There would be no trousers. He used to practise karate at home, only wearing his underpants. He would say that he had bought a new car and would drop me at college in it. I used to beg him, saying, 'Please wear trousers.

' And he would say, 'Chu Chu, I won't get out of the car. I'm a big star; I can't be seen outside a ladies' college.''
