Debenhams reduces 'fruity and floral' Jimmy Choo perfume to £27

Daily Mirror16-05-2025

Shoppers can enjoy an impressive discount on the perfume, which is now much cheaper than usual at Debenhams
Jimmy Choo fans can get their hands on a popular perfume at a fraction of its usual cost. The deal is available at Debenhams and could help fans of this designer brand save more than £30. The pink-bottled perfume offers a fruity and floral scent, blending popular aromas like red berries, sweet pea and white musk.
It is described online as being a "bright and sparkling" fragrance and has been well-loved since it was first released in 2015. Debenhams has a 20% discount on the small 40ml bottle (now £34.40) and large 100ml bottle (now £60.80).
But the best deal comes from the medium option. The 60ml version of the popular perfume is better than half price, marked down from its usual £58 price tag to £27.
Those in the market for a new bottle of perfume can take advantage of many different offers. Boots is selling Marc Jacobs Dot (50ml) for £37, down from its usual £74.
Superdrug shoppers could order one of the biggest discounts on the website with Calvin Klein Euphoria Eau de Parfum. It usually sells for £87 (100ml) but is massively discounted down to £28.90.
But Debenhams is the current go-to for Jimmy Choo fans on the hunt for a bargain. The under £30 deal on Blossom has received plenty of praise from shoppers.
Reviewing the perfume, one customer wrote: "I really like the scent and have gotten plenty of compliments when I wear it. I buy it when it is on offer."
But, over on Amazon, a few negative reviews claimed that their perfumes smelled "a bit underwhelming for a luxe product". One added: "It is very weak, and barely lasts longer than a couple of hours"
Others love the perfume, however. Someone else said: "I use this perfume for work and have had many people commenting on how nice it smells and asking what it is."
At Debenhams, shoppers were just as positive. Another added: "Been given as a gift to me more than a year ago and have been using this perfume since then. A definite keeper!" A third wrote: "Smells very nice, not overpowering".

People struggling UK heatwave say Amazon's £31 pool is 'best thing ever'

The pool has been a hit with shoppers - and it's currently available to order with Amazon for delivery as soon as tomorrow As the UK experiences a heatwave, with temperatures predicted to exceed 30C in some areas, Brits are on the hunt for ways to stay cool. A heat health warning has been issued across most of the country, prompting many to invest in fans, air conditioners and plenty of ice cream. For those looking to combat the sudden rise in temperature and make the most of their outdoor spaces, investing in a paddling pool could be a good idea. If you have the room, a refreshing dip can not only beat the heat, but it can also provide endless hours of summer entertainment, especially for kids. Amazon is one of the few online retailers offering a selection of paddling pools in all shapes and sizes that can be delivered. A popular option is the Bestway Family Inflatable Swimming Pool, retailing at £30.95, reports the Mirror. However, several other alternatives are worth considering, such as the Bestway 8ft Paddling Pool (Argos, £40) or the Intex Swim Centre Square Family Inflatable Lounge Pool (£34, Smyths Toys). Amazon's pool isn't just for the little ones; adults can enjoy it, too. The integrated seats and 'convenient' cup holders make overseeing playtime a bit more comfortable, according to Amazon. On its website, Amazon states that customers who order today (July 1) can expect delivery as early as tomorrow (July 2). The pool's price on Amazon is a bargain, as it is on Bestway's website at £54.99. Many customers who splurged on the pool have also been snatching up the £10 Bestway Swimming Pool Cover on Amazon to keep "dirt and debris accumulating in the pool." The reviews are full of compliments on the pool. One said: "We bought this as a good compromise between a tiny kiddies paddling pool and a big sturdy pool. Happily, it fits a couple of adults and a few kids. Husband loves the cup holder. I think he may have spent more time in the pool than the kids!" Another offered high praise: "Best paddling pool we've had, love the little seats and headrests and cup holders." A third added: "Love this pool. It's great for cooling off in the summer heat." However, not all experiences were positive. One customer reported the pool "goes down after an hour" while another cautioned that it's "prone to punctures". A third claimed: "Easy to set up, started to fill it up and the top section had deflated in 10 mins, so couldn't be used. It is a good size and design, just a shame didn't get to use it." But, the majority of reviews were glowing. Another customer reported: "Didn't take long to inflate using a foot pump. It's been up six days now and is still fully inflated. Great pool, would fit four easily, although there are only two seats/cushions. But it's perfect for me. Lovely to cool off in with a glass of red on a hot sunny day." A fifth satisfied shopper joked: "This should not be shared with children! I used this all summer in my tiny garden - so comfortable- perfect for sunbathing with a cocktail."

Ryanair-approved underseat cabin bag that's ‘deceptively big' slashed by 28%

Amazon has slashed the price of a Ryanair-approved cabin bag that shoppers are saying is 'deceptively big' by 28% just in time for the school summer holidays With all the rules and requirements that come along with airlines nowadays, it can be difficult to find a bag that fits them all. However, we think we've found the perfect sized cabin bag that meets the free hand luggage requirements of major budget airlines including Ryanair, EasyJet and Jet2. And the best part? It's currently on offer with nearly 30% off its original price, just in time for the summer holidays. The bag in question is the Hayayu Cabin Bag for Ryanair Underseat. Originally priced at a wallet-friendly £29.99, this handby bag is even more affordable at £21.55 in a limited time deal on Amazon. Measuring at 40x20x25cm, this bag is the perfect size for slotting underneath your seat or the overhead compartment. Featuring an anti-theft back pocket and a c onvenient charging port, all your essentials can be safely stored away, and you can even charge up your devices on the go - ideal for long journeys. There are also multiple compartments, including two easily accessible front pockets, dedicated slots for small items, two mesh pockets, one separate dry and wet bag, and one 13.3inch computer compartment. Shoppers have been praising this handy bag for being roomier than it looks and being perfect for overnight stays or short haul travel. One shopper wrote: "This bag is brilliant for the tight restrictions of Ryanair and hss an exceptional low price tag, I paid £20. It was recommended to me by a work colleague, it fully zips open, similar to a suitcase. It has lots of additional pockets, useful for keeping passport sage and accessible.". While a second added: "Honestly this little bag is deceptively big! I managed to fit so much into it and when I thought it was full, I managed to squeeze a bit more in." The main criticism came from shoppers who say the laptop compartment is far too small to fit a laptop. One wrote: "Its only flaw is that the laptop compartment is too small even to a 14" laptop, thus rendering it not a laptop compartment. Such a shame because there is certainly enough space in the bag to fit a laptop but the laptop compartment was purposely stitched too small." If you're looking for a wheeled suitcase that fits the free cabin handbag requirements, Tripp's hard shell under seat cabin case is currently on sale for £42. The dimensions of this bag would fit EasyJet and British Airways if you want a larger cabin case, the Logo suitcase from Antler was originally priced at £175, and is now down to £122.50, and is a lightweight, hard-shell suitcase that's as stylish as it is practical.
