'Our data shows that growth is no longer confined to just the biggest metros, opportunity is becoming more distributed.'However, while salaries are rising, many workers still feel financially squeezed. The survey found that 69% of employees believe their income isn't keeping up with the cost of living in their cities. This feeling is especially strong in high-cost metros Delhi (96%), Mumbai (95%), Pune (94%), and Bengaluru (93%).On the other hand, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata are seen as more affordable, offering a better balance between earnings and everyday expenses.

Ramayana First Look Release Date: Fans are in for the biggest cinematic treat of the year as the makers of Ramayana are set to drop the first look of the mythological film today, July 3. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Yash as Ravan, Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Sai Pallavi as Sita has had fans buzzing with excitement even before its official announcement. As fans eagerly await more updates about the most anticipated project, Ramayana's team is making sure that the excitement remains intact, thereby dropping a three-minute preview today. Along with Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol and Yash, Ramayana features an impressive star cast. It includes Ravie Dubey as Laxman, whereas Lara Dutta takes on the role of Kaikeyi. Rakul Preet Singh as Surpanakha and Kajal Aggarwal as Mandodari will also join the cast for the added excitement. Till now, most of the cast members have remained silent about their roles in the film. However, Yash, who also donned the hat of the producer for the film, previously spoke to The Hollywood Reporter India about playing Ravan, the antagonist of the epic. He said, 'It's a very fascinating character. I wouldn't have done it for any other reason. In Ramayana, if you had asked me 'Would you play any other character?' Probably not. For me, Ravan is the most exciting character to play as an actor so I really like the shades and the nuances of the particular character. There's a vast scope to present it in a very different way. As an actor, I am very excited. Hopefully, it's going to be a very unique approach to it." Budget And Release Date Of Ramayana Earlier, Bollywood Hungama reported that the film is being made on a budget of Rs 835 crore, the most expensive Indian film to date. Before the mythological epic, Adipurush held the record for being the most expensive film. The total expenditure of the film was around Rs 500 crore. The film did not fare well at the box office and was severely criticised for its VFX. It starred Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles. Ramayana will be a two-part film. While the first part is slated to release in theatres on Diwali 2026, the second part will make it to theatres in Diwali 2027. First Published:
