Prime subscribers do not have to do anything additional to get Prime Day sales: the discounts you see on product pages will show up in your cart automatically. If you're not a Prime subscriber and you go to Amazon to shop on Prime Day, you'll likely see tons of items on sale but only "with Prime;" those discounts will not be available to those who are not active Prime subscribers.
Technically yes, but even if you do not pay for a Prime membership, you should still check out Amazon on Prime Day. While most Prime Day deals will be exclusively available to subscribers, there are always a handful of sales available to all shoppers. Amazon distinguishes between them very clearly: you'll see "Prime exclusive" on product pages near the deal pricing on the discounts that are only available to paying members.
Separately, it's very likely that other retailers like Walmart, Target and Best Buy will have their own competing Prime Day sales during that time frame, too. So if you're not keen on shopping at Amazon at all, it's worth checking out other retailers during the week of Prime Day to see if they are matching Prime Day deal prices.

The retailer hopes to both steal some of Amazon's sales thunder and pad its own bottom line via its Target Circle Week shopping event. Here's what you need to know about Target's answer to Amazon Prime Day. What is Target Circle Week? Target Circle Week is the Target Corporation's answer to Amazon Prime Day. Target Circle Week is an annual shopping event held by Target, both online and in its physical retail stores. The sales event sees deals on hundreds of items. Similar to how Amazon Prime Day is only available to Amazon Prime subscribers, Target Circle Week is only available to Target Circle members. Target Circle is the company's loyalty and rewards program. In order to take advantage of Target Circle Week sales, you'll need to be a member—but more on that below. When is Target Circle Week 2025? This year, Target Circle Week is being held from Sunday, July 6, to Saturday, July 12. Yes, unlike 'Amazon Prime Day,' which is actually a four-day event this year, 'Target Circle Week' lives up to its name by being a full seven-day event. However, there is one caveat to Target Circle Week's length. The sales event is actually an eight-day event if you are a Target Circle 360 member. Of course, Target also hopes that the sales event doesn't just help the company retain consumer marketshare but also increases its bottom line—something the company needs to do. In May, Target Corporation reported its first quarter results, in which it saw sales fall 2.8% to $23.85 billion. Numerous factors were behind the sales decline, including increasing consumer uncertainty and boycotts from some groups due to the company's rollback of its DEI initiatives. The company's sales challenges have hurt its stock price this year, too. But you may want to steer clear of this variant if you value fast, hassle-free repairs. It's safe to assume that Samsung's exclusive colorways don't sell in the same volumes as the standard color options. So, it wouldn't be surprising if authorized service centers took longer to source external parts, like the back panel and side rails. However, you may experience a similar delay even while replacing internal components if your Galaxy device features a Samsung-exclusive finish. A Reddit user recently learned this the hard way while trying to get their Icy Blue Galaxy Z Fold 5 repaired at an authorized uBreakiFix center. The repair center did not have replacement parts for the Icy Blue variant in stock, nor did any nearby locations. While a technician initially offered to use the replacement part for a different color with the user's approval, they could not proceed after a Samsung Care representative confirmed that the device wouldn't activate if the colors didn't match. Unfortunately for the user, even Samsung didn't have the replacement part in stock. After much back-and-forth with the Samsung Care representative, the company eventually offered a replacement with a $99 deductible, which was later reduced to $1. Adding to the user's frustration, the replacement device arrived in a different colorway. The user went through this ordeal despite purchasing Samsung Care Plus, Samsung's premium phone insurance policy that promises 'complete peace of mind.' While this might be easy to overlook as a one-off incident, comments on the thread reveal that several others have experienced similar issues with part availability for Samsung-exclusive colors.
