Police investigate fatal crash at Warby Range Rd, Wangaratta South

A person has died after their car crashed into trees in Wangaratta South in the early hours of Tuesday.
They are the 10th person to have died on Victorian roads since Saturday, after a horror weekend across the state.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
It is understood the vehicle left the road and crashed into trees on Warby Range Rd about 12.30am.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, who is yet to formally identified, died at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at crimestoppersvic.com.au.
