During a press event organised by one of the leading family-owned conglomerates in the Middle East region, Saif shared the reasons behind his decision to acquire the property. 'When I think of a second home or a holiday destination, a few factors come to mind. The location should be easily accessible and not too far away. Above all, it should be safe and offer a sense of comfort,' he explained.
He found the concept of an island within an island quite luxurious and attractive. He called it a wonderful place to live and praised the scenic views, cuisine, and lifestyle, all of which influenced his decision to purchase the property. 'I visited the property while working on a project, stayed there, and found it to be an extraordinary blend of privacy and opulence. The food and the thoughtfully designed menu added to the experience. In essence, it felt like a home away from home, which made my decision much easier,' he added.
