Halle Bailey nearly suffers wardrobe malfunction on romantic boat ride as her hunky mystery man is REVEALED

Daily Mail2 days ago
Halle Bailey risked a major wardrobe malfunction while posing up a storm to get just the right shot for her new boyfriend, who dutifully served as her photographer.
As the couple cruised around a yacht off the coast of Italy together, the singer, 25, narrowly avoided her bikini bottoms sliding down during her impromptu photo shoot.
Despite the close call, six-time Grammy nominee looked unfazed as she smiled at the camera and showed off her amazing curves in a tiny string bikini.
The star, who rose to new levels of fame after starring as Ariel in Disney's 2023 live-action The Little Mermaid, went on to enjoy some quality time with acclaimed music producer, Scott Bridgeway, who has worked with Kendrick Lamar and Kanye West.
The happy couple couldn't keep their hands off each other as they shared a steamy kiss and cuddled while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
At one point, the mother-of-one dove straight into the ocean, without hesitation, as Bridgeway took a video on his phone.
This marks Bailey's first public romance since calling it quits with rapper, DDG, 27, last October.
Bailey's new man, is a music producer, known for co-producing several tracks on Lamar's albums, including Squabble Up and Luther.
He's also the man behind West's track, Take Off Your Dress, and Baby Keem's projects like range brothers.
Bridgeway (born Ruchaun Akers) is from Charlotte, North Carolina and has made a name for himself collaborating with stars like Migos, Fivio Foreign, Tanna Leone and SoFayGo.
Unlike DDG, who has 6.8 million Instagram followers, and frequently posts on social media, Bridgeway lays low online.
This includes only posting three times on his Instagram feed since joining the platform.
Bailey and her ex are currently locked in a contentious custody battle over their baby boy, Halo, one.
At the time of the breakup, the rapper and social media star, whose legal name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., said they 'are forever family, forever.'
The situation has turned ugly since then with Bailey being granted a restraining order against the Impatient rapper, claiming she had been physically, verbally, emotionally and financially abused by him.
She described one alleged incident from January in which she said her ex repeatedly called her a 'b**ch' while she was trying to strap their baby into a car seat in his car.
'The next thing I knew, things got physical between us,' Bailey wrote in the court papers.
She continued: 'We fought each other, wrestling and tussling. At one point, Darryl was pulling my hair. He then slammed my face on the steering wheel, causing my tooth to get chipped. I then stopped fighting back as I was in a lot of pain.'
A judge denied a request by DDG for a restraining order against Bailey.
In May, she was granted a restraining order against the YouTuber.
Documents obtained by DailyMail.com, at the time, indicated that the singer had previously filed a police report against her ex (real name: Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) after he allegedly destroyed her home surveillance camera and stole her phone.
In January 2024, she revealed that she had given birth to their son Halo in December of the previous year.
The couple had previously begun dating in January 2022 before splitting in October 2024.
In June 2022, the pair made their red carpet debut as they attended the BET Awards together and sported all-black ensembles during the event.
They made other appearances that year, such as stopping by Paris Fashion Week and later walked the red carpet at the Avatar: The Way Of Water screening in December 2022.
During a past interview with Essence, Bailey opened up about how both she and DDG met and when asked whether she was in love, the performer answered with, 'Yes. For sure I am.'
'I grew up being on YouTube and would always see the young Black creators and was constantly inspired by them. He was one of them,' she explained to the outlet.
'I completely forgot about him. But then I saw that he was dropping music, and I really gravitated toward this one song. Coincidentally he messaged me - and the rest is history.'
In 2022, Halle also appeared in DDG's music video for the track titled, If I Want You.
The music artist had also supported Bailey when she took on the leading role in Disney's The Little Mermaid.
'I'm very proud of her. And I'm just happy to see it,' DDG informed People. 'I feel like sometimes I'm even more excited than anybody else. Just seeing it and seeing everything that she dreamed of coming to life, it's really dope.'
Throughout 2023, the actress and rapper were spotted on various occasions together, such as attending Milan Fashion Week and the Vanity Fair Oscars party.
In May 2023, Halle discussed her relationship with Darryl while talking to People and was asked if the romance was that of a fairytale. 'People love to talk about this. Yeah. I would say that.'
'I think the best thing about young love is that you're able to continue to find yourself through this journey of loving somebody else.'
Bailey added, 'And you're discovering new parts of yourself and maybe things that you didn't notice before about your heart.'
Halle has also been working on a debut solo album - which has yet to be released - and told Cosmopolitan last year that songs were inspired by 'love' and said, 'All musical inspiration really just comes from life experiences.'
'Love has been a really big one for me too, because that's something I'm experiencing for the first time, and it's, like, "whoa" in your brain. It's just fireworks, a spark for creativity.'
'You know, you have puppy love experiences, you think that's love. But this is my first deep, deep, real love.'

Gogglebox legend looks worlds away from the sofa after shaving head and dying it pink as he holidays in Benidorm

A GOGGLEBOX legend looked worlds away from the sofa after showing off his drastic new hairstyle. The Channel 4 star left fans open-mouthed when he revealed his brand new look during a holiday in Benidorm. 5 5 5 Holidaying with pals, Stephen Webb showed off his newly shaved hair as he ditched his long locks that fans are so used to seeing on him. Taking his look to an even bigger extreme, Stephen has now dyed his newly shaved hair pink. Creating an unmissable look, Stephen was surrounded by all of his friends as he lounged in the sunshine and by the swimming pool with his pals. In another selfie, Stephen could be seen covering up his new hair with a cap as he added the caption: "Right Benidorm! Let's go!" It is a total transformation from his days on the sofa when he appeared alongside his husband, Daniel Lustig. Stephen and Daniel were married for a total of six years before splitting early last year. The couple had recently quit Gogglebox before news of their split was revealed. Stephen went on to sign up for Celebs Go Dating in the hope of moving on from his six-year marriage. After a number of dates that didn't go so well he met David, from Guernsey, and the pair hit it off. In the last episode of Celebs Go Dating he gushed to the experts: "I think there's something special here. Gogglebox star reveals horrifying health diagnosis after losing vision while driving "It has been phenomenal. I've loved every minute of it. "I didn't think, for a moment, that I was going to be finishing this journey with a hottie on my arm, celebrating with all the other celebs. I am over the moon." After the series ended they made a go of things, with Stephen travelling from his hometown in Brighton to spend time with David in Guernsey. Then, shortly after, Stephen learned David had been seeing other men while they were dating and he was on a dating app. Sources told The Sun, Stephen was shocked and confronted David straight away. Afterwards, a source told us: "It's definitely over, there's no going back. "Stephen is not interested and he wasn't a fan of the distance anyway." Gogglebox stars Stephen and Daniel's relationship timeline Hairdressing duo Stephen Webb and Daniel Lustig got engaged back in 2016 and married two years later. The couple co-own a hair salon and live in a £575,000 property on Brighton's sought after seafront. At the time of the engagement, Stephen appeared on Gogglebox alongside his ex-boyfriend Chris Ashby-Steed. In 2019, Daniel made his Gogglebox debut and was immediately a big hit. Chris, who is now in a happy relationship with husband Tony, spoke publicly about how the show affected his mental health. Having relocated to Wales and quit showbiz, Chris said he was racked with anxiety during his time on the programme. Just last year Daniel and Stephen shocked Gogglebox fans when they announced they were leaving the programme. Daniel had been part of the show since its launch in 2013. Their departure opened up a new world of opportunity for the duo and it was soon announced that Stephen would take part in Dancing on Ice. But disaster struck and injury ruled him out before the live shows. There were further gasps of shock in April when we revealed the pair had split up. They vowed to remain friends and looked to be true to their word, sharing a smiley picture the following day with Stephen's mum on the seafront. 5 5

Mother's controversial method for securing sunbeds DIVIDES opinion: 'You're part of the problem'

A British mother has sparked fierce backlash on social media after demonstrating her controversial method to bag a prized sunbed whilst on holiday. Venice Alexandra, from Essex, documented the eyebrow-raising tactic in a TikTok video taken during her stay at a hotel in Tenerife in June. Sunbed wars have been raging across Europe in recent years - a trend that sees tourists compete for prime sunbathing spots at hotel pools and on beaches, often armed with towels and blankets to 'reserve' their place before returning hours later. The peak season practice has spiralled in popular hotspots frequented by Brits, such as Spain and Turkey, with staff at hotels clamping down on 'sunbed hoggers' by hiring bouncers and introducing parking ticket-style systems. But in footage shared to her page, @lifewithven, Venice unveiled her strategy to secure a lounger by any means - even if it meant waking up hours before the first alarm of the morning goes off. She explained in a caption: 'At 6am every morning, the same sunbeds at the kids pool get taken. 'I'm not usually one to race for a bed on holiday, however, the way our pools are set, there's limited beds by the kids pools. The mother recorded herself posing in the mirror at 6.30am clutching a number of towels whilst wearing pyjamas and flip-flops, having hauled herself out of bed to embark on her mission. She added in accompanying overlay text: 'I am up and ready to go to war for these beds.' Venice ventured to the pool area outside and draped towels over three sunbeds to secure the prime spots, adding: 'No one comes between a mum and visibility of her kid going down a slide lol.' Remarkably, the mother captured the moment she took herself 'back to bed' to catch up on sleep whilst avoiding the early-morning rush to snag a lounger. She smugly added: 'Venice 1 - Everyone else 0.' Over 470 viewers flooded the comments with negative responses, with many blasting the mother for her 'pathetic' and 'selfish' tactic. One person wrote, 'Now you're part of the problem,' while another said, 'Disgusting... you save beds, then come down at lunchtime, plain selfishness.' A third said, 'I'd chuck your towels in the pool and use the beds,' as a fourth added, 'Sad and pathetic.' Another wrote: 'Clearly you're a cheap person staying in a cheap hotel. Anywhere decent doesn't allow this.' A fellow viewer said: 'How do you even enjoy the holiday when you're forced to get up at 6am and stress about these things. Simple solution is to just go to better hotels.' Over 470 viewers flooded the comments with negative responses, with many blasting the mother for her 'pathetic' and 'selfish' tactic However, one person defended: 'Y'all so mad but she made sure to save her spot before anyone else likeeeee I don't see a problem if you care that much then do the same. "First come first serve" yeah and she was first.' It comes after a British couple captured the hilarious moment they discovered every sunbed had been snapped up by sun-worshipping guests in Benidorm only a minute after their hotel pool opened. Mark and Karen had recently enjoyed a relaxing break at the Hotel Ambassador Playa - but were left stunned after noticing all but one broken poolside lounger had been occupied within seconds at 8.30am. Sharing a clip to their TikTok page, @benidormmarkandkaren, Mark and Karen documented their own experience of having to hunt for a prized bed.

Ekin-Su's ex brands her ‘selfish and entitled' and reveals he's now in therapy after split

EKIN-SU's Married At First Sight ex has hit out at her and blasted her in an explosive new podcast chat. Georges Berthoneau took aim at Ekin during an appearance on Jemma Lucy and Nathaniel Valentino's podcast. 6 6 The pair were understood to be dating in late 2024 ahead of Ekin-Su signing up to Love Island: All Stars. But things between the pair went sour and any hopes of a reconciliation after she left the villa have been thwarted amid Georges' accusations. Georges accused Ekin-Su of "messing him about" and suggested they were still in a relationship even when she signed up for the starry spin-off - something which Ekin has repeatedly and strenuously denied. Chatting to the podcast's hosts, Georges said: "I knew she was going on [Love Island All Stars] - we'd first spoke about it in October. "I was with her and she met my parents at Christmas. We did Boxing Day together and we did New Year's Eve. "I left hers on the 3rd of January and she flew [to South Africa] on the 4th. "I was the last person she rang before she went into filming. "She said, 'I'll come straight back to you and I already miss you'." He went on to insist that his split from Ekin-Su had left him needing therapy after she pursued a relationship with Curtis Pritchard during her time on the show. Georges said on the show: 'Like I started therapy I've never had therapy in my whole life and when I told her she went 'Oh that's good that you've gone to therapy I think we should all go.' Ekin-Su and Curtis Pritchard SPLIT three months after Love Island All Stars "I cried straight for I don't know how many nights or weeks. "So she was there [in Love Island] six weeks, I'd probably say I cried straight from week one or two to like. She didn't speak to me for eight days post show. She had her phone for eight days she didn't message me - maybe she did she went 'I'm overwhelmed'. 'She's the most selfish, entitled person I've ever met she didn't want anyone to know about me. 'Every big awards night that she ever went to who do you think was in her hotel room waiting for her." Ekin-Su and Curtis remained together for a few months after the programme but officially called it quits at the end of May following three months together. The pair's split was amicable with them sharing similar social media statements to confirm the sad news to fans. Ekin-Su has denied ever being in a serious relationship with Georges and told him that she intended to pursue a new relationship when signing up for Love Island All Stars. The Sun has contacted a representative for Ekin-Su for comment. 6 6 6
