Netflix has confirmed that My Life With The Walter Boys Season 2 will premiere on Thursday, 28 August. The announcement was made by stars Nikki Rodriguez, Noah LaLonde and Ashby Gentry during an event at the Calgary Stampede in Canada, where the series is filmed.
The platform also released three new images from the upcoming season, offering a first look at what fans can expect as the YA series returns. Based on the book by Ali Novak, Season 2 will continue Jackie's story following her departure from Silver Falls.

The season picks up after Jackie, played by Rodriguez, spends the summer in New York City following a complex moment where Alex (Ashby Gentry) confesses his love to her and Cole (Noah LaLonde) kisses her. With encouragement from Katherine (Sarah Rafferty), Jackie returns to Colorado, seeking to repair her friendship with Alex while taking space from Cole.
However, Alex has changed over the summer and is focused on rodeo training, while Cole navigates a new role at school, realising it does not replace his love for football as old habits begin to resurface.
Jackie attempts to find her place again in Silver Falls, but maintaining balance becomes essential to avoid undoing her progress.
The series, produced by Sony Pictures Television and International Production and iGeneration Studios, has already been renewed for a third season.
Melanie Halsall serves as showrunner and executive producer, with Ed Glauser and Becky Hartman Edwards also as executive producers.

‘Wednesday' returns darker and deadlier as Jenna Ortega vows to save Enid or die trying

The official trailer for season two of Wednesday has arrived, and this time, the stakes are higher than ever. Jenna Ortega reprises her role as the sharp-tongued and sharp-minded Wednesday Addams, returning to Nevermore Academy not for nostalgia but for survival. After the events of season one, Wednesday finds herself haunted by visions that suggest her best friend Enid may die, and she believes it will be her fault. In a tense exchange with her mother Morticia, she confesses what she saw and makes her mission clear. She plans to uncover the truth and save Enid or lose everything trying. The trailer teases a season filled with eerie twists, old grudges, and cryptic clues. Though Nevermore remains a place of dark mystery, Wednesday seems more focused and more relentless. Her bond with Enid takes center stage, turning the new season into an emotional test of loyalty and identity. Netflix describes the season as a new chapter filled with family conflict, unexpected enemies, and supernatural threats. While Wednesday tries to keep her emotions locked away, the trailer shows that she may need to rely on her closest allies to survive what lies ahead. Returning cast members include Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, and Joy Sunday. New faces joining the madness include Billie Piper and Steve Buscemi. Creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar are back along with executive producer and director Tim Burton, keeping the show's signature style intact. Season two of Wednesday will premiere in two parts, with the first releasing on August 6 and the second on September 3. As the mystery deepens, one thing is certain, Wednesday Addams is not here to play.

Simone Ashley joins The Devil Wears Prada 2 alongside Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway

Bridgerton star Simone Ashley has officially joined the cast of The Devil Wears Prada 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2006 fashion drama. She'll appear alongside returning cast members Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci, as well as new addition Kenneth Branagh. The film is slated for release on May 1, 2026, from 20th Century Studios. In The Devil Wears Prada 2, Meryl Streep reprises her iconic role as the icy fashion editor Miranda Priestly, who now faces the decline of the print industry. Emily Blunt's character, Emily Charlton, has risen to power as a major executive in the fashion world, setting the stage for a new rivalry as the two compete for ad revenue. Branagh is set to play Miranda's husband. Simone Ashley's role remains under wraps, but her addition marks a fresh energy to the franchise. The British actress rose to fame as Kate Sharma in Netflix's Bridgerton and also appeared in Disney's live-action The Little Mermaid as Indira, which grossed nearly $570 million globally. David Frankel, who directed the original film, returns along with screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna, who adapted the first installment from Lauren Weisberger's bestselling novel inspired by Anna Wintour. Producers Wendy Finerman and Karen Rosenfelt are also back. The original Devil Wears Prada earned $326 million globally and received two Oscar nominations, including Best Actress for Streep and Best Costume Design for Patricia Field. Ashley is repped by CAA, Independent Talent Group, Brillstein Entertainment Partners, and Myman Greenspan Fox Rosenberg Mobasser Younger & Light. Filming is currently underway.
