings. You might want to unravel your brilliant new plan in a formal setting. And on Friday, the spotlight is on you all day long. It will be a great week at work, and it will give way to a great weekend.
There's nothing like a brainstorming session to get the blood going. Some of your coworkers are amazingly funny and fun to work with, and it's fun to imagine the future together. Tuesday and Wednesday, put what you've come up with into direct action. Thursday, you're going to look around the office and realize how lucky you are to have the job that you have. You might even do something crazy and delightful like return from an afternoon break with snacks for everyone. You are the star at the end of the week. You'll be glowing all weekend. Prepare yourself to take on each month with your personalized Monthly Horoscope!
Work needs your undivided attention on Monday. The weekend was fun, but it's time to get down to business. You have a logical mind, and your quick reasoning is going to come in handy during an early week decision-making meeting. Tuesday through Thursday, you're going to be consumed by a fairly major organizational project. If all the variables suddenly change on Friday, you're just going to have to be flexible. That's how these things sometimes go. Your ability to rapidly adapt is an impressive quality. People are taking notice.
At last, you have enough energy to match the challenge of the Monday workday. You can basically do anything today. You're in touch with what's going on in your psyche, and you're two steps ahead of everyone else. Tuesday or Wednesday, something threatens to interrupt your routine, but keep your head down (and your attention on the ultimate goal) and you should be able to still get things done. At the end of the week, take a break from all that pressure and spend time with friends who make you laugh so hard you forget everything else.
Monday is your typical workday: long, busy, and taxing. Do your best and stay on your game. By Tuesday or Wednesday, your recent labors over a business deal are suddenly going to start paying off. Not only will you be getting all the things you asked for, you'll be getting things you never even thought to ask for—little bonuses here and there, scattered throughout the week like presents. No matter how insanely successful you are this week, Friday won't be the day to ask for a raise. Your weekend will be fantastic.
There are a lot of ideas bouncing around on Monday, but that's all they are: ideas. No one seems too jazzed about acting on them. It might be a wise move to take it upon yourself to motivate the troops. You can be incredibly persuasive. And your idealistic spirit on Tuesday and Wednesday will come off as inspiring. As your reputation around the office grows, so does your confidence. This, plus, on Friday, a stroke of good fortune is coming your way. The weekend has you feeling expansive and yearning to travel.
Your current work project is attracting the flightiest people! On Monday, it might be time to put your foot down and demand attentive participation from all involved parties. It's not bad to let everyone know you take your job seriously. You'll be dealing with everyone in this confident, no-nonsense way all week. And, in turn, expect them to deal with you the same way. On Thursday, if you have the impulse to take something personally, snap out of it. Business is business. And on Friday, business is tiring. You deserve a mind-clearing weekend.
You've been trying to find ways to communicate better at work, and you're going to think of just the thing on Monday. Whatever it is, everyone will appreciate your effort to energize office camaraderie. Toward the middle of the week, something in your personal life is going to take up a lot of your attention, but by the end of the week, you'll be back to your creative, inspiring self at work. People love your ideas. And your bosses love how you manage a crowd.
Monday's not a great day to overexert yourself. As much as you'd like to do everything on your schedule, what you're really going to feel like doing is crawling under your desk and taking a nap. Or surfing online. Doing anything other than working. Tuesday and Wednesday, you've got nothing but romance on the brain, and on Thursday, you have an insanely catchy song stuck in your head. Strangely enough, you're not going to feel like doing any work this week until Friday, which is probably when you'll get almost everything done. Your weekend, too, will be productive. Mark Ruffalo slams Joe Rogan as 'a little late' after podcast host calls Trump ICE raids 'insane'
Actor Mark Ruffalo knocked Joe Rogan for being "late" to criticize President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement policies in a social media post Sunday. The "Avengers" star called out the popular podcast host after Rogan described ICE raids on workplaces as "insane" during a recent episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience." "Dear Joe Rogan. It's a little late now to pretend like Project 2025 didn't exist and wasn't the play book all along. You are either not that smart or not that dumb. It's hard to tell at this point," Ruffalo wrote on Instagram Threads. Rogan, who endorsed Trump on the eve of the 2024 election and interviewed him during the campaign, criticized the president's immigration raids at construction sites and other workplaces, during a conversation with Replit CEO Amjad Masad. "We were told there would be no — well, there's two things that are insane," Rogan said on the July 2 episode. "One is the targeting of migrant workers. Not cartel members, not gang members, not drug dealers. Just construction workers. Showing up in construction sites, raiding them. Gardeners. Like, really?" Rogan did not return Fox News Digital's request for comment on Ruffalo's remarks. Trump announced last week that his administration was "working on" exemptions for laborers in the farming and hotel industries in response to concerns raised by farmers and hospital operators about losing valuable members of their workforce in the sweeping immigration raids. Trump said workers who have spent years in the U.S. labor force, particularly in the agriculture and hospitality industries, may be eligible for a new type of work permit that would allow them to remain in the country legally, pay taxes and continue working but without receiving citizenship. "We're going to take care of our farmers and hotel workers, but we're working on it right now. And Ron [DeSantis is] going to be involved," Trump said last Tuesday during a tour of a new immigration detention camp in Florida's Everglades that is surrounded by alligators, "Alligator Alcatraz." "They can be here legally. They can pay taxes and everything. They're not getting citizenship, but they get other things. And the farmers need them to do the work," Trump said. "Without those people, you're not going to be able to run your farm." Ruffalo, an outspoken progressive activist born in the U.S., rallied against the administration's immigration policies at a "No Kings" protest in New York City on June 14, where he wore a hat with the word "immigrant" emblazoned on it and made various statements about the value of immigrants to America. The actor claimed that Trump and conservatives are scapegoating migrants for the problems created by America's majority population and billionaires. "Well, we're seeing what's happening. First of all, we're understanding that the immigrants aren't the criminals. If you look at the statistics, most of the crimes committed in this country are by White people — non-immigrants," he told activist group New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) at the rally. He also called on people to come together to "take our country back" from billionaires.
